Lash Lounge definitely has good prices for its work. I received my full set for $100 and $55 for a fill. I appreciate they are open Tues-Saturday with some evening hours. Customer service is great with friendly staff. Technician that I have been to several times does not appear to rush and appears attentive. No pain ever experienced with lash fills. One of my complaints with their eyelash extensions is their product. The lashes are of a heavier material creating a feeling of "false lashes". I also have had several of my lashes appeared to be stuck together making "grooming" (brushing) them difficult. It wasn't until I tried other salons did I realize there are many types of lashes including curl, length and type to ask for. read more

not sure why this place has all these great reviews..I honestly liked the place after i walked out from my lash appt. even tho its definitely not the most professional place. After they had to reschedule my appt with no reason a few hours before i was due in, i had to wait a few days later. The only way they have client info is there name and # on a calender..at no time did I ever learn the lady's name who was doing my lashes, she was blonde (not the owner tho). I have worked at a salon before that does lashes and have had eyelash extensions for awhile, most places will always have you sign a form before (they did not). The process was actually amazing! they do leave the door open so people can see in, and they will answer the phone. I loved my lashes!! Until about a week or less went by i started noticing i had little clumps of glue through out all my lashes (YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY!) I am not a snob but i do know what is standard..clumps could also result in natural lashes being glued together (VERY BAD)...I also had alot! of fall out even with careful care...by week two they drove me crazy, I have a lash completely glued sideways! like the whole lash... Didnt want to leave a bad review...but it is VERY important to practice safe eyelash extensions..i would happily spend $55 on fills every 3 weeks..but when i need them after a week or 2, i will not spend 55 on "okay" lashes, they should provide a 2 week fill that is cheaper.. read more

Came here a few weeks ago a day before my trip to California. Amber did my wax and eyelash extensions. She knew I never got extensions before and I was very hesitant on getting them because I didn't want them to make me look "fake". She did such an amazing job. They looked super natural and long. They were definitely an adjustment for me since this was my first time, but I love them and they were priced so well! I get so many compliments on my lashes... it's ridiculous. I've even had co-workers compare my extensions to others who paid $200 plus for theirs and they say mines still looks better. Just wanted to do a quick update: I've been a client for over a year, with Catherine doing my lashes every time. Her calm, warm manner puts everyone at ease, and it's easy to relax and enjoy the hour it takes to get your lovely, lush lashes done. I've never had anything other than the utmost in courtesy and kindness from Catherine and her team, and there is no way I would trust any other person or place. I have been seeing Amber for the last few months. Originally I got my lashes on in New Jersey and fell in love with them. When I returned to Washington I found that it was hard to find a place where the lashes ACTUALLY lasted the 2-3 weeks before needing a fill. Amber is amazing. She does a great job for a great price. She IS THE ONLY one in there much of the time and I totally understand why she would not have the patience on the phone. I highly suggest doing some research online before calling. They are always booked out and quite honestly I have overheard several phone conversations and I would be bothered! Went into this salon for the first time today. I had my eyelash extensions removed after a horrible experience elsewhere. I worked with Amber and she was the sweetest. She was able to acknowledge all of my concerns and talked to me about why I had a bad experience. The atmosphere in the salon is cozy and comfortable. The salon is easy to find and i woukd definitely recommend it to everyone. The prices are the best I have ever seen in the greater Seattle region, especially for eyelash extensions. I can't review the actual services here, but I can say that their customer service is appalling. At the time, I had been gettIng extensions for 2+ years and was looking for someone closer to my house. I called to schedule an appointment for eyelash extensions and was treated as if I was inconveniencing them from the start. The girl also seemed annoyed that I asked questions before scheduling an appointment (i.e.. what brand lashes they use, how long the appointment will take, etc) by the end of the conversation I was thoroughly frustrated with her rude tone and lack of knowledge but chose to make an appointment anyways (admittedly a bad decision) when I called right back to ask how early they would like me to arrive, the owner answered and immediately bellowed how I was rude to her assistant and was not welcome there! I LOVVVEE my new lashes, I had wanted to try getting lash extensions for quite some time and kept finding conflicting reviews. I decided to give this place a try because of the price point and that overall their yelp reviews are pretty amazing. I made an appointment with Amber, When i got there someone was there but she got me the paperwork i needed right away and told me she'd be right with me. This place is very small but decorated cute and has an intimate feel. She was the only one there and the only person to answer phones and greet people, which was totally fine with me. The price was amazing and she was just the kind of laid back personality type i like to see when I'm getting my hair done or other services of this nature. I went here to get a fill on my eyelash extensions and although the gal that did them (owner) was extremely nice and personable the extensions looked horrible!! I changed places because I usually go to a place out in Seattle but live about 2 minutes away from Skin Trip. My original place takes the adequate amount of time to do a fill (should be around 1.5 hours) and she actually puts the extensions on each individual lash whereas at Skin Trip she was putting an extension on like 2-3 lashes stuck together and it looked SO bad, very disappointed. I was a bit nervous to get eyelash extensions for the first time but Amber was excellent at making me comfortable and walking me through it. When she was done I looked and felt amazing! All of my female co-workers raved about how natural they looked. I was referred here by a friend and was also enticed by how low they charged for a full set of lash extensions. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided it was worth a shot to try them. Their hours are limited and they only do appointments. When you call they ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. I was extremely turned off by this since you give not only the card number but the security code and expiration date. With identity fraud at a high level these days I was uneasy about giving my information and told them exactly that. I mean who knows what they do with their paperwork if they actually shred it and what would happen if their appointment book was stolen. It has confidential client information and we don't know what they do with it afterwards. Reluctantly I made the appointment and when I arrived their store was very small and was surprised they didn't have A/C only a fan as it was a very hot summer day when I went in. I was pleasantly satisfied with the results and that the glue didn't sting and water my eyes as much as I've experience before. However, when it came time to pay, I didn't have cash and paid with my debit card in which I was charged an additional fee of $7. I was not happy about this since it was not disclosed to me in the initial phone call when I made my reservation nor on their website. This came out from the tip. My advice, its good for the price but beware you must give your ALL your credit card info and if you don't have cash, be prepared to pay an additional $7 fee. read more

So, I have been waiting to update this review. My lashes are now back to normal, 4 months after my false lash application. I am really dissapointed that I was not informed of the negative effects of the lashes. For the past few months I haven't even applied mascara because it made me look like a joke. I had itty bitty lashes after all the falsies fell out, and I didn't REALLY realize how long it'd take for them to fully grow back. I believe it's the harsh glue that dissolves your actual lash. I do not recommend getting these, especially now that Lash growth serums are available at affordable prices. read more
