My rabbit developed a skin irritation that had me extremely worried and concerned for her health. With it being the Friday of Labor Day weekend, I was doubting my chances of getting her seen before the holiday. I called a few places that unfortunately could not get me in until late next week, until I remembered that Creature Comforts helps with exotics. I gave them a call, and Dr. Ayermans was able to get me in that same day. The waiting room was comfortable, all the nurses and receptionists were very pleasant and helpful, and Dr. Ayersman helped ease my worries and gave me assurance that my bunny was going to be okay. My appointment lasted 40 minutes and I was extremely satisfied with the quickness I received my appointment, the quality of care with Dr. Ayersman, and plan to return to Creature Comforts in the future for anything bunny-related. Thank you again CC!

Dr was knowledgeable and helpful about our dog having allergies. They didn't try to do blood tests.

After receiving a diagnosis from multiple physicians, we decided to put our cat down. The doctor comes in and looks at the chart and gives us an "Oh! Wait...", Only to be followed by a "you're making the right decision" a few minutes later (giving us an awkward moment of false hope). Then just as the doctor was administering the euthanasia, someone front the front desk came in and interrupted to ask for payment. The whole thing just felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will never be back again.

Just by happenstance each dog sees a different vet. Both Dr D'Souza and Dr Luetke are wonderful. Dr D'Souza has been so diligent in caring for our one dog that we adopted with extreme anxiety issues, coordinating with her behaviorist. Dr Luetke was instrumental in quickly diagnosing congenital knee issues of our other dog as a young puppy and getting him into surgery early. I really cannot say enough about how grateful i am to this practice in the on-going care they give to my now aging dogs. We moved away from the trooper area 3 years ago, but still bring our dogs to Trooper vet, even though we have many choices closer to our new home.

I made it abundantly clear when scheduling that I would need to be given Oxytocin in the event of complications which I was told 'of course, no problem!'. I took her on February 9th, received her radiographs and was then made to wait about 25 minutes where they could 'see about the prescription'. Once I was given it, I went through Chewy to order it (on February 9th) and staff neglected to approve the request for two entire days full well knowing Bay was due on Friday, February 13th and I stressed it's importance. I made phone calls, sent texts and was told a doctor would get back to me. I then was told it was my responsibility to upload the script to Chewy (which I couldn't find anyway) - which I then contacted Chewy and was told that was incorrect and they had been waiting for my vet approval this entire time, Chewy even called them and received no response. Regardless if I had the script or not, it was not my responsibility and the office did not prioritize my pregnant dog nor her puppies. I eventually was contacted on February 11th around 4pm by the practice manager who told me her staff did not feel comfortable prescribing the medication anymore after I spent $400 on the vet visit and now wasted two days. Fast forward February 12th - Bay goes into labor and as I expected, needs assistance from the drug; but I do not have it because Doylestown Vet had my hands tied and denied my dog the care she needed for a successful labor. I make an emergency trip to the ER (an additional $900 expense) she delivers 3 deceased puppies and 3 living puppies. We head home and now her labor is stalled again and the ER asked me to use the Oxytocin my vet should have responsibility prescribed me as standard repro practice. But here I am, unprepared because Doylestown chose ignorance over the reality of whelping puppies. I understand vet school and ethics, but if you care for some field experience, there's a big reality check here at my house because of your lack of concern for myself, my dog and her puppies. Shame on you for putting me in this position, stalling to tell me you had a change of mind about my dog's care, and then running down the clock so I had limited options on how to proceed finding her the care she needed. Edited to add, we are now a week out from Bay's delivery and I have had zero follow up from this practice. Ethics? I don't think so.

We are overprotective of our dog and have canceled grooming appointments in the past for very minor health or physical issues. When we picked her up today she was coughing and having breathing problems. So much so, that we rushed her to her regular vet to be examined. Then we also discovered something is wrong with her leg after the grooming. She is now staying at her regular vet for observation all afternoon to make sure she is ok. We called Whitelands Animal Hospital to find out what happened during her visit to cause these issues that did not exist before her visit to them. We spoke to Dr Frost who was immediately very rude and defensive. Instead of addressing the issues, she berated us saying we took forever to pick her up. As they know, we live 15 mins away and immediately left the house to pick her up. There was no delay in picking her up. Perhaps they should call 20 minutes before a dog is finished to make sure there is no wait in pickup or ask owners to stay very close by if they don't want the dogs waiting around. We never had an issue with picking her up in that timeframe previously. Dr Frost also refused to accept that anything may have happened during the grooming to cause the injury to my dog's leg. She said my dog barking caused her breathing issues. Our vet does not agree. It is very concerning that a doctor would be so defensive and completely refuse to investigate what happened any further. This is negligence. We will not be giving Whitelands Animal Hospital any future business and if you care about your animals and their wellbeing I would not feel safe leaving them in their care.
