I've done an egregious amount of research and anxiously pulled the trigger with her back in 2020. I got microblading & shading. Three years later, they held up pretty well and I just scheduled my microblading touch up so these brows get back to being on point! The studio was clean and very nicely decorated. She took her time and was professional. The pain was uncomfortable, but bearable. Just put your headphones in and let her do her thing. I pretty much forgot about the pain after i saw my healed brows. Not gonna lie, they looked too dark for about a week and a half, but i swear i just woke up one day and they were just perfect and everything was worth it. If you are contemplating doing something so major to your face but you really want to have regular eyebrows, just TRUST Truc and you will be so happy you did.

Painful, unprofessional, and rude. I made a last-minute appointment because my regular person was…read morenot available, and I was very clear about what I was looking for. The manager said that what I was asking for was very basic and simple and that way it wouldn't be a problem. Halfway through I was suffering in a lot of pain. I don't know exactly what they were doing to me, but when I went to the bathroom (which was broken) I was horrified at the image, staring back at me. I looked like a cheap prostitute. The eyelashes were so full and thick and nothing like the natural look I had showed them. I immediately went to the manager, and the owner was with her, and he tried to convince me that I looked great and better than the photo that I had shown him. He never apologized, and they made no attempt to reconcile the situation. When the job was finished, I insisted that I should not be paying for this because it was nothing like what I asked for and I had to really fight hard for that. The male owner was so intensely rude to me that I could not pay for this! I insisted that I should not have to pay to look like this, and he kept trying to convince me about how how much time and effort the worker put into me and that she deserved to be compensated. It was quite an argument, and I felt terrible about myself when I left. This business was completely unprofessional. I was treated so horribly. Not only was the service ugly, but the business aesthetic is akin to your local DMV. I was also forced to listen to an hour and a half news broadcast from President Trump at full-volume. Not exactly the relaxing service environment. Usually when you're getting your brows or lashes or hair done, you're in a beautiful location, listening to calm, peaceful music. Not aggressive, argumentative news!

Danielle took the time to lighten this old ink as much as possible before color correcting it and then re-doing my eyebrows. We ended up going with microblading with some shading since I still wanted to keep a more natural look. My results are pure perfection. Danielle listened to my wants and concerns, and achieved the exact look I was going for. This is SO important to chose an artist who actually cares about the result you are looking for, as my previous artist used a shade I did not want, and did not give me the volume and definition I was looking for.
