We are a low income…read morefamily trying to survive in this very hard and complicated times, we put our house on the market because we need to downsize due to our financial situation. Unfortunately we lost the only opportunity to move forward with the selling of our house because he was hired by the buyer to do an inspection of the septic, his report was that the septic was not working and that we need a new septic tank and new litchfields, so we called him just to get an idea of what was wrong and he mentioned that, that particular day he didn't bring the tool to dig into the tank so he started doing it by hand but it was to fuc%#* hot (his own words he was also drunk) so he stopped because only seeing it from the outside he new that they were bad so there was no point to continue digging it. (How unprofessional) he also didn't empty the tank so I don't know how he was able to do an inspection report without proper information. The only thing we had was a report by hand writing saying we need a whole new septic system. We were stuck at that moment because we were not able to do our own inspection because if we emptied the tank and another buyer wants to the their own inspection we have to wait a month and paid 2 times to empty the tank. Fortunately we had another offer and they did their inspection with a different company, the septic is working wonderfully, they recommended moving from one location to another because the tank is partially under an addition of the house. So after getting a second opinion we all came to the idea that this guys knows nothing about septic, he didn't even go inside , he didn't even know the size of the tank. The only thing he wants is rip your pockets making you go through a very expensive repair that he does (how convenient for him) please be aware, don't hire someone for an inspection that also repair and install, they will put things to benefit them on a way that the only options you have is hire them to do the job. They read the inspection report and enlightened us to how important it is to get the right person to do the inspection and have the right wording on the inspection sheet. The young man who came out was so thorough in his explanation of the other companies observations. If we weren't selling the house, I would definitely use them for pumping the septic and for anything else we might need exceptional customer service!

We've hired this company a few times now. We first hired them during our process of buying a…read moreforeclosure. And they've been back since. The first time, they were out to talk to us about where the septic should be placed and the size of it, the rep that they sent out was super knowledgeable. The second time was routine maintenance and this week we called because our washer drain was overflowing back into the house. I called at 7 PM to leave a message and that night one of their reps called me back to talk about a schedule and to see if this was an emergency because they didn't want to leave us hanging. I got a call first thing this morning about when they can arrive and what my thoughts were and they were super transparent on the price. Sidenote, in the last six years their price has also not gone up for septic pumping which I think is important with inflation and everything going on. Overall- really great service. Super responsible. Will continue to use!

When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it.

Turns out the meter socket was corroded and the feeder line into the house needed replacement. Accurate was able to come out within hours, recognizing the urgency of the situation, and take care of everything for me. More impressive than that was service we received. Ziam was communicating via text messaging before he ever arrived. He worked hard in the hot sun. Once completed, he walked me through everything he had done and talked about things that should be on my radar in the future - our house is 75 years old, so it is in need of upgrades. And when he left, you would not have known he was ever here - left the place cleaner than he found it. I found Ziam to be empathetic and understanding as well as helpful. I can't say enough good things. You have a customer for life.
