Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? A lawsuit against you Dr Prada is in the works. Shame on you, Dr Prada, for preying upon your patients. It's sickening what you have done.

This is all fine except for the tone, facial expression, and body language given. Once called to the desk, I completed the necessary requests and then asked why we were given a 7:45 appointment and the paperwork says the same if they didn't open until 8? To which the other patient said she was booked for the same and her paperwork came as such. We did receive a apology. Got placed in a room, only for another employee to come in with a poor bedside manner. The door opened at one point, we were not addressed, only told the physician would be late due to weather and the door shut. The only positive was the physician Dr Reggie was very nice and informative. I'm sure the physicians are not aware of how their office staff is with their patients, if they were they would get new employees.
