I've tried calling them multiple times in the last month and they have never picked up but finally, I was able to get on the phone with them today and a young woman picked up the phone. I asked her if there was a manager in, and she said no, and I explained my situation and how frustrating it is. Do you know what she did? She hung up on me before I could even continue talking. I will be going there in person to speak to them about this and I will continue calling them until I can reach a manager because this is so unbelievable and unprofessional, I will never be spending my money there ever again.
