My sister always goes here and never has any complaints. Truly professional and affordable. My tattoo was a cat my daughter drew me a few years ago to make me feel better when I was sick. I went in because I needed help getting a piece jewelry back in a cartilage piercing. I have no bad things to say as far as the services rendered or environment I will however say I did not expect to have to pay $25 for her to pop my stud back in - yikes! If I had realized this before coming I may have shopped around a bit more but as it was I have no complaints and if it is within your price point I would definitely recommend!

I had an hour slot booked where I wanted to do a couple smaller memorial tattoos in memory of my mother who passed from ovarian cancer. The nice thing is, I had changed my mind a bit since showing the initial proof to Zion Tattoo when I initially booked. Travis was totally fine with it and adjusted to my wants. I also appreciated how he added his input on my ideas to ensure they looked good upon completion. I was there for about 45 minutes, everything was fast and inclusive. It was an amazing experience in a clean and comfortable environment and I appreciated how Travis kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing alright and was just very personable. He takes pride in his work and I'd definitely recommend Travis at Zion as an artist and one who especially pays attention to detail - even the smaller detail tattoos - and I will definitely be returning again for more!

He informed me of how the information would be secured. Parking was not too bad, we parked about a block away. The shop was cleaned and he explained everything to each child. He helped them to feel comfortable and asked for their consent. He was funny, kind, thorough. The kids got to pick their jewelry, and were overall just so happy!! So glad we went there!!!!

I got my ears pierced here by Willow in October 2019. I had a fine experience. Fast forward to this…read morepast weekend, one of the balls of the earrings I was pierced with fell off while I was on vacation and I lost the earring. It was the only pair I had. So I made an appointment to get a new pair from this shop. I went in on Tuesday and got a similar hoop and the guy (not Willow, but can't recall his name) replaced them and put them in for me. I was charged $85 which is outrageous, but fine whatever, I paid it and gave the guy a $10 tip. The next day, I noticed the right earring ball was quite loose. I tried tightening it myself but it just keeps spinning around. I didn't want to lose the ball and earring again so I contacted their FB page and asked what I could do to tighten it. Whoever replied said you need a special tool and that I could just "pop in and they'd take care of me". I informed them I'd be there around 5:30 on Thursday (today) and didn't hear back. So I pop in, as directed, and the same guy who fixed me up on Tuesday is there and he asks if I have an appt. I told him I was the one on FB who had the loose earring and he looked at me like he had no clue what I was talking about and said the person who was messaging me is the owner and he's in Thailand. Ok...? Dude didn't even recognize me from 2 days before. I ask him if he will tighten it and he's like "I can but it would be a $10 service charge". I said "I just paid $95 on Tuesday for these and one is loose already and I don't want to lose it and have to pay for another one." He tells me it shouldn't fall out any that me wanting him to tighten it would be "my preference" and that he "doesn't work for free." He was being extremely rude and it was ridiculous that he wouldn't honor what the owner told me. This shop lost any future business from me based on this interaction. I'm only giving 2 stars because my first experience here was just fine, as was my visit on Tuesday. In fact, the guy who got the new earrings in was very pleasant, not at all the kind of attitude I got from him today. Horrible customer service and treatment of a customer.
