I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. Will use them again if i'll need urgent care again.

This clinic caught my eye since it was close and the reviews were great. I called and confirmed they took my HMO card before scheduling a same day appointment. The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

The staff also wears gloves when handling bodily fluids or when touching patients. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. I mention these things in my reviews for the sake of protecting immunocompromised people like the elderly and people sick with cancer and other illnesses. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is behind the building and it is very small. The lot does get full quickly, so you may have to find some street parking, but that shouldn't be an issue. Establishment: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, small, and organized. They recently moved to a new location, and I love everything except the parking lot because it's so small. A nice upgrade in office space. Yay! Staff: The staff here are very friendly, kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. Dr. Jen, as always, is very professional, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He doesn't rush, and he truly listens to his patients. I love that he isn't dismissive at all. And dare I say it was a very pleasant visit to Dr. Jen's office for the most part... compared to other doctor visits I've been to, going to Dr. Jen definitely won't be daunting compared to others I've been to. My first impression of the place was already a good start, with a very friendly staff and I appreciate that this place seems to keep things in order where I seemed to be the only patient in the office at the time (which is great for the pandemic situation). Dr. Jen was very thorough in my check-up and I specifically came here to also get a pap smear all at once. Very professional throughout, including his female staff member. The pap smear wasn't all that bad (granted my body wasn't cooperating for part of it but that's not his fault) and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time too. Logistics-wise, it was about 3 months out from when I made my appointment call, but I was ok with it since I didn't have an urgent reason. Office itself is in a good location. It's on the 3rd floor and you can find the entrance to the elevators next to the pharmacy. Bonus for the lab being downstairs if you need to get your blood drawn in the future after the doctor's visit, so it's nice that everything you need is in one location. There's free parking around the building and I didn't have trouble snagging a spot on a Friday afternoon.

However, the problem was after my visit. Horrible communication with the doctor's office staff. They kept calling my mom's cellphone number for my blood test results and for ultrasound appointment. I never heard back about my ultrasound results and I never got my skin cream that the doctor said she was going to give me. I asked for it again the second time I visited the office too (for forms). Also, you have to call at least 10 times to talk to someone on the phone and I waited 2 months for my appointment. Overall, doctor was sweet and informative, but lack of follow through with office staff + doctor, made me not want to back.

I probably should have waited before I wrote my initial review for Dr. Juste. This updated review…read moreis a result of the numerous problems I have had since my initial visit back in November of 2024. The problem stems with the doctor's office using incorrect billing codes when submitting claims to my insurance carrier. Same problem with the lab for the lab work to be done as requested by the doctor, the doctor's office manager submitted the lab work request with the wrong billing codes! A few months after my November visit, I noticed that the medical claims submitted by the doctor's office and the claims submitted by the lab were rejected by my insurance carrier. Eventually, I called and spoke with the office manager about the rejected medical claims and she told me they were having problems with getting claims processed because the doctor was trying to get his daughter -- who is also a licensed doctor -- involved in his practice, but that endeavor was causing problems with the insurance carrier. Something nonsensical like that. Anyway, since I was not being billed and I noticed that another attempt to get reimbursement from my insurance was being processed, I just let it go and wait to see what happens. Well, what happened is that claims from both the doctor's office and the lab were still rejected and not being paid! So, now I had to investigate into this mess -- and what a mess it was! Over a period of several weeks and spending a total of 3 hours on the telephone with my insurance carrier and another 4 hours with the lab's billing department I found out what the problem was. The doctor's office manager screwed-up and not only applied the wrong billing codes for the types of service requested when the claims were first submitted, the office manager kept using the same billing codes when resubmitting the claims! Well, to make a VERY long story short, I contacted the doctor's office and explained what the problem is and what needed to be done. After spending about 3 or 4 weeks of back-and-forth with the doctor's office manager and/or the doctor's PA, the lab, and the insurance carrier, plus complaints from the doctor's office manager and PA about having to fix the mess THEY created, the billing errors were eventually resolved! Both the visit with the doctor in November and the bills for the lab work the doctor ordered. What a mess! I will never go back there again! While I still think Dr. Juste is a good practitioner, his office staff is a mess. The staff gave me lots of run around, complained they had patients waiting to see the doctor so cannot help at the moment (I guess you're only a patient when you're physically present in the office) so will get to it later, they have to spend lots of time on the phone with the billing department (so what, I HAD too as well to get this resolved), the billing service the doctor uses to send bills to the insurance carrier probably messed-up, etc. My biggest complaint is that I had to spend a lot time getting this resolved! In fact, if anyone has a right to complain about spending time on this issue, it is me! I have had other practitioners that have had claims rejected which they take care of it themselves and do not involve me! If I had not gotten involved with this mess, it would have NEVER been properly resolved! Although I no longer recommend this practice; but neither do I not recommend this practice.

I did have HMO when I switched over to Pathways & was able to see Dr. Kwong at this office. They don't take PPO, only HMO, unless you're an established patient & only updated/switched insurance. Dr. Kwong is the best! I've been seeing him for years. He's always willing to listen, patient, and caring. I've never felt like I was rushed or like he's in a hurry to leave and see other patients. He's always willing to help & quick with referrals & sending out prescriptions. I've never had any issue with that or staff. Michelle is amazing. I've been going through some health issues and she's my go to for whatever I need. If I need to get through to Dr. Kwong I always ask for her. Everyone is helpful and professional, but Michelle knows and has all my info on what I'm going through. Even after all those calls I've made....I've never had or felt like she was in a hurry to get my off the phone or like she didn't want to help. Jerry & Maya are also nice and helpful.
