First experience with Botox ever. Mildly painless but minimal effects and maximum money. In comparison with my friends who have many years of experience, I was overcharged. I only addressed smile eye wrinkles and my "11" - nothing above brows (no forehead) and was charged $500. Everyone I know spent less for a lot more and their results are more prominent. Also note, I was not provided a unit measurement related to cost. My friends all shared the same feedback, that this is unusual. Well I am only giving this business one star even though I ended up not getting the service. The reason I declined to get the service and walked out was because the nurse practitioner did not look like she knew where things were, she seemed a bit unsure about where the product. But the biggest thing of all is that she didn't use gloves while preparing the syringe. I am in healthcare and I know sanitation and sterilization. She did not use the proper protocol when preparing the dysport. This is how cross contamination .. This is a follow up of the reply I received from Refine.... She had mentioned That gloves weren't required for preparing a syringe... also it is news to me that there wasn't enough dysport for my service... she never even mentioned that. read more

I did my first microneedling session to get rid of acne scars. I saw Collin, the nurse practitioner and he was amazing.... so knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions. He was great, he didn't rush through it, took his time to hear what my needs were and I couldn't be happier with the results! I have gone to this med spa for 2 years. It used to be great. I don't know what has happened lately but it's definitely not the same. I had a bad Botox experience, eyelid was droopy. I didn't mention it to them, just decided no more Botox from this place. I bought a Groupon for B-12. I waited 45 min for a shot of b-12 before I got up and walked out, never received the shot. I understand that schedules do not always run on time. Have the courtesy to call and push appointments back if you know you are running behind. Two weeks post-peel the redness finally went away and I was able to stop wearing heavy makeup. My skin is still drier than pre-peel so hopefully that will get better soon.
