I'm giving 2 stars because of the last rep I spoke with when I visited. She was going to complete my laser session for me. I actually liked her, and would have enjoyed her services. However? Something is telling me to pass. I purchased a Groupon for this place, 6 laser hair removal treatments! I was actually surprised when I saw the prices on their website, but was happy to start my journey either way. I finally booked my appointment, in the comment section I put that I was using a Groupon. Just so we'd all be on the same page. Well, I didn't really realize how far it was but I was willing to deal. Anyway, I missed my first appointment due to work travel and even though I emailed them they marked me as a NCNS. With no reply to the email but okay I rescheduled anyway. So, I show up for my appointment and I'm told that they do not accept the Groupon for what it's worth. They'll perform one session, but I have to contact Groupon for a refund. I feel like 1.) they should only offer single sessions on Groupon. After a certain amount of time you can't easily receive refunds, so it's inconveniencing. 2.) if I indicate that I purchased a Groupon they could've called me ahead of my appointment to make sure I was okay with how they do things. Common courtesy. After going up there a few times, I just think that's a sign to pass. read more
