I found this place when I was looking to purchase a groupon for a Brazilian. I was a little nervous since I couldn't find any reviews online. I was able to book my appointment that night on the website and went in the next day for my appointment! The location was pretty easy to find. I went to see Diana cracraft for my wax. She was in the lower level. The ambiance of the location was very warm and welcoming. My husband was able to sit in the lobby and get some coffee while he waited for me. He really liked that. The waxing room was in the next area which also had another seating area. The room was clean and quiet. The table was more like a bed and was very comfy. Definitely more luxurious than other places I had been. Diana was very thorough and made me comfortable. The wax itself took about 45 minutes, but that was probably because we got to talking lol. She truly takes pride in her work and wants to be happy with your results. She told me if I got home and noticed that she had missed something to just give her a call. But she didn't! Most of the time after I get waxed I have to "clean up" some stragglers the next day. It's been 2 days no strays! Probably the best wax anyone has done for me. I would be lying if I said it was painless, (duh... it's a Brazilian!) but she did a very good job and pain was minimal. I will definitely be returning in a few weeks!

My dental hygienist was great, even though the reception never notified her I was there, leaving me sitting in the waiting room after everyone who checked in after me had been taken. Once in the cleaning, my hygienist tried to go get the dentist for my check up multiple times and he never came. I WAS FINALLY TOLD HE LEFT TO GO TO HIS OWN DOCTORS APPOINTMENT AFTER AN HOUR OF WAITING. I then go to check out and the reception is having to turn other people away due to the dentist NOT EVEN BEING IN THE BUILDING. During my appointment you could also hear another superior dressing down one of the dental nurses for being too friendly with her coworkers. This place has a weird vibe and zero sense of professionalism. Why would I trust you with my medical decisions if you can't even make sure the entire doctor is there for a visit scheduled 6 months ago?
