Even for a large order, the wait was only about 30 minutes. They have a separate pickup area for to-go orders, which made the process organized and easy despite how busy they were. We ordered the beef fried rice, house fried rice, churrasco steak, house lo mein, sesame beef, jumbo shrimp, chicken wings, fried pork, pork ramen, and three sushi rolls. Whether you dine in or have Togo box, they will be filled your box with so much meat. In California, they'll charge extra for the meat and amount of food they give you is less. They do have parking infront of the restaurant and across the street. Customer service at Happy Garden is top of the notch. Over the years, the owner has renovated the restaurant. He's hardworking and provides the best service and food for customers. For those that don't know the owner, he migrated from China to Venezuela. And finally settled in Puerto Rico.
