During the treatment, they also used special techniques to minimize the discomfort, and it honestly made a big difference. The place itself is very clean, modern, and welcoming. Everything felt well-maintained, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the treatment. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. Bedside manners of most staff members need Improvement. They rush you in and out & seem annoyed when you ask questions. For example when asked what brand they were using staff member seemed upset & said "I can bring you the bottle to see" yet she never did. Staff also got annoyed because I asked about the amount she was going to use as she had needles ready to go as soon as I walked in. I had just purchased the amount & wow the needles were ready to go in the blink of an eye. Beware bc They don't seem to inject you with the full amount & quickly "dispose" of needles & immediately dismiss you. Additionally they get annoyed when you refuse to purchase more units of tox after they tell you that your face is really bad & therefore u need them. will not be returning to this place. They seem very shady & I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I'm updating my review as it seems Me Medspa is growing a bit and starting to offer more services. I come and get my aesthetic services here if my travel/refresh lines up so probably been here a handfull of times now. They changed their appointment system and its going through some growing pains (they offer appointments when they aren't open; ask me how I know). However, they let me so a walkin as soon as they opened and were friendly, efficient, and helped answer my questions about the new offers. In some ways, this is a bit of a no frills medspa (at least to me) and I prefer that cause I can basically come in and out without too much down time. I'm also bad at relaxing anyways so I'm not the type who needs all the amenities of like drinks and aromatherapy. That doesn't mean staff are curt or rude, they still make time to chat and be friendly. What I did appreciate this time is even though I haven't been back for ~2 years, they still had my file and I still had credits for services which they honored. They also seem to have specials quite often and it can make aesthetic services a bit more affordable (but also, unnecessary procedures for vanity aren't gonna be "cheap"). Overall, for the LA area, I find the price to be extremely affordable and the results don't seem to be negatively impacted. I'd recommend this spot for the aesthetic curious or for long time medspa service users. read more

I arrived on time and then had consultation with owner who was unprofessional and fat shamed me by saying things like my butt and my arms are huge and fat and that she can help my arms but that I'm better off getting skin removed from arms and then placing that on butt. When I had previously told her I'm not interested in surgery. Really weird vibe/conversation and I'm sure there are way better places out there for body contouring. Do NOT bother coming here!! I went to ME Medspa for Botox. I had given Botox a break bc every injector I went to around LA or the westside couldn't inject without making my eyebrows droop. I went for a facial today honestly front desk and whole team need a upgrade on manners, Before even getting the facial the lady who gave me the consultation already demanding a tip! I was like let me get the product first if I like it I will gladly tip! Girl who did my facial was also rude! Went in for a consultation prp microneedling and knew it was going to be bad as soon as I met with "nurse". She didn't even introduce herself to begin. She started off with so what are here for? I told her and she asked if I have ever done it before I said yes, years ago so asked her to explain and she really couldn't. So I started asking questions.. who is performa the procedure? She said me or the assistants. I said and are u a Dr? Nurse? Np? Rn? She said an rn. And said she's been doing this for many years and not just worked at a regular hospital but at medspas. I asked how many times do u spin the blood? She looked confused and said what do u mean? Just once. I explained some places spin it twice. I asked how much experience she has w microneedling? And she said a lot. They do it all the time there. I asked what kind of pen do they use? She said she didn't remember? I said skinpen? Rejuvapen? She couldn't tell me and said there's lots of different brands but still didn't know what type or brand they would be using ((to puncture micro wounds on my face!!!!) i asked for before and afters and her reply was that they don't have any because people usually just come for touch ups.. (idk what that even means! Touch ups? On microneedling!????) it was at that point I knew for certain she doesn't know what she's talking about. It's important for us to do our own homework before choosing a medspa to trust ur face with and I have done extensive research! My friend had Botox done at this med spa, and the results were extremely disappointing. Not only did the Botox have no effect, but it actually left his eyebrows uneven, and he still has noticeable movement between his brows one of the main areas he was concerned about. When we brought this up to the clinic, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of offering a touch-up (which is standard practice at reputable clinics), and they did NOT!! they insisted we pay for more Botox despite the fact that we had already paid for treatment in that exact area. and he still had motion in the area that was injected. They took no accountability to fix their error. It felt like they were more interested in making money than ensuring customer satisfaction. Even worse, they wouldn't honor the extra units of Botox that were already in my chart to give for him. So be aware if you have extra units of Botox with them, they won't let you transfer them. When I asked how much it would cost to fix the issue, they quoted me full price despite the fact that the treatment had clearly NOT BEEN DONE RIGHT. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of us instead of making it right. The customer service was terrible, and they showed zero concern for our satisfaction. It honestly felt like they were diluting their product, because it didn't it didn't do anything. I no longer trust this place. FYI, they go to another room to fill the syringe already with who knows what. I should have seen this as a red flag The customer service was awful completely dismissive and unhelpful. Do not go here unless you want to look like a stroke patient. Now that nurse Jackie is gone, it's terrible. There's nobody there that understands how the muscles in the face work. Their Botox placement is horrendous. I go here for Botox and the last two times they really paralyzed my smile, and not in a good way. Back in March I went to get some Botox and she put sooo much that the whole lower half of my face was beyond paralyzed. They said they were so sorry and they would do RF treatments to try and activate it quicker. If you research you'd know that doesn't work. I ended up frequenting a sauna to try and sweat it out but ultimately just had to give it a few months to wear off. Willing to give them another chance and thinking maybe we just did too much the last time, I made the mistake of going back. She injected a lot less but the same thing happened!! I don't know if she penetrates the muscles too deep or at the wrong angle or what, but wow!!! What a mistake!!! Her placement is horrible. Knowledge of facial muscle movement should be a requirement that they do not have! Again with the RF that doesn't work. I voiced my concerns and showed them my crooked smile, my paralyzed jaw, my neck ribbons having to overcompensate because of it.,They basically told me I was exaggerating or just "feeling " a certain way and to just wait for it to wear off because that "happens all the time". Are you kidding me??? You screw up peoples faces all the time?? How do you still have a license?? How are you still employed here? I'm in sales. I can't afford to look like this. If I'm not smiling with my clients, I don't sell. This is a big problem. I have taken weeks off of work and been trying to get in touch with the manager since the staff have now been extremely rude to me. Oh I'm sorry, should I just be ok with paying hundreds of dollars for you to mess up my face and just not say anything. You're delusional! I spoke to the manager once, weeks ago but now cannot seem to reach her. I don't think the staff is giving her my messages.
