Kaitlyn Taylor was very thorough and made me feel reassured in my concerns and echoed some of my experience with over the counter face products. I enjoyed the consultation and how helpful and knowledgeable she was. The facial was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I could immediately feel the difference in my skin. I honestly can't decide how I feel. The girls here are super sweet, and the spa is beautiful, but I have had both good and not so good experience here so far. Let me start off that I LOVED my filler done by Leigh. She really knows what she's talking about and what she's doing. I can tell she really has an art for injections and knowing what works best for peoples needs! My appointment was so quick and easy. On the other hand I got a facial a couple weeks ago by Kaitlyn. My girl that I had seen before had left, and the owner Roxanne said there were notes on what was previously used on me. I have very sensitive skin, and my first facial I did not react at all. But with my facial with Kaitlyn, I'm still breaking out from 2 weeks later and I have scarring. It takes a long time for my scars to fade, and again I didn't have a reaction at my first appointment. So I don't think Kaitlyn used the same products that had been used on me before. I also feel like Kaitlyn was super salesy. I don't mind being sold retail (especially since I work in the beauty industry myself, so I know how helpful it can be for clients), but it was pretty excessive. I had a friend that also had this same experience with her, so that's when I knew I wasn't just overreacting. The facial just wasn't relaxing at all like you would expect it to be, and to me it wasn't worth the $220 I spent. read more

She and her team are constantly continuing their education in the skin care game which makes them knowledgeable and up to date with all your skin care needs. I had my first treatment with Kris the other day and I had such a great experience. It was my first facial ever and what I loved most about it was how educational she was about my skin. I never realized that not all skin is equal and that there are things that I should be doing that maybe others don't need to. Kris also formulated a plan for the golf course for me. Because I spend a lot of time out in the sun she got me some face moisturizer with SPF in it. That's a win/win for me because it is less that I have to do while still getting what I need.
