I went in for what I thought was a simple mood-boosting red berry gummy. Nothing wild. Nothing dramatic. Just a little "let's enhance the vibe" moment. First red flag? The taste. It was... aggressive. But I figured, hey, maybe it works despite the flavor. Fast forward about an hour and I have never felt so disoriented in my life. The room was spinning like I had just stepped off a carnival ride I did not sign up for. Intense nausea. Sweating. Completely out of it. I ended up in my friend's bathroom getting sick multiple times and missing the entire party. At one point I genuinely considered going to the hospital because that's how bad it felt. This was not a mild "oops too strong" moment. It was a full-blown "why did I do this to myself" experience. I even woke up the next morning still nauseous. I would not go back. Ever. I'm really disappointed to have to leave this. My husband and I have been coming to this spot since 2020. Always good products,deals and friendly staff. Yesterday my husband purchased 2 boutiq switch v5. One of them had a big air bubble and I called the shop yesterday to inquire about it because it was a pretty big bubble. They informed me to come in asap. Wasn't able to come in until today. First girl who approached me was sweet as pie. Then here comes this big girl and I could tell immediately she was going to give me a hard time. I explained and she insisted that it looked normal. Even after showing her a pic of the bubble yesterday she insisted it looked full. She made me feel like I was lying or trying to scam you guys of a pen. She never offered to bring a manager out to talk to me about it,she just said they wouldn't do anything for me. I was offered no solution,just rudeness.I love the shop so much but this left a really bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully this person is re trained in customer service. Oh and let her know that she had a big stain on her shirt and that mixed with her attitude is not a good look for the shop. read more

Me and a friend came to the shop for late night buds and as a first time patient a little pumped they were open still . Unfortunately one girl had a attitude and was being very rude , she pulled out only 1 option to choose from and the buds were awful brown and very dry so it crumbles into dust. The store front looked sketchy, the waiting area uninviting and unprofessional. It felt dirty and thrown together, almost like a front for something else. There was no selection of products and the showroom was nonexistent. Decor was first world trailer at best. No shade on the employees whatsoever but there are many other care facilities to choose from with clean storefronts, wide selection of products with enticing displays, educated care givers that patients can choose from. I usually buy their disposables, they're always solid. Unfortunately, they sold me a fake muha med 2g disposable. Very disappointed. 40 dollars down the drain. *Edit* I came in to tell them and the worker told me to just "throw it away". No refund. Lame. Thought they were better than that. read more

Do not go to this place!!! They are extremely dishonest, and deceitful.... Went in tonight, and smelled 2 different flowers: Vader OG, and Sticky Glue... I asked for 5g of each, as the special was 10g for $50.... They gave me 5g of Sticky Glue, and 5g of Sugar Cookies.... I never asked for, nor saw this flower displayed in the glass. When I went to take $$$ out @ the ATM, the bud tender decided to sneak a completely different flower that I didn't ask for at all.... I didn't notice until I walked out, and immediately turned around to inform them... They said, there's nothing we can do because it's already been put in the books... They made a mistake, and failed to fix it, w/a long time customer.... I've been coming to these idiots for years, but no more. W/as much business that has dropped off from this place, you'd think they'd be on top of things, so the business doesn't digress further.... Unfortunately not the case.... Go elsewhere. This place sucks, and a lot the girls here now have pretty bad attitudes!!!! Place has definitely gone downhill from when it initially opened... Why does it take me asking about my points for someone behind the counter to consider that I may want rewards? Why won't they do their job, and idk, ask about my points, even? What happened to work ethic and Trying? I don't see any of those bud tenders ever actually attending to the people nor care if they get their money's worth. To the man with long dark hair, your curtness did a job well done. In any sense, I'm never shopping here again. So without divulging my entire medical history, I will share with my fellow Yelpers that I, Margo "Yelp-go", have EDS (has nothing to do with ED and everything to do with chronic pain) I have been to SO many pain management doctors (around 6) and after a bad experience at Risser Orthopedic (don't worry, I'll get to that review later) I decided to search for the Dr that led me to go to Risser in the first place (*cue the music*) Dr Moradian! I had seen Dr Moradian briefly around 7 yrs prior after a car accident, at Risser. He was kind, professional and after 5 other pain management doctors later, definitely more skilled. (Yes, I will publicly shame these past practices at a later date. Your girl's trying to stay positive here) When I returned to Risser, I asked to see Dr Moradian and was told he was no longer there. Obviously, I created a false narrative that he retired young and was traveling the Bahamas in happiness and that he was no longer an option for me. So fast forward to me having enough of the disappointment with Risser. (I'm talking about them randomly changing appointments on me without letting me know and literally calling me for a phone appointment when my poor grandma was dying in a hospital and then charging me for not being available despite not ever scheduling me for that day. Then mix in Evelyn with the attitude...) I digress, I was just done. I felt like I was starting from ground zero and decided I would just google Dr Moradian. I guess I thought, "hmm, maybe he's retired but has a a twin with the same career and professionalism". I'm so glad I did because *BAM* I found him (in hindsight I should have just started with this, but hey, you live and you learn) When I called to schedule, he wasn't available. An invisible tear fell from my face. The lady on the other line recommended that I try his colleague Dr Vartanian. I admit, I was hesitant but figured he had to be "okay" if he was with Dr Moradian. I was RIGHT (and a little wrong) because Dr Vartanian is amazing! *confetti emoji* He's not only the most gentle Trigger Point Injector (again, I've had this done by now 7 drs.) but he's also compassionate towards his patients and encourages a plan towards maintaining mobility for a rewarding life. He's the first doctor that I would vouch for to say that he's a genuinely good person. Not just a "good doctor" but a "good person".

He thoroughly explains all the options and I never feel rushed. Integrity because his recommendations are conservative instead of immediately recommending surgery. One of the budtenders dropped my herb while bagging it, and instead of handling the situation professionally, another budtender responded with an attitude. When I addressed it, she claimed I "always have an attitude," which honestly caught me off guard because that hasn't been my experience at all.
