I've been coming here for so many years, I can't keep track. I get my eyebrows waxed normally. I used to see Tiffany and now I see Amber. I love them both! There is a reason I keep going back. This review is for the lash lift service I received. The lash lift formula used at this salon is not for thick, straight eyelashes. The glue was not strong enough to hold my lashes to the curling mold, so even after applying it twice and causing some irritation, the lift was barely visible. It was an otherwise streamlined experience, booking went smoothly and the esthetician was nice enough, though she seemed defeated by the end. Don't recommend if you have dark hair/thick hair. I stopped going to this salon because after my usual esthetician left, they didn't tell me before my apt so I showed up without knowing it was a different waxer. My hair is dark & course like some ppl of darker complexion & they charged me double what it would typically cost for the service I got done becauase they had to use more wax THAN USUAL. It's really only a slight exaggeration to say that Tiffany saved my wedding. When the makeup artist I had scheduled cancelled only five days until the ceremony, I was extremely worried. I contacted a good half-dozen makeup artists in the area, but only got one response - Tiffany at Sweet P Beauty. She told me that she had something similar happen to her, so she wanted to do her best to help me out. Her normal process preparing for a bridal makeup job is quite long, but since time was so short, she went out of her way and even rearranged her schedule to bypass that. (I wish I had found her sooner - it honestly sounds like it would have been lovely to do.) The salon when I went in for the test was clean and bright, and the beds she uses for waxing and lash work were super comfortable. If Renton weren't such a trek for me, I'd want to go there regularly. She was attentive to what I was looking for in my makeup and was pleasant to chat with. Although we live in the San Francisco area, my daughter decided at the last minute to have her wedding by where her 94 year old grandmother lives outside of Seattle, WA. I had to find a makeup artist in the Seattle area. I called seven people in the area with about a 2.5 week lead. Two people returned my call. One was not free on our date, and the other was the wonderful Tiffany. Although she was personally booked for our date, she spent her scarce time locating another vendor who could do the makeup on our date. This was back in October 2018 (late post). Initially, I was satisfied with my lash lift even though I thought that the right eyelashes was more lifted. I went home to put on my contacts and examine them. I noticed there was a clumps of henna, used to die the lashes. Connected to them were lashes from a different spot in my eye so they were crooked. I also noticed that there were some lashes that were pushed all the way down to my eyelid. I contacted Tiffany and she was prompt in instructing me on how to attempt to fix this. I first had to remove the clump of henna which freed the crooked hair. Then I had to unclump the bundle of hairs that were pressed down onto my eyelid. However, after one hour, they stayed crooked. Tiffany reached out to me the day after and offered to fix them for $20. I know it is mentioned on her website, it might cost to get them fixed, but still not a happy customer when you have to pay an extra $20 on top of $100 plus tip to get your lashes the way you want them. read more

Tiffany, owner of Sweet P Beauty, did my makeup for my wedding in June 2013 and I couldn't have asked for more thoughtful, professional, and fun artist to brighten my modest '50s style sheath dress and pearls look. Pre-wedding: I met with Tiffany a few weeks before the big day to go over the face-plan. I brought with me photos of my dress with jewelry, and trial run of my hairdo. From there she asked me a few questions about my personal style and other things, I can't remember now, but made perfect sense and helped guide her in her product and color selection. Most important to me was that she play up my green eyes - and boy-o-boy were my green eyes singing with the color palette Tiffany chose (loved it!). Day of: Tiffany met me at my hotel downtown 1.5 hours before I had to arrive for photos, and it was such a pleasure to spend some of my last "single lady" moments with Tiffany making me look and feel gorgeous.
