Dr. Kelly NEVER returns a phone call - she ONLY has a staff member who is NOT a doctor call you back. For THREE WEEKS, I have been trying to get her to call me back and I am only ever told "She is in surgery". She's in surgery the very minute they open until the very minute they close? Wow. I didn't know so many animals needed surgery!! So...I left a message saying she could call me back ANY TIME OF THE DAY OR EVEN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT - I NEVER received a call back! And the other reviews about the staff being the rudest staff ever? TOTALLY TRUE!! Go ANYWHERE else!!! Skippack Vet keep contacting Yelp to take my review down and they keep removing it stating I'm not providing enough detail lol so here I go ahhhgain. I started with Skippack Vet because my 18 year old cat had advanced kidney failure and needed fluids eod. Skippack vet was literally around the corner from me compared to my reg vet, North Penn Animal Hospital in Lansdale. I started taking Ivy there for fluids, however at first they tried to make her get more shots and I'm thinking my cat is a senior does not have much long to live and you're only worried about shots. NPAH Owner and Sr. Vet Dr wrote a letter stating it would not help her advanced state with Kidney failure getting routine shots at this point in her life. After getting that, they agreed to see her for fluids. I went faithfully until she passed. I then had another rescue my bf and I took in she has FELV and so I started taking her to Skippack. Long story short, she has alot wrong with her in addition to the FELV she has joint issues and was diagnosed by them now with glacoma. They put her on an eye drop starting with only her one eye, however when I brought her back in for a fu both eye pressures were up and they changed the drops to a stronger drop and in both eyes two times daily. Well the bottle of drops looked like a sample however they stated it wasent. Ultimately I needed a refill before her next pressure check appointment and the Receptionist chastised me stating you went through those drops pretty quick! well, I guess so if the bottle is a sample size and a cat being held against her will to get eye drops is gonna cause a few missed drops out of the bottle just like if you were putting drops in a kids eyes. When they move around and fidget, a drop or two will get wasted, hence is why we went though them. I really don't know why I got an attitude from the Receptionist but regardless we were willing to pay for another bottle and needed a refill, because any person or animal suffering from that disease, is very painful and you being a vet that's your mission right? helping animals so why am I getting a tude about refilling her eye drops!? its not like we didn't have a f/u on the books for her with a pressure check appointment. So Receptionist says I'll have to check with the Dr. before I submit your refill request. I wait alll day almost at work with no contact. I call and said did you talk to the Dr. and are they going to refill her drops until her next upcoming appt she said yes, but its to late to get them today they will be ready tomorrow, that's Tuesday now. I reluctantly say is it ok, I mean she needs those drops. She's like yea she'll be fine. Ok so Tuesday rolls around and I'm in work and say to myself let me confirm I can pick these drops up today after work so I have no problems. I call the Vet and the Receptionist says oh sorry they were not on the truck, we will let you know when they come in next!!???? I'm like HELLLOOO are you kidding me!!! You tell me on Monday that you refilled them but I had to pick them up Tues cause it was too late then Tues you say you don't have them in stock when my cat needs those drops daily as they are critical. IMO they should have contacted another supplier and rushed them or contacted another vet to see if they had them in stock and replenish theirs once their stock came in at their office. In my opinion that was what they should have done or at least offered. At that point I was so mad, I said you know what, cancel Taffy's upcoming appointments and I want you to send my records over to Steinback Vet . It gets better so I go to this vet and they said the eye drop comes in a bigger bottle when I show them the one I got from Skippack Vet which was the only size they said it comes in. You can form your own opinion however this should be detailed enough for Yelp to keep up and Skippack vet to understand why I'll never return when I can even walk to their practice if I needed to but will now prefer to drive a half hour out of my way to another honest and professional not to mention caring vet practice. I will upload a pic of the bottle skippack sold me and said its the only size it came in and the actual one I purchased cheaper, same drop at the other vet! read more

literally the most rude stuff I've ever encountered. We made a reservation for our cats for four days boarding more than one month before the required date. On the day that we arrived, the staff advised that they had no room for our cats, and blamed it on us for not having returned their form. I offered to show them where I had returned the form, but they really couldn't care less, stating that it didn't matter because they couldn't take our cats anyway. I asked them for a recommendation because we absolutely had to board the cats because of construction in the house, and the staff advised we should just look up the information for ourselves. I would never ever recommend that anyone board their animals at Skippack animal hospital. read more

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The owner is a horrible human being and shouldn't own a veterinary office. She doesn't even act like she likes dogs, or people for that matter. We went here for almost two years and spent way more money than anyone should have to spend on a dog in their entire lifetime. She took advantage of the fact that she knew we would pay anything for our dog and recommended us do things that didn't need done. When my puppy (who was only a few weeks old) jumped on her, she acted like it was a bull mastiff knocking her over instead of a small lab pup, and then proceeded to instruct me how I need to "get that taken care of ASAP" and then she proceeded to tell us that we can get her trained there for $x amount of dollars. She never ever looked at my dogs history, even though she had only ever been there since birth, and constantly asked me the same questions about scars on her that she had since we adopted her. On top of that, she always called our GIRL, "he", so she never even took the time to look at the sex...ridiculous. The techs who work with her are the sweetest girls and I don't know how they do it. We finally left after she recommended my dog have surgery that was not needed (after I got two second opinions, one was from her own fill-in doctor!). In fact, her own doctor told us that our dog did not need blood work, so when she said that we needed it and we informed her of what the other doc said, she walked into the back and said to another girl "they just don't want to pay for it", like we couldn't hear her through the door, implying that we were cheap and didn't care about our dog. I warn everyone to not go here if you care at all about your dogs health. We switched to North Penn animal hospital and they have been beyond amazing, I would highly recommend. read more

I have been going to Dr. Martell as my veterinarian for several years now. I also run a dog rescue and she is our main vet for the foster dogs since 2013. Not only does Dr. Martell go above and beyond with every animal in her care, but she truly has compassion for each and every animal she has ever met. She always fits my animals or rescue dogs in at the drop of a hat and accommodates anything we may need. She is very giving and always willing to answer any questions my fosters may have. She treats the animals in her care as if they were her own and not like a job. Dr. Evans gets high praise for treating our two hound rescues, especially our 6 year old Camby. We knew from a previous vet in Trappe that they both had tested positive for Lyme's disease. But that vet said "You don't treat Lyme's in dogs unless they show symptoms". Sadly, we went along with this misinformation for almost 2 years. But it didn't seem right to us that other older dogs had much more vigor than our Camby. Dr. Evans came highly recommended to us and she immediately put Camby on a treatment plan. Wow! What a disappointing experience I had today. We are Skippack residents and bring our Yorkie into Skippack Animal Hospital for checkups etc. In fact just a couple months ago we spent over $600 when our dog had stomach issues. Today I called the office because my 8 year old daughter who has wanted to be a Veterinarian since she was 3 has a report due for her third grade class. I asked very politely if we might be able to come in anytime in the next few weeks to chat with a vet and maybe get a quick tour. I was asking for not more than 10-15 minutes total. I was rudely informed that they just can't do this and you are too busy in the next few weeks. I informed them that we were patients there and I was more than willing to be flexible with time as I know they are busy but was still rudely turned away. My daughter was extremely upset and started crying. I called another vet and they were happy to accommodate me and were happy to help a little girl with her homework and impressed that she already knew what she wanted to do. I will be taking both my daughter and my dog to them now as I can see their patients are not valued in the same way. read more

I just sent the most wonderful text message I can imagine: "No cancer!!!" So, yes, our much-loved, much-shedding, much-slobbering, nearly-12 year old Lab is fine. The best news! But before today, we had two weeks of expensive tests, hard decisions and a very scary surgery. Dr. Evans and Dr. Brandon spent HOURS on the phone (no exaggeration) with my ex-husband and I talking about options and possible outcomes. These were extremely difficult, sometimes tearful, conversations. Both docs were amazingly compassionate and empathetic. They were both clearly interested in getting the best outcome for the dog and for us, all the while recognizing the very real fact that our dog's odds were not good and that everything we were talking about wasn't cheap. Ultimately, it was an impassioned talk with Dr. Evans that urged us to do the surgery. She offered to clear her schedule and come in on Memorial Day in order to operate during what may have been a very crucial time for our dog's health. The rest of the staff was also extremely empathetic and urged us to call in as often as we wanted to get updates on Theodore during his surgery and recovery. I should also mention that this has been Theodore's vet since he was a puppy. They've always provided excellent service and the staff has always been exceptional. In fact, I can't think of a single complaint. And now, I'm going to go see my dog. read more

After an initial brief assessment, Dr. Evans was confident that our cat needed dental work ("it's clear this cat has not had dental work, she clearly has bad teeth and needs to be treated as soon as possible.") She left the room and sent in a vet tech who presented us minutes later with an 8 1/2 x 11 printed sheet of paper flooded with an itemized list of pre-and-post procedure to do's totaling $1,500. The vet tech indicated the total and asked us nonchalantly if we would be paying it in total on that day or when we picked our cat up. My first reaction was to think, "Wow - how inhumane" and my second was to think, "who shells out $1,500 without blinking twice?" A week after treatment, the cat began showing the same symptoms she had before being treated. We called the doctor who asked us to bring her in and after a "follow-up fee" (which came up without any diagnosis), we were told we'd need a large battery of tests and another set of blood tests ("because a lot can change in a few days") to diagnose her and rule out (list out a handful of ailments here). She also suggested we treat the cat's loss of appetite with Xanax, which has a secondary side effect as an appetite stimulant. We refused and were surprised that anyone would treat an issue with a medication that is indicated for a different purpose. When we took our cat to get a second vet opinion, my concerns were validated. One visit in, the doctor said he "felt a large mass in her stomach area" and was pretty certain it was a tumor (he took an X-ray and consulted two colleagues, who confirmed his suspicions). He could not believe the first vet had missed that. He then CLEARLY walked through and communicated all of our options - both conservative and extreme - with associated ballpark costs. Follow-up visits went the same route. Everything from the tone and mannerisms to the bedside manner, costs, efficiency and communication was exemplary. The only positive thing about the visits at Skippack was the quick in/out turnaround time (after our experience, however, I'm no longer entirely shocked at the empty waiting room). Everything about these visits were disappointing, frustrating and disheartening. Sadly, I truly believe that they are taking advantage of their clients' vulnerable state and have their own financial health -- not the best interest of their clients or their pets -- at heart. read more

Having a Presa and 2 Corsos it was not easy finding a staff willing to get to know my three and make them comfortable. The doctors are very good at what they do they are just unprofessional and rude to humans. They set the tone for the atmosphere. The facility is not clean. One of the staff members kept yawning during a visit. Although my pets care was a priority most times, I had to find another vet there due to poor bed side manner of the doctors and the lack of sterilization of the facility. read more

I recently moved to the area and my black lab has been having some issues with incontinence. It had me worried, so I booked an appointment with Dr. Evans. She gave her a very thorough exam, was able to get a urine and stool sample right onsite, cut her nails, expressed her glands etc etc. with no issues. She was also able to diagnose her incontinence issue and gave us some meds to fix her right up. She spent a lot of time with us, and answered all my questions. She got back to me the next day with the blood test results and urinalysis, and everything looked great! The hospital is very clean is spacious, and I would suggest it to anyone who lives nearby with a pet! read more

This was my first visit, and I had some trepidation based upon some seriously negative reviews read here. However, my experience was positive in every way. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very animal-centric. I would recommend taking any pet here. My pet is a dog, who got a very thorough examination and a new and improved course of flea/tick and heartworm medications. All of this, and the price was very fair, even before the first visit $50 discount. read more

I recently move to this area and tried the vet/hospital for my dog. Due to allergies and other issues I'm a frequent visitor of my vets and never had an issue before now. I have no problems paying for medical care for my dog. 2 years ago she had a spinal surgery and I didn't blink, but there payment process could be considered shady at best. They never once explained what the costs would be prior to checkout. You'll see below how much they ended up charging. On my final visit we met with a doctor and I explained my dog had breathing issues (most likely due to allergies in a new area). They were already aware of this issue from the first visit. The vet told me she would prescribe medication. She never used stethoscope, checked my dogs ear/eyes, or anything else. 15 seconds of talk with me in the room before she left, 1 shot of medication, and pills to take home. The vet claimed they were miracle drugs that would clear the issues in less than 48 hours. I checked out and the bill was almost $200 for the visit. Again, not a problem with the bill (but it would have been proper to at least give me a heads up on the costs prior to checkout), except my dog's issues became much worse over the next 4 days. I waited 4 days and my dog had the same issues except now she was throwing up in the middle of the night. I called their office for four days straight and explained the situation and that I needed help because what they did made my dog's condition worse. 96 hours later (3 calls to their front desk) and never once got a call back from a doctor or tech. I then went to a new vet who promptly notified me that he was 99% sure my dog was over-medicated and to stop everything immediately. He looked at my bills and thought the charges were ridiculous. He believe they meds all did the same thing so there was no reason to be prescribed all of them, plus the fact they had her taking double doses. The more I thought about it I realized that in three visits not one doctor used their stethoscope or checked my dog's ears, which should have raised immediate red flags (my mistake that i will never make again). In the end: 3 visits in 5 weeks totaling over $500 (and the one visit was for a booster shot that took 15 seconds and we walked out. We didn't even see the actual doctor). To make things worse, my dog was in much worse condition than when we first went. My new vet only charged for an office visit and spent 40 minutes looking over my dog. It was as if the new location actually cared. I love my dog and before this I've always loved my vets. I truly believe they are there for the proper reasons, to care for animals as best they can. However I cannot in good conscience recommend this location for anyone to visit. They seemed more interested in collecting money and finding ways to charge patients than actually caring for my dog. Just my personal experience but one that was truly eye opening. read more

This place makes you feel like you've been stolen from. Watch your wallet. They make it seem like it's a great place to bring your pet, with their new patient discount, but guess what they don't tell you? They charge top dollar for every shot and visit. They charged me 55$ for my cat to be inside for 2 minutes, and given a shot by a "nurse", the same nurse who told me she makes 9$ an hour. Where is the money going? Not into making their customers happy. Not at all. Three visits cost over 300$. I asked if he will need these shots again, and they said every single year. Why would an indoor cat need every shot under the sun every single year? They were rude to me, saying "i don't know why you got a cat if you didn't know they had to have annual visits" and I said of course I know they need to see a vet once a year, just didn't know they need to eat the whole pharmacy and steal my money in the process. So after the horrific ordeal my Jack Russell has endured after being boarded at Skippack Vet, I feel my complaints haven't gone unnoticed. I stopped in today and was very pleased to sit face to face with the manager, Ruth. She allowed me to verbalize my feelings of neglect and proper attention on their part regarding the health of my boarded pet. When it comes to our beloved 12 year old dog, Chloe, I want to make sure she's left in capable, attentive care. My issues were addressed and Ruth was very compassionate, apologetic & honest. I do believe she meant it when she told me she appreciated the feedback, although it was negative. I'm hoping because of this incident she will be more communicative and teach her staff to pick up the phone and call the parents of the boarded animal if any health concerns arise, no matter the case. read more

I am writing this review with a very sad heart. This is a bit of a long story, but bare with me. A little over a month ago, my ex-husband and I took our dog to Skippack Animal Hospital because she had seemed to be getting progressively worse with arthritis, had begun pooping all over the house, and had lost quite a bit of weight over the last year. At that time, I was feeling like it may have been time to put her down since her quality of life was not good (she didn't want to go for walks anymore, in her eyes she looked unhappy, and she seemed very thin to me. All of that on top of being almost 15 years old so I would rather not have her suffer from day to day. The vet assured us that she appeared to still be in good health and that she was "thin, but nothing to be concerned about" (they said this regardless of the fact that you could see her ribs). They offered to do a blood test to see what her organ function was. After much deliberation, and looking closely at what they were offering (some of which was completely unnecessary and they would have charged us unnecessarily for), we chose to go forward with the blood test and put her on meds for arthritis. Over the next month, she became worse....her anxiety started going through the roof and she was demonstrating obsessive and panic type behavior. Her eating signficantly decreased, and she began drinking a ton. She was a danger to herself when noone was home because she would repeatedly bang her face against things that would cause her to cut herself. The house was a health concern for the children living there because she would poop and track it everywhere. We approached the vet about giving us a prescription for the anxiety so that we could at least handle that problem. They resisted and continued to give us the message that we needed to change the environment. I continued to tell them that I thought it was time to put her down. We made an appointment for a week ago (last Wednesday) and put her in their daycare program so she could be monitored and cared for during the day when everyone was working. During the first couple of days while she was under their care, they continued to resist giving us something for anxiety despite telling them that she was freaking out at night. They suggested keeping her in the bedroom with the light on and playing soft music. I pleaded with them and they continued to resist. Then, strangely, when i came to pick my dog up (maybe day 3?), the vet came out to the front when she heard me talking to the woman at the desk about my dog's anxiety. She said that the notes from someone there said that I was not interested in a prescription medication but was looking for an alternative solution!!! I adamantly said that NO, I was NOT looking for an alternative...I had asked for a prescription from the beginning. She went to the back and got me a bottle of Xanax without question. Over that weekend, we (my ex-husband, his fiance, and myself) prepared our children for our dog's death. When the day came to put her down, the vet called us and informed us that they had a team meeting and had determined that it was "unethical and wrong" to put her down at this time. Dr. Evans said "she is happy with life and life is happy with her". This baffled me. I was frustrated and confused. They offered to care for her by donation only until they felt it was ok to put her down. We hesitantly agreed. At least she would be safe and cared for, and who wants to do something "unethical and wrong"? We asked that they please call to inform us before they put her down. In the meantime, we were allowed to come and visit. I visited her on Friday and she looked terrible to me :( Her breathing was labored and she hobbled around and looked unhappy. Again, I voiced this to the front office and asked for a phone call (again) from Dr. Evans. It has been one week since the day when we were supposed to be with her to put her down and we got the call today that they put her down last night (and did not call us first!). I still have not received a call from Dr. Evans. read more

We first went in with Orbit to see Dr. Martell because he did not eat for a day and was diagnosed as having pancreatitis. She knew I wanted to keep costs low because I have been going through a lot of funds dealing with my oldest cat, who had just been in 2 weeks prior. At the end of the week we knew he wasn't better and finally x-rayed him. A mass. So they sent me to a specialist to see on ultrasound if it was cancer or a cyst or WHAT. I was so scared it was cancer... but it was the "OR WHAT"; a foreign body. The specialist sent me back to Skippack the same day and they made room immediately in the schedule to get it out. I could not wait to see what it was. We were taking bets on what our friends thought it was. I was just so happy he was going to be okay, all the while swearing at him because this all could have been avoided! Apparently our "dumpster cat" decided that something on a large piece of plastic wrap was SO worth eating that despite not having any teeth, he gulped it down. I imagine he looked like a snake, but I didn't witness this feat. I guess we have to be more careful with our food wrappers!My favorite part of the story is that when Dr. Evans called to tell us he was out of surgery, she said "Are you sure he's as old as you think he is?" "He's at least 9 because we've had him for 9 years." And she replies "Well this cat has the guts of a 5 year old!" read more

Over the summer I brought my reptile to the Skippack Animal Hospital because I suspected a mouth infection. The doctor took one look at him, after tearing him out of his carrier by his head, and told me he probably had liver disease because his skin was yellow, without doing any tests or x-rays. I kept asking her about whether or not she thought he had mouth rot, and she would not answer me. She took him out of the patient room to do a "blood test" and would not let us come with her to watch. She sent me home with a bunch of medicine for his liver, without actually testing him for anything, and all the medicine did was make him incredibly sick and weak (could not keep food down or move). I had also asked for antibiotics in case he had an infection. I kept him on the antibiotics, stopped the other meds after only 1 day, and within 2 weeks he was absolutely fine. I was desperate for an exotic animal vet, but after the way my concerns were undermined and my reptile was misdiagnosed as irresponsibly as he was, I would never trust this doctor with any of my pets health. I felt rushed and like I was being gouged for money at every turn. read more

we've been bringing our conure parrot for almost a year. he's had his wings clipped before elsewhere. we had his wings clipped yesterday for the first time at Skippack and they totally botched it up! they clipped all his wings and left the 3 tip wings...had to take him to another vet to check up on him to make sure he was ok. other vet confirmed that this is not the way to clip wings. only first 10 primary feathers should be clipped not all feathers including secondary...poor bird can't land properly. we are so upset. when we called to complain and told the tech that on the Internet it says to only clip 10 primary feathers, she tried to justify what they did by saying "you should not trust the Internet". the breeder I got our bird from also confirmed the correct method as well as confirmed the correct method with a vet from another location. they have definitely lost our business and I will make sure to tell all of my friends to stay away. if they can't even do this properly how do I know my pets are getting the proper care they need. i will post pictures of the horrendous job they did. read more

I write this as a warning to other pet owners. DO NOT bring your animals here. I brought my sweet dog here a week ago and have never met such an unprofessionally run, money-hungry business as Skippack Animal Hospital. I brought my dog in for his senior wellness exam last week and lumps were found on his neck. The owner came in, felt his neck said "this isn't normal, he needs blood work and a biopsy" and walked out. As she was rushing out the door, I quickly tried to ask her what this all meant and she said a "It could be a tumor, infection, teeth problems, we don't know" and then walked out. Just like that. Guess she had somewhere else to be. She never returned to discuss anything else or allow me to ask further questions, probably was in the office for less then five minutes, and then just sent a vet tech in. I was taken aback by the owner's behavior because usually a vet has much better bedside manner. This is a scary thing for a pet owner to go through hearing the possibilities and then just walk out. It's cold and heartless. Not being able to even meet with the vet for five minutes (who is the owner!) is absurd to me. That aside, I let this experience go because all I cared about was my dog and getting him help. The owner has a very harsh, abrupt personality and frankly scared my dog with her loudness. I let them do blood work there and also a biopsy because I didn't want to waste time. I came to pick him up after the biopsy and before even meeting with the vet (which never happened by the way) the girl at the front desk told me my bill was due and I could pay. I said I will pay once I meet with the vet and discuss the procedure that was done on my dog. Vet still didn't have anytime to discuss the biopsy that was done. . Was put in a room with a vet tech, who while very sweet, just read instructions for wound care off of a sheet while sitting cross-legged on the floor. I was told the biopsy results could take one week. However, as the week went on, my dog appeared to get worse rapidly. I called the office twice, explained that he wasn't eating, had vomited, and was hiding under the bed for the past two days. I was concerned--who wouldn't be?. The girl who answered the phone both days (who didn't seem to have much of a clue) said, "Well, is he seizing?" I said no, but I AM CONCERNED. Should I bring him in? Can I talk to a vet? She said that the vets were busy and would call me by 7pm. I called at 11am and I'm supposed to wait until 7pm to hear from a vet when my dog is seriously ill?? I never got to speak to a vet either time I called. They never even had the courtesy to call me back over my concerns. Are you kidding me??? This is not acceptable for a very sick dog. I also asked if the test results from the biopsy were in and the girl at Skippack who answered the phone said no, that they were still waiting. At that point, I quickly hung up the phone, called a previous vet I used to take my dog to where I used to live who was always fantastic and explained the situation. They said BRING HIM IN IMMEDIATELY. Why did they tell you to wait? I was there at their office in a half hour. When I met with the vet, (who was so sweet, kind, and informative during such a sensitive time) they had already gotten the biopsy results from Skippack because they called them immediately and asked for them. She thought I already knew the results. I said no, I just called them and they said they weren't in. My previous vet had to tell me he had cancer. She immediately started hydrating my dog (who was dehydrated) and discussed chemo starting asap that we should not wait, went over the results, and did everything a vet is supposed to do. How is it that another vet was able to get the result of the biopsy (dx cancer) within a half an hour of my call to Skippack when they told me they didn't have them? Shame on you, Skippack Animal Hospital! I will never bring any of my animals to you again and will never recommend anyone else do the same. You never even had the decency to call me back after I called and told you my dog had not eaten/drank in two days and was vomiting. Disgraceful. Glad he is in much better hands now at his old vet. read more

If you are concerned about your dog and don't want to be taken to the cleaners--because that is what they will tell you, your dog needs their teeth cleaned and then your dog will pass away one week later from a massive tumor! The specialist that charge you extraordinary amunt of money--BEWARE, they are NOT specialist they only charge like they are! read more

They are awesome! I have gone there for almost 30 years, and they done the most excellent preventive care, as well as saving my dogs lives over and over again after accidents and poisoning. I moved an hour away, and tried to going a local vet, who misdiagnosed a cancer in my dog, and the cancer was terminal. I now drive the distance to Skippack and won't go anywhere else. read more

Dr. Martell and her techs are the best! I left Harleysville Animal Hospital because it was too big and they never suggested figuring out what was causing my dogs' allergies...they just treated the hot spots and sent us home. Two months later new hot spots. I called Skippack Animal Hospital and got an appointment. They were prompt, the facility is clean and bright and smaller and much more personal than my old vet hospital. They are so sweet and caring with my pups and so willing to spend time educating me, their mom! I am so happy I switched. read more
