Terrible place to do business. They are more worried about how much money they can bring in, than keeping customers coming back. They have a large turn over in Nurses & Estheticians which tells its not a good place to work. They have a contract that each customer must sign, then if you need to change an appt for any reason after 48 hours they charge $100 fee. (even if they want to rebook due to a medical issue). Had a terrible migraine and called SkinBe for some info on their IV infusions and to make an appointment; they had a last minute opening and I asked the pricing for a base hydration IV to add Toradol (extra charge for that, understandably). I was told the base price for hydration was $89 (which is extremely normal for saline drip pricing) so I said "ok great! See you soon". Start the process of the IV, turns out the $89 is only valid if I commit to a 6mth membership at $89 per month, and for only a 500ml bag of saline fluid plus vitamin C and b12. I've had IVs at many a place throughout the country and abroad in the last 10 years, and that's a pretty standard price - but for a 1L bag of saline fluid and b12/vitamin C and no membership required. Asked about cost of Toradol as they were going to put 2 boosters in my IV - I was told $15. I said I think I just need 1 booster vs 2, no matter the cost anyway. I go to check out, turns out the booster cost is $45 each (other medspas in the Stl area charge between $15-$25 for the same thing). Another change in price, surprise! At this point, I decided I do not want to join this company for a membership as this entire experience has been a bait-and-switch, and I do not want to commit to business practices like this. Oh, but because I selected the smaller VIP bag bc I considered a membership, I would be charged $220 FOR HALF THE PRODUCT. The only reason I'm giving another star is because the nurse was honestly great. However, I came here to fix a migraine and left with an even bigger migraine. Do NOT go to this place, it's a complete scam and ripoff. Cannot believe I just had to pay $220 for 1 dose of Toradol and 500mg of saline. Insane - go to Modern Medspa or Radiance instead. read more

I did IV therapy with their dripBar- the QueenB to be exact- with a few extra goodies added in. I slept like a baby that night and have been back to a normal sleep schedule ever since. This establishment 1) does not have any doctor oversight 2) has poorly trained individuals performing injections 3) provides incentives to its nurses to sell more product than needed 4) provides no way to cancel memberships unless you go in person, claiming emailing AND mailing a cancelation form are HIPPA violations (which any Google search will tell you otherwise). And, if their cancelation form does have my confidential medical information on it, they have even bigger problems! I signed up as a VIP member for their drip program in February, in March they closed for two months due to Covid. Do you still charged my credit card for the two months that I wasn't able to receive services. When they did open up they only give you 30 days to use the two months worth of services. When I explain to them that I live with someone with severe liver disease they just told me that I can come in and make an appointment, even after I didn't feel comfortable. When I tried to cancel they told me I had to come into the spa to do so personally. When I got there I explained my unhappiness about the way things they were handled and then they lied and told me that they had offered members the opportunity to freeze their membership. They said they would look into it but I'm sure nothing will come of it. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero stars. Don't go to this place in Shady AF. Also when I posted a review on Instagram they immediately deleted and blocked me. read more
