This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Beer and Espresso served and paid for inside. Restrooms are accessible and inside. Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. It was very busy this particular day, but no problem, all the carts seemed to be prepared for that! Just a lot of friendly faces who understood we needed to drool over all the menus before arriving somewhere. We landed on Premier Japanese Hibachi and loved all the flavor. Some of the freshest shrimp and yakisoba I have ever had. We also had the grilled shrimp and steak. TIP: don't forget to ask how you want your steak because it is made to order! The sauces on the side were perfect for dipping and sharing. Unfortunately, the portions did feel small for $18 a plate. I also really appreciate, and choose to visit K-Bop, because they use the compostable clamshell containers, and not the wasteful single-use plastic like so many others.
