So I came across "Brick Angel" with one review, but based on that glowing review and the pictures, I decided "what the heck". Michael got back to me same day. I texted him photos of the damage, he quoted me an extremely reasonable price, and the repair was done within two days. He was actually only at my home for about one hour. I highly recommend you give him a call if you need any kind of job like this done. The pictures show the initial damage, just after the job was completed, and then after everything had set and dried. The crew didn't wipe off the overspill from the exterior walls when it was wet, but they did come back and attempt to clean it with muriatic acid. The stain from the diluted paint is pictured. The spill over on the driveway is an eyesore. I will be attempting to grind off the residue and look into using concrete paint to cover the yellow stain. Maybe I was lucky with past jobs in that I was not always present but didn't run into this type of problem. If you use this company I recommend someone is present and paying close attention.

There were 51 separate places that needed attention. John came out and prepared a very detailed bid. Every one of the sites was listed along with what they planned to do to repair it. Theirs was the only one of the 4 bids that we received that specified exactly what they were going to do. In addition, their price was significantly lower than the other three companies. Once on site, the crew was courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and worked steadily until they were finished. There was one area that we became aware of after the contract was signed. It could have involved replacing 8' of sidewalk, but Larry, the foreman, came up with a creative solution that did the job and saved us a lot of expense. The entire Board of Directors was very pleased with their work. We will definitely use this company again.
