From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out everything you see is immaculately kept. Clean surfaces, newer equipment etc. The staff greets you immediately and is very professional and caring. Never once did I feel like just another patient. Shelly sat and personally talked with me about my bad experience that's kept me from going to the dentist regularly. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I had a deep cleaning and a full new patient work up and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mari and the staff. I specifically remember having my teeth worked on thinking "Could it be? Am I ACTUALLY fully relaxed at the dentist and having an amazing dental experience?" Mari did an exquisite job on my deep clean. Not once (no seriously) not once was I in even a small amount of pain. She was very thorough and was constantly making sure I was okay. Totally unfair for patients who work during the week and are parents. After today, where I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't have me down for two days later, and couldn't accommodate their mistake to get me in, I will not be back, nor do I recommend taking your business here if you value your time. Also pictures of last time when they reschedule a simple cleaning appointment 4 times in one week, day of. But they will charge you $95 for a cancellation within 48 hours.

As several other reviews state on Yelp, this business is extremely shady in regards to billing practices. We learned through many encounters with them, that you need to keep copies of your signed treatment plans or they will change up the cost of the treatment and request more money. Despite having gone round and round with them for years with copies of our signed treatment plans, they continue to send bills. These bills aren't even itemized and they can't seem to ever describe what the amount is for. When we call the business to remedy, they "assure" us they will speak to the office manager. We are told the amount is resolved. And then we get another bill in the mail months later. This has now been going on for nearly 2 years. Sadly our family, who have been patients here for many years, have officially moved our entire family away from this practice.
