The tank was severly compacted due to ?? 20 years of neglect. Due to the compaction, was not able to properly pump out easily. Dickie offered to go to his next stop, come back and force flush the remaining sludge in order to perform a full and complete pumpout. I agreed, and within 2 hours he was back, ran hoses again and was successful in dislodging and completly cleaning out the compacted sludge. Instead of charging me for two pumpouts, as would be customary I'm sure from any other company, we agreed pn a very reasonable extra charge for the additional time and work. Excellent service, clear explanations of condition of system and recommended fiture actions. Thank you Dickie, and would highly recommend.

At that time the job was still known and Todd arrived promptly for a free estimate/quote of the project. Worth noting is that I called multiple local septic companies and he was the 1st to return my message as well as one of the few to see the estimate out. That being said it took a few on site digs and inspections to determine we had a faulty septic system and it needed to be completely repaired. Full disclosure upon receiving his job quote, even after he had already spent hours on site, we went ahead and quoted out other options(as part of our own due diligence). While he weren't expecting a full replacement we had not prepared to see the number and felt it was a wise home owner decision to see what other pricing options we could get together. Again he did right by us by providing us a very fair and reasonable quote and we felt it was the best deal out there, not to mention Todd and his team are very reliable and just down right a decent family. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the site work due to my own rigorous work schedule and I wasn't around to catch pictures of the piping or gravel or much of the system itself, but I have attached everything I could get for pictures. I was shocked at how quickly the old system was removed and the new one was installed once all the prep work was done. There was a few minor hardware delays as a result of the very beginning stages of what would become as we now know as a major covid pandemic. Josh was the plumber that completed our work, and we found him to be knowledgeable regarding his craft and respectful of our property. He gave options (where a previous plumber had given none); worked efficiently and cleanly; left the spaces he worked in clean; and made several appropriate recommendations for our new home (such as automatic shutoff for the washer in the basement).
