They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project quickly as scheduled. We hired CORRIGAN to replace a concrete front landing in 2016 that was constructed initially in…read more1953. We paid $3700. By 2022 it was spalling. We called CORRIGAN and he took no responsibility but said he could redo it for $5000. We agreed reluctantly. It now exhibits substantial cracking and breaking pieces. It appears that CORRIGAN does not have any employees. Rather he seems to be a middle man, subcontracting any job he gets, while approximately doubling the subcontracting fee. This has value if he utilizes competent subcontractors. Unfortunately it was not the case in either instance. You can use Google to search for a contractor, close your eyes, point at the screen, and have a better chance of finding a competent contractor than by calling CORRIGAN. Even if you pointed at poor choice, you could repeat the process and find another contractor while likely spending less money than you paid CORRIGAN

He initially preferred to give the quote over the phone, but I insisted on an in-person visit. At that meeting, they quoted $800, plus an additional $50 to spray "Wet & Forget" on the shed roof. However, the invoice they left was for $1,200. When I called to question the discrepancy, he told me I was wrong and implied I had misunderstood him (his exact words were much more insulting than that)-- which was both insulting and inaccurate. I took notes during the quote and have no doubt about what was said. Beyond the pricing issue, the work was subpar: He completely skipped a large section of one deck. He did not power wash the back side of the garage. He failed to move furniture or other items out of the way, instead washing around them. Several small plants were killed by careless water blasting. Unfortunately, I did not get the quote in writing, so I'll pay the invoice -- but I'm left frustrated, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

I reached out to Justin via FB Messenger, and he was immediate to respond. Not only was Justin able to come out the next morning to provide me a quote, he was able to discuss the full process, what materials to consider (we agreed I would purchase the tile if I went with him) and overall he was beyond knowledgeable and communication was beyond timely. We intended on getting 2 more quotes that week, but after going to purchase our tile of choice and looking over some install options with Lowes, we realized the price Justin gave us was unbelievable. We ended up texting him from Lowes and telling him that we'd go with him and he agreed to start the following Monday. My project ended up coming in right at my budget for labor and even a bit under for materials based on Justin's guidance. The back splash looks phenomnemal. Justin came on a Monday with a partner and they completed the tile within 4 hours. They came and grouted later that day - so essentially it was a 1 day job. He advised he would return later in the week to silicon the bottom of the back splash where it meets the granite counter, which I was not concerned about. Low and behold, just as promised Justin texted me today and came by and finished up the silicon sealing. AMAZING customer service. I honestly could not have asked for better. The back splash is beyond my expectations - and gave our kitchen a finished look that I could have not imagined we needed (as the home is new construction). I can't wait to find another project to have Justin work on!! Thank you again!
