Let me begin by saying, I was seeking consultation for a BBL from a few doctors and Dr. Wright was only one. On the day of my scheduled consultation, I mistakenly went to the wrong doctor {SN: the receptionist was snobbish and obviously racist but that review can be read on that site *Dr. Koo}. Because I mistakenly went to the wrong office, I was late for my consultation with Dr. Wright. His receptionist contacted me to see if I was still coming and was quite understanding of my explanation. Though I was 30 mins late, I received a warm greeting and at no time felt rushed. During each visit I had thereafter, Dr. Wright made a point of coming to sit with me to address any questions or concerns. This office has, by far, the most pleasant and warm culture and climate than any doctor's office I've visited. Everyone I encountered, from start to finish, was approachable and accommodating. I am recovering from my surgery, and at 3 days post op, I am BEYOND IMPRESSED with my results!!!!! Dr. Wright even contacted me 2 days after surgery *on a Sunday* to see how I was feeling and if I had any concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor. I had high hopes for treating the varicose vein in my leg that has been there for 18 years. I had always assumed it was cosmetic but I went in for a consultation with Dr Wright's assistant and she did some testing and said insurance would cover the treatment because it was a failed vein. I had several appointments and at two of them I received treatment on the vein. When I went for the second follow up appointment, I pointed out to the assistant that the vein was way more swollen and I have new spider vein and a new varicose vein above the area they had treated. Dr. Wright examined the area and said the treatment was "medically complete." I was bewildered and he just kept repeating that. I asked how that could be, since it looks so much worse than when I started. Then I realized - he was saying this was all insurance would cover. I asked how much it would cost me to have it actually look better, and he said it would take at least three more treatments and possibly more, impossible to tell - $400/each or three for $1000. AT NO POINT before this had anyone said a word that insurance would cover the closure of the vein but not the appearance. It is entirely possible that it was in fine print of something I signed since they have the patient sign the waiver after getting disowned and while sitting on the treatment bed. Totally untrustworthy. If I could do it over I'd go to a medical office not a cosmetic office. Don't waste your time & money here. read more

Dr. Wright is very kind and great at what he does. After 5 procedures, I've met a lot of the staff and they're all wonderful too. I would highly recommend Dr. Wright for lipedema care. read more

Arrived for my appointment a few minutes late so I was very prepared to reschedule and get my lashing for my lateness..... However, no one was interested in my being in the office at all! The young lady at the front counter ask that I hold on for a moment while she makes a phone call to what appeared to be a very nervous client that was getting mentally prepared for a up coming procedure......as the phone call continued to go on and on. I can appreciate that the time the lady spent talking to the client..... And here's the however.....several other staff members were in the office and notice my presence but never acknowledge or offer to assist me in any way. This office was not suggested to me or did I see an as for the business .... So I would consider myself to be a "freebie" a piece of business that the office would or should I now say could have gotten with no effort or expense at all!!! In my line of work "freebies" are the best because they picked you to so business with all on their own!!!! I guess now I need to see an ad or get a referral to find a business that prides itself on customers!! read more

Went here for Botox as it was cheaper than most places. You do get what you pay for. I am an experienced Botox user. I called after two weeks to report an area still was not working. I was told I would have to pay to get more. I am positive that this amount has worked on me for the last 18 years. No recognition that it was administration error. Go somewhere else. read more

Originally I had went to a different vein doctor for varicose veins and was not happy. I had EVLT (endovenous laser treatment) performed which was painful and I ended up with an infection. I searched online for a different vein specialist and found Dr. Wright. He performed EVLT on my other leg -- absolutely no pain and no infection. I have also had several sclerotherapy sessions performed by Dr. Wright with no issues. He likes to joke and make you laugh which I really appreciate! If you have vein problems, I highly recommend Dr. Wright. read more

Do your research before you consider this facility. In 2005 this doctor caused me to have serotonin syndrome which landed me in the hospital for a week having life threatening seizures. A week after I got out of the hospital I went to get a copy of my medical records from his General Family practice at SSM St Joseph Health Center in Wentzville, Missouri. His office denied having any of my records in addition to ever have even seen me as a patient of Dr. Wright's. The Dr as an individual was very caring and helpful Dr otherwise. Simple drug interaction knowledge or research on his part would've prevented me from having a near death and possible fatal case of seratonin syndrome. read more

Dr. Wright Is a great guy and a better Doctor. Felt a little uncomfortable being a guy and going for a cosmetic procedure but the staff and Dr. Wright made the experience great. He took plenty of time with me to discussed all options and there possible outcomes. I didn't "shop around" but price seemed very fair for the outcome. I would recommend his services for any procedure based on 2 facts...He real engaged himself in my care and the outcome was spectacular! read more

I was treated for varicose veins and was told that although my insurance would cover the main ablation it wouldn't pay for the sclera therapy. Dr wright assured me I would not be charged for for those additional txs because he wouldn't think of just doing half the job. Howeve after the ablation I was told that the additional scleratherapy would be $290 and would probably need three. In addition I was billed for things covered and paid for by the insurance co.( for example the post op exam and ultrasound) I would not recommend this physician to anyone and I continue to have discomfort in my leg. read more

I was diagnosed with Lipedema in January 2017 by Dr Wright. He helped me with conservative treatments. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am an old nurse and have been around many doctors, and this office is superb! I failed to have results with conservative treatment, and have had one of my 3 surgeries for this fat disorder. The surgery in office went very well, he is well equipped to handle emergencies if needed, which was important to me. The recovery process has also went very well, I am back able to walk stairs and walk a bit on my treadmill! I am looking forward to my second surgery!! He holds many awards for patient care and professional organizations. He speaks frequently at the Fat Disorders Research Society. read more

I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my concerns. It is not true what you say about no record of me. I did call and speak with your office manager about the Neurotoxin you had treated me with which had made my upper lip relax where it should not have. I informed your office that I did not even ask for this to be used in the upper lip area and was not even sure why the Dr. used it there. She told me I would receive a phone call back from the office and I never did. I have had this same procedure done before and never experienced this. I chose not to call once again to the office and not to AGAIN attempt to follow up with this and return to the office. I was not comfortable with that. The good thing is that I have had it tended to since then by someone I feel is more experienced in Aesthetics. As far as the Before and After photos for the skin tightening on the website, it was actually at the office where I was told the person in the photo had filler along side with the skin tightening, so to me that is not very authentic to the truth of results. read more
