I genuinely did not know bread could taste this good. The moment I took my first bite, I swear I…read moreunderstood why humanity invented baking in the first place. The crust? PERFECT. The inside? Soft, fluffy, warm, and somehow exactly what bread is supposed to taste like. This isn't just bread. This is an experience. This bread didn't simply enter my mouth it changed my entire perspective on life. Every bite was better than the last, and when it was gone, I immediately experienced a level of sadness usually reserved for the endings of great movies. I have eaten a lot of bread in my life. I have respected bread. I have enjoyed bread. But this bread? This bread deserves a national holiday. If you are given the opportunity to eat this bread, DO NOT HESITATE. Cancel your plans. Call your family. Tell your friends. Drop everything and experience greatness. 10/10. 5 stars. Michelin should make a bread category just for this. I would happily eat this bread every day for the rest of my life.

They are also very clear that gluten-free items are produced in the same facility as their products containing gluten. The bakery smells delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I was very surprised by the variety of products they produce. Their cookies are big, soft, and priced very economically. This location in Clackamas offers a few tables on the sidewalk, with a few in the dining room as well. The bakery looks like it would make a great lunchtime spot.

They have moved 1/2 miles north across from the Gun Broker. More dirty, small and grungy bar feel…read more It's a DELI, and deli don't mean FRIED. Sandwiches. Good Healthier food (OK, sandwiches) plus you get a pickle if you ask. (PICKLES ARE NOW GONE FROM MENU). Nice service. Why go to Taco Bell, McDonald's, Wendy's or 7-11, all at that corner of HWY 212 and 82nd Drive when you can go here and pay the same for healthier. Call ahead and order a sandwich, plenty of parking (NOT SINCE THEY MOVED). LIMITED PARKING. in the big lot across from Fred Meyer and it is better for you. I go here EVERY (NOT SO MUCH SINCE THEY MOVED)time I'm around. I think they close at 5pm or so, so plan.

Met a pal here for a casual weekday lunch…read more Both of us ordered sandwiches - a ham & pineapple sandwich w/ a side of coleslaw, and a meatball sandwich w/ a side of fries. Both sandwiches were made with tasty, fresh ingredients and there was no skimping on the meat. Fries were hot and crispy, as they should be. Coleslaw was slightly unexpected - the cabbage was not shredded but rather was more like a chopped salad with some dressing on it. The flavor of the coleslaw dressing was acceptable ... didn't bowl me over, and wasn't as tangy as preferred, but it was fine as something a little different. The guy at an adjacent table raved about his burger. I'll admit it looked and smelled pretty darn good ... will have to try that next time. Service was a little slow - it took close to 15 minutes to get our sandwiches (and the place was NOT busy at the time), but we were gabbing and weren't in a hurry so this wasn't an issue for us. Total price was about $18 for the sandwiches, sides, and colas. As this was a working lunch, we weren't drinking but it appears the deli does sell beer and wine. Overall, this is a place I'd try again if I were in the area. Definitely beats your typical greasy fast food. As a side-note, I liked the "community feel" created by the table next to the front door with locals' business cards. From printing services to haircutting to handyman, you can probably find whatever you need. What a nice way for a business to support its fellow businesses.
