I went to Dr.Lund over 4 years ago. I remember walking out of the office and thought he was talking to his team yet he was talking to me. He isn't the best with eye contact when it doesn't have to do with boobs/and or surgery. Yes he's busy - yet the guy cutting me up I think could be more polite and empathetic. Also-I don't like my boobs-a little more insight and information would have led me to choose NOT to waste my time/money/heath on this procedure. It was not and will never be worth it, I have to pay more to get them fixed elsewhere. On the other hand- he will make sure to let you know he was highlighted in a very important magazine! Least he is a doctor and his wife also works making money and by selling bras for women. I would not recommend. I need more help for the "help" I got. I drove my good friend to her surgery that morning and I can tell you all with 100% certainty that Mercy cancelled the surgery after my good friend was already in preop. Update: Mercy AND the anesthesiologist have refunded my good friends money. Why hasn't Dr Prada? Heck, Dr Prada even consoled my good friend as she was getting released from preop. So what will it be, Dr Prada? Lawyers making you pay damages AND the refund by order of the court or simply refund my good friend's $15,000 she is owed by you? A lawsuit against you Dr Prada is in the works. Shame on you, Dr Prada, for preying upon your patients. It's sickening what you have done.

We were told that they don't open until 8am and their computer were still starting up and that we would have to wait, that she only opened the doors early due to the rain. This is all fine except for the tone, facial expression, and body language given. Once called to the desk, I completed the necessary requests and then asked why we were given a 7:45 appointment and the paperwork says the same if they didn't open until 8? To which the other patient said she was booked for the same and her paperwork came as such. We did receive a apology. Got placed in a room, only for another employee to come in with a poor bedside manner. The door opened at one point, we were not addressed, only told the physician would be late due to weather and the door shut. The only positive was the physician Dr Reggie was very nice and informative. I'm sure the physicians are not aware of how their office staff is with their patients, if they were they would get new employees.

I can see my right eyelid from 3/4 to the corner in my right eyelid. It blocks my peripheral vision. I went in to talk to Dr. Buchanan about it. He said there is nothing he will do about it. He said that if I want to come back in 6 months I can pay for him to repair it. I now have two different looking eyes. The left eye looks normal and my right eyelid is drooping over the outer corner of my eyelid. I would never recommend the anyone use Dr. Buchanan. The surgery was botched. He has no compassion regarding my situation now.
