Dr. Fredrickson needs some serious bedside manner training. Her approach was aggressve, dismissive, interuptive and very ego driven. She wouldn't let me speak or tell her my experience with Shingles in my scalp and what do about it. I had a few questions but she interupted me several times and her M-O was "we're not communicating here" when I would try to ask her to explain. Frankly, I felt like she had no idea about Shingles at all and what it does to the scalp etc. She was a bully, and I am appalled at her demeanor. There was no after-care instructions either. I could go into much more detail as the whole visit and moments in that room with her was seriously unacceptable. If you are looking for answers to concerns over anything "dermatological" DO NOT see her! The staff was just fine and friendly, but literally after she was done zapping and proding I felt like I was being abused and I just wanted her away from me. She will never touch me again.

I was going…read moreto a very highly regarded tox person down in the peninsula for years. and when she told me she couldn't do any more for my (very small) lips I was like 'this just feels crazy. i need to find someone new' and I found Laura. On my first appointment with her, she asked if my tox person had placed it in this certain spot to bring my brow tail up and out a bit and i was like 'WHAT?!? I don't think so?!? Please do that immediately!' lol And every time we do a little extra for my lips she listens to what I want and is conservative while GETTING that I do not look like a duck or have noticeable filler. When I showed her what I wanted more of from my bottom lip she did her thing and it came out exactly right. Do I have the lips of my late 80's, early 90's teen mag dreams? No because those giant puffy lips are not my genetics. HOWEVER... my lips are beautiful, natural looking and SO MUCH fuller and more visible than they were on their own. They are actually ideal and it took me decades to get here, but I'm here thanks to Laura. She also did an INCREDIBLE job with Sculptra (seriously, people that do heavy cheek filler are missing out) and I look at myself now like 'oh! yeah, THAT is what I look like'. I lost some weight over the last 3 years (naturally, slowly, but still) and with age on top of it, I realized i just didn't look like me anymore. I only needed 2 sessions of Sculptra and the memories of a sagging face are faded away. Laura isn't just highly skilled, she's wonderful, funny, real, grounded, and just a genuinely cool person. So grateful I found her.
