The young lady is new at it, and I get mistakes happen, it my daughter has 1 out of 2 that cost $120! The swelling on the SMALLEST bars, stripped the threads and her post fell out. UNACCEPTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. As I see it, they owe my daughter a redo in 2 months, this was her sweet 16 present and it's ruined. OR a refund for the avoidable mess they caused and now won't fix. UPDATE: Took her to a better piercer with more experience. Found out her one surviving piercing is crooked as hell (45 degree angle) and looks like it was a total loss on the whole experience. Turns out they use cheap jewelry from Amazon as well! This entire experience has sucked, which is sad because the young lady was super nice and patient with my daughter. She needs more training obviously. We need a refund, both piercings had to be removed to heal properly. $120 for neither piercing to have worked out. My wife will be in touch about the refund

He repaired a very scarred tattoo and also has now done two others for me. My wife loves his work. He's also an incredible artist and can create work in pretty much any style - I had him do Australian Aboriginal style in color (an homage to them), and it's excellent. His book of work has some truly incredible art. From what I see, he's likely the best tattoo artist in Raleigh, and a decent bloke as well. If you want a tattoo done right, this is your guy.

Amber told me at time of piercing in Feb 2019 to just call and she can swap it out anytime as she does this service for other clients. I always tip as a courtesy. A guy answered the phone and said Amber is there and there is a charge. I had a problem so I did not feel comfortable changing myself at the moment. Although the fee was nominal, I am deducting one star based on original information from the piercer. Amber has good customer service. The change back to the flat back 14kt yellow gold earring caused significant pain level such as initial piercing from the 14kt yellow gold hoop which was purchased somewhere else as not sold at this establishment. Omg and yikes! Problem if the hoop is completely 14kt gold as a problem in the manufacturing since 14kt gold does not tarnish. I found another establishment that solely does piercing and carries a vast selection in products including 14kt and titanium and after a month got a different 14kt gold hoop and 2 other piercings, zero pain surprisingly for all services.
