She took her time and was professional. The pain was uncomfortable, but bearable. Just put your headphones in and let her do her thing. I pretty much forgot about the pain after i saw my healed brows. Not gonna lie, they looked too dark for about a week and a half, but i swear i just woke up one day and they were just perfect and everything was worth it. Danielle took the time to lighten this old ink as much as possible before color correcting it and then re-doing my eyebrows. We ended up going with microblading with some shading since I still wanted to keep a more natural look. My results are pure perfection. Danielle listened to my wants and concerns, and achieved the exact look I was going for. This is SO important to chose an artist who actually cares about the result you are looking for, as my previous artist used a shade I did not want, and did not give me the volume and definition I was looking for. It won't let me respond to Rafael's comment on my previous review, so I'll write this in another…read morecomment instead: He's covering his ass because he doesn't want his business to look bad, but if he doesn't want his business to look bad, he should show up to his appointments, or AT THE VERY LEAST give you a full refund if he doesn't show up. He only gives you skinny unfinished eyebrows during the first appointment, so yes, I was looking forward to the touch-up appointment and his finishing my eyebrows, that I paid for. He says that he was "ill" - why then didn't he call or text to cancel the appointment? He says that he offered to still finish them if I came back - I'm not driving three hours again for a business owner who doesn't show up to his appointments! I even agreed to come back against my better judgement since he had offered an add-on service as an apology, and he refused to say what the add-ons are unless I physically came in again! He refused to tell me over the phone beforehand. And he refuses to refund me so that I can at LEAST get the job finished at another place. What the hell...? Why run a business like this? Absolutely unacceptable behavior, do not listen to him, he treats his customers like trash. I'm all set with this nonsense and cannot get the time back that I have wasted in trying to get a refund from someone who did not show up to the appointment, and who is unfortunately too greedy to refund my money. If the service isn't done, the customer is entitled to a REFUND. It's that simple. EXTREMELY disappointed. I just want a refund... If he truly is "sorry", why doesn't he just reimburse me? I wanted to leave a good review, the initial session was great and the brows looked great, but I can't since he no-showed and has refused to refund my money.
