Also, she didn't leave the room to let me remove my panties and get on the table which isn't a huge deal breaker but watching someone undress (or texting while they do it) is uncomfortable. Her pricing was great, which is why I gave her a try, but in this case you will definitely get what you pay for.. I've been getting waxed for years and for the first time ever, I cried after an appointment because of the amount of pain I felt. I've been getting Brazilians since 2008, and in all my wax experiences, she's the best and most professional! I always get a Brazilian, in n out n 15min which is outstanding bc we both are busy people. I made an appointment for two haircuts and one full set of acrylic nails. I have to say that while…read morethe experience wasn't completely disappointing, I know the quality could have been much better, especially considering the price we paid. The person who did my nails was kind and did an okay job, and I don't expect perfection. However, I was surprised by the nail preparation. She only filed my nails and clipped my cuticles without pushing them back first. Simply clipping them doesn't fully remove or clean up the cuticles. I've had my nails done at several other salons, and they always take more time with the prep work before applying the acrylics. I was also disappointed with the polish application. The polish didn't fully cover my nails, and the sides were left bare. It honestly looks like my nails have already grown out for a month, even though my husband and I had the appointment on July 3 at 11:00 PM. My husband also got a haircut. He simply asked for it to be cut short, and that's exactly what he received, so he was satisfied with his haircut. As for my haircut, I requested a pixie cut, but it ended up looking much more like a bowl cut. I also asked for my bangs to be cut diagonally, but they were uneven, as shown in the photos. I even asked if they could be made a little shorter, but I still wasn't happy with either the cut itself or the way it was styled. Overall, I expected a much better result for the amount we paid. I wasn't expecting perfection, but I did expect more attention to detail and a higher quality of service. Unfortunately, my experience didn't meet those expectations. However, in the end, I did cut my own hair and it turned out better than what I paid for. But I will say I dont plan on coming back here again.

She uses hard wax, which is best for Brazilians, and after you can opt to pay extra for the hydrojelly mask, DO IT!!! I didn't sting or anything, it was so smooth and soft and I was elated.
