STAY AWAY These people conned me. I went in and explained my nic salt vape died and I need a new on for nic salts with an ohm rating greater than 1. He picks one that seemed good, sold it and a bunch of accessories. Go home set it up and - it is a sub ohm coil. I go back in amd he says oh we dont have other coils for that and you cant return it sorry. Want to buy a new one? I paid $87 for something worthless to me. On their recommendation. Worst customer service!!! No one has a helpful can do attitude. I have been going to Red Star for over a year and after today I probably won't return. They have been out of the 18650 batteries for over a week! They said just got in an order in yesterday and no batteries. Also told me to go to a location that it over 10 miles away! Trying to get a coil also was a problem today! I have an odd tank would rather buy a pack instead of individuals to save money. I asked the associate on getting a pack of 2 barrel coils. He told me they COULD have issues screwing in, but he wasn't completely sure. I asked what happens if they don't fit? His response, "we can't do anything about it". Basically I would have to eat the cost on coils if they didn't fit. Very disappointed. Plan on buying coils and batteries else where! read more

Went in 3 different times for a glass downstem for my piece, just about 100 pieces on the wall to display but no downstems. Was told to come back which I did twice, still nothing in stock (was told they wld be). When I voiced my frustration about this and asked if I cld buy a one out of the pieces since they had massive overstock (on pieces that don't move because they are so overpriced), I was told by the grown Dexter's laboratory look alike that had literally just walked up from the back of the shop "we don't do that". Attitude was horrible, shop is always dirty, Customer service is some of the worst I have seen... will not ever go back!!! read more

The fellas over here are really nice and accommodate vapers of all levels. Trevor helped me find a great setup by recommending the Voopoo Drag mod and the Crown 3 tank. Bought two small batteries. One lasts 8 hours, the other lasts 1.5 hours. I was told the battery lasting 1.5 hours was not defective and could not be exchanged. Apparently I need to damage this battery to the point it will not power on at all to meet the store's definition of defective. New store manager in Glendale is dismissive and condescending. Went there to get a couple bottles of juice since they have good pricing and will not be going back. Walked in the door and nobody acknowledged that we were there. Finally walked up to the counter and the guy waited a few minutes before we got a "can I get you something?" I asked about popular flavors and suggestions for mixing on certain flavors they had and he said " I don't know". So I guess if you know exactly what you need and don't mind waiting ten minutes for help to get out the door it would be the perfect place for juice. I've been here around 4-5 times now and I think it's about time I left a review. The guys at red star are awesome. I always come in with the nooby questions and inquiries and they're more than happy to answer my questions and even go the extra mile to make sure I understand everything before I leave. Every time I've gone in I've left as a happy camper. Now that I've addressed how they treat their customers I'm going to talk about their juice selection and pricing. Their juice selection is ENORMOUS. It's almost like a bar. You can mix and concoct your own custom flavors and put whatever you want in your juice. I've tried this and that and have come across around 3-4 flavors that I really enjoy. Every visit to buy new juice is an adventure. The only downside is that you can't try the juice before you buy it, but that's not the stores fault. #thanksfda The prices here are literally unbeatable. 120ml's of juice for 21 bucks? Get outta here. Over at Vape Central by Leelee's I paid 60 bucks for a 120 ml of juice. (Note that this was 'premium' juice, but honestly you can't taste or really feel any difference). ATTENTION: LIFE OR DEATH! I used to be a regular there, but only because the juice was cheap. The service there was terrible, just a bunch of d-bag guys that cussed alot and were always disrespectful. But I put up with it. That was until my friend bought juice from them and got extremely sick, ended up in the hospital (for about 2 weeks) for a BAD bacterial infection caused by the unsanitary juice he bought. Come to find out they only change syringes "if they break" and many many other things. I've also heard of other people getting sick, but never thought it would happen to someone I care about. My wife Bought a product with a 30 day guarantee, returned it three weeks later because it was leaking, they said try a new coil, she did and it continued to leak, went back the follow week, the guy said looks like it's defective, asked for a Manager, The guy she was dealing with said his name was Quintin and he was the manager and there was nothing he could do, to many Vape stores in town to deal with dishonest business practices. Amazing customer service!!! I wish I knew the name of the employee (blond hair, blue eyes, always wearing a hat) who has helped me the last few times, he is great. All the employees are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Every time I walk in I am greeted and assisted promptly. I'm always asked for ID, which not many places do. Prices are reasonable. I went to many vape shops before I found Red Star and now it's the shop I go to. My only 2 complaints are 1) they don't have testers for juices 2) unlike other vape shops, they don't have deals/ specials (i.e BOGO Monday's/ spend $x, get $x off) I recommend Red Star to everyone. read more

EDIT: i was contacted by the manager of the stores and a solution has been reached. bumping them up 3 stars. - I normally dont talk bad about people, or anything like that. Im one of the nicest people you will ever meet. With that being said i have to say Red Star Vapor or mainly Buddy who works there was a total douche to me right now as i was trying to return a fogger that i bought and was told that i could return. Probably because he built it but he continually bashed my atlantis and kept saying i would get dry hits among other things. After all this i ask about the return and he denies it. I've been here twice now. Prices are decent. Service is hit or miss. I waited 15 minutes to be greeted the last time I was here. While 3 guys sat on a couch commenting obnoxiously about the presidential election and how woman being sexually harassed doesn't exist. Really off putting standing at the counter while they are speaking really loud. The worst part of this experience was probably the fact that the guy working didn't say a single thing. Not to me or to them. Also I had some questions about heating elements and it was like he was inconvenienced. Educate your customers and they will always be back - not sure if I will be. read more

Red star Vapor have to be the worst place I've ever visited, however me my family who has always used them and anyone I know I will go out of my way to make sure they're not ever used again . 3 days ago I went there to. buy a coil I've gotten several from there from other employees never an issue New Valley sister to me and putting it in because I have a medical condition which I cannot ingest or get any of this on me this gentleman early to mid twenties with a beard and much facial hair refuse to assist and gave me the wrong coil because of that I was forced to change it by myself after counter and with it being the wrong one I ended up getting juice all over the counter my hands and my skin I asked if I could please use a hand zinc to watch and explained about my condition and that my fingers were literally burning on fire. Even after explaining and everyone else their knows me and my condition he refused to let me use anything to clean my hands off bathroom ,restroom nothing I had to leave the store and abandon all my thing on the counter so I could rush to the restroom down the street at grocery store and wash and when I came back and told him he laughed at me and said it was Policy, I proceeded to call a store in Phoenix because this was the Irvington Road location in Tucson and he refused to give me any corporate phone numbers district manager phone number nothing so I got that from Phoenix called left messages three days later still no return nothing I really think I should contact an attorney this point. This place is awesome. I've been getting my liquid here for about 6 months now. You can't beat their prices! I've been vaping for almost 4 years and I always bought juices that were $12 for 15mls or $22 for 30mls. I would never even try the juices made in shops. This place has changed that! The best thing about this store is they are open 24/7. Wait? No, they changed the hours. So scratch that. My advice is they update all the hours online instead of putting a sign in the window.
