We have been in our house for over forty years and the gravity of this problem was new. Kyle came to our house almost immediately and was able to quickly diagnose the cause of the flooding and came up with possible solutions to the problem. Twice in two weeks they were totally overrun in heavy rain; I suffered two floods of 6"+ of muddy silty water in my basement in less than two weeks apart. I went crazy cleaning this up twice!, and then the real fear of "when would it happen again?". These deluge rains seem more frequent and dangerous. Worst in memory per the locals around here. I decided to do a new drainage solution after talking with DKS Contracting. Needed something fast, and they were quick to jump on this task and created a nice impression from initial discussions. At project completion, my impression is: Kyle is unique. There are few contractors that have his demeanor. Its great and rare! He gets how traumatic this kind of issue is.
