In some ways, this is a bit of a no frills medspa (at least to me) and I prefer that cause I can basically come in and out without too much down time. I'm also bad at relaxing anyways so I'm not the type who needs all the amenities of like drinks and aromatherapy. That doesn't mean staff are curt or rude, they still make time to chat and be friendly. What I did appreciate this time is even though I haven't been back for ~2 years, they still had my file and I still had credits for services which they honored. They also seem to have specials quite often and it can make aesthetic services a bit more affordable (but also, unnecessary procedures for vanity aren't gonna be "cheap"). Overall, for the LA area, I find the price to be extremely affordable and the results don't seem to be negatively impacted.
