Three of them actually got back to me but they all said "we only do pavers and stucco". REALLY?!?! So I came across "Brick Angel" with one review, but based on that glowing review and the pictures, I decided "what the heck". Michael got back to me same day. I texted him photos of the damage, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and the repair was done within two days. He was actually only at my home for about one hour. I highly recommend you give him a call if you need any kind of job like this done. The pictures show the initial damage, just after the job was completed, and then after everything had set and dried. All Phase recently resealed, paved and re-striped and numbered the parking spaces at the 26-unit…read morecondo building where I live. What a joke. The day they were here they were using a sprayer which looked like they were doing nothing more than spraying the lot with black paint. And to see the finished product it certainly seems that's all they did because every tiny crack and every large crack is still very visible as if no asphalt at all was used. And then instead of putting the regulated 3 foot wide walkway to the mailboxes on both sides of the parking lot they did 2 feet and then took a foot off of each of the parking spaces on either side of both walkways. That means that four of the 26 spaces are much narrower than all the rest of them which has really irritated the owners. How hard is it to measure the length of a parking lot subtract 3 feet for the walkway space and then divide the rest by the number of spaces needed? Years ago, we had the parking lot sealed by a different company and they used real asphalt that covered up and sealed in all the cracks. The entire driveway was smooth as a brand new road when they were finished. This parking lot is a total disaster. Worst asphalt job I have ever seen. I saw what All Phase was doing the day they were here and they were actually spraying it on with a very fine sprayer, which did indeed look like black paint. Although obviously because of the smell, it was something related to asphalt, but very watered down it seems. Our parking lot looks as bad as it did before they started.

They never came back to complete the work. Part of the repair work was fixing some cracks in the pavement. They suggested a more expensive repair which they said would last. We agreed to that method and paid the additional amount. The repairs failed within a few months. I called several times, once they answered and said they would come out the next week. They never came and after more calls with no response, I have given up. I'm sorry we used them for this job and certainly could not recommend them.

Also, in the email the company states they will pay previous customers for referrals. The good and bad: *Overall the project is complete and we now have a large space to relax and enjoy our backyard. *We picked this company because they stated that some of the funds are given back to charity or used for missions. *The people actually doing the work, work so very hard! Concerns/issues: *They dont treat the workers well. Workers are left onsite all day with no transportation and have no bathrooms, food, or shade. I cant even imagine after 10+ hours where they used the bathroom in our yard. *They constantly left garbage around for us to pick up. They even left a bunch of garbage in my laundry basket. I provided black lawn bags for use every day but garbage was not disposed of properly. * The workers do not speak English so there was no way for us to communicate with them and plans were not explained accurately from the main office to the crew as they began working. They used a map that I drew and made mistakes they had to fix. *The people who completed the steps to the pool were from a different company and again they did not know the plans. I had to explain the plan to them and show them pictures. The railing for the steps was built so high we had to raise our arms all the way up just to reach. Also the railing wasnt properly screwed in all the way creating a safety hazard. They did eventually come back and fix this. *The company used a medium duty landscape fabric from Home Depot under the rocks and we are already battling a ton of weeds in the rock areas. We asked that they use something better but we were told no and they instead overlapped the medium strength landscape material. They stated that we can just call and they will come back and pull the weeds but its only two weeks later and we already have a bunch of weeds coming through. I can't imagine having to call every two weeks for weed removal. *Play sand was used to fill the spaces in between the pavers instead of paver sand. *A pile of rock was left in the driveway for my husband and I to take of. This easily could've been added to the rock area in the backyard where the landscape fabric is showing. *Many adjustments had to continuously be made due to the language barrier we had with the crew. *Dangerous objects were consistently left lying around. They know we have a dog. We were told that its a construction site and our dog couldnt use the backyard. Blades, knives, and other dangerous objects were left around the yard and not put away. *We had a hurricane expected to come through the area and no one contacted us to make sure their tools and supplies were picked up as not to be a hazard to our property or our neighbors property. We had to clean up all of their tools and store them in our shed. Overall, I cannot say I would recommend them to someone. We feel it was a stressful process and we feel awful for the conditions the crew has to work in.
