Noah came by, looked at the pool, and a couple months later all of the issues were fixed. The hole under the waterfall was patched, the Venturi nozzle was replaced, and the damage to the decking was repaired and the entire surface coated in a grey cool-decking type material. My water bill has been cut in half (amazing how much water can quietly leak from a pool). Why only three stars? Because it shouldn't have taken that long to get someone's attention. If you go with this company, keep on it and stand firm.
