I have always wanted to take my girls here and I finally did. My youngest loved it while my oldest almost died from exhaustion lol. She said she never wants to come back. I want to bring them on a Friday since they have glow sessions. I thought it was a cool way for the kids to exercise and have fun for an hour or so. You know what's awesome? OK, me, yes. But also equally awesome is the wonder and joy that children find in the simple things. Things like running, playing hide-and-seek, jumping into puddles, eating quick-melting ice cream, laughing too hard at fart jokes, playing in the sand and... jumping on trampolines. Things that we, as adults, have simply forgotten to appreciate in our breathless pursuit of an early death by work, worry and stress, having become obsessed with money and in general, taking adulthood way. too. seriously. So when I took my younger cousins to Sky Zone a few weeks ago, I immediately heard my inner-child squeal with delight seeing an entire, air-conditioned warehouse full of rooms filled wall to wall with trampolines, basketball dunking stations, and a freakin' FOAM PIT!!! I saw people jumping from trampoline to trampoline, doing flips and dives, while in other rooms, there were games of trampoline Dodgeball going on. Everywhere, the warehouse moved and swelled with energy. My cousins were laughing and making friends with everyone, partaking in Dodgeball, bouncing off the walls (literally) and trying to see who can do the most backflips into the foam pit. I so wanted to join in, but the place was packed and I didn't want to inadvertently jump onto an innocent 'tween, squishing her and depriving her of the opportunity of listening to the new Justin Bieber album! ... on second thought... So I got to talking to the manager and was told that later in the evenings are the best times for older kids and um, adults. In fact, after 10, they only allow 18 & up so it gives older kids and [much] older kids like me the opportunity to make a fool of ourselves without worrying about young'uns underfoot. What a great concept. The following Friday, I went with my brother and another good friend. Sign up is easy, you are given special sneakers to protect your ankle and then you are on your way. The three of us spent the next two hours gaining altitude on trampolines, doing flips and playing Dodgeball with other 18+ people. Yes, it is as fun as it sounds and we left exhausted, spent, covered in sweat and unable to stop smiling. So why should you go there? Because if you are a child or have children, this place is inexpensive, relatively safe and offers kids the chance to be social, burn off their excess energy and do what they love the most: play. If you are an adult, Sky Zone gives you a chance to leave your stress and worry behind and remember a time that life was simpler and jumping and playing were truly the only things that mattered. Wow where do I start.....my fiance originally found Sky Zone online and had suggested it as a location to take one of my best friends for his bachelor party activities, so glad I did not. - We decided to give this place a try for her birthday, so I called Sky Zone to try to get specifics. No one answers the phones there, you have to go through the phone system selecting options only to end up leaving a message and waiting for someone to call you back. - Once someone finally called us back we told them we were looking to bring a large group to jump at Sky Zone - approximately 20+ jumpers. They told us we would have to have a specific number because of the way the jump sessions are. - After sending out invitations and asking people who would attend we told Sky Zone to put us down for at least 15 people - they were happy to take our money at this point. So we made the deposit. - A few days later we did the phone tag game (they would call and from a different number everytime and I would call back and leave messages). I kept on telling them that it is hard to get a solid count of how many people are going to come, lets be real people this was not a wedding. I asked them if I said 30 and 30 people did not show up would I be able to be refunded based on the number of jumpers we had - they said "no". So to avoid a confusion I decided, whatever, just put down 30. - Finally the day of the event, my fiance and I decided to go early to make sure all was well. WHAT A DISASTOR. - You walk in and the place smells like feet. - You then have these consoles to fill out the waivers - they don't work properly. - The front of the location is pretty big, however, they decided to put the section where the folks who are attending a large party in the corner. There was NO one in the section for regular jumpers so you had about 3 or 4 sets of families rammed in the corner waiting to find out the specifics regarding their party. - The staff is poorly trained, the young lady that was helping us did not know how to answer our questions or even help faciliate what we were trying to do. - We were told that we could not bring food in from the outside, the only thing we were allowed to bring in was a birthday cake. We brought in a cake and we asked the young lady where we could store it while we jump. She said she would put it in the back with our name on it. - We then ordered some pizzas for everyone to eat. I thought they made their own pizza there but they have some partnership with Papa Johns where Sky Zone and Papa Johns probably wins - not the customer. I paid $14 per cheese pizza - yup $14 bucks. We were to jump at 4:30 and I was told the pizza would be there for 5:10 - close to when we were going to finish jumping. - I then went to the little cafeteria area and asked if I could open a tab so that the folks in my party could get drinks and not have to pay. Surprise surprise, you could not, I had to pre-purchase drinks and was fortunate that the manager was okay with them keeping track of how many drinks we had already taken out. This would not be so bad if all the drinks were priced the same, they are not. Mission again. - Fast forward to us finishing the jump - we were then hit with the surprise that even though we were told we could bring the cake in, and the young lady took the cake in the front - we could not cut the cake up there because we did not have a party room. I was like really, we just spent over $300 in your location and I can't cut up a simple little cake. We ended up having to get our cake back and cutting it up outside in the corner. This was the first and the last time I will ever visit this place. It was just terrible. read more

Every place deserves a fare try, even with bad Yelp reviews, right? Well, not THIS place, but if you do decide to try it out for yourself, you should know these four things: 1. Wear THICK socks! Maybe even double or triple layer them (This is for your well-being. Seriously.) 2. You must show your driver's license 3. Don't wear glasses, unless you have a string attached to them 4. Don't buy so much time. 30min is more than enough. So, I did my research, I took notice that most people just found this place annoying because it is infested with kids. Keeping that in mind, I decided to go on a Monday night. It wasn't at capacity, but it was pretty busy because the parking lot was full. The kids to adult ratio wasn't bad, either. Honestly, Sky Zone should have scared me away the second I walked through their door. This place reeks of feet (And I'm obviously not referring to freshly bathed feet)! The stench coming from their jumping shoes should have been my first warning sign, but hey I drove all the way to Doral to jump on some trampolines, so I went with it. Oh, but before you even get your hands on their stinky shoes they will make you sign a waiver, where you're basically signing your life away and also forced to provide your driver's license number (no idea what the heck for?!). Okay, so you sign your life away, hop into some stinky shoes. and you're ready to jump! Nope. Not quite. Unless you get there right on the hour or half-hour, the Nazis with the whistles won't let you on the trampolines! The way this place works is, you buy time to jump on the trampolines and they sell time in half an hour increments. So, if you get there at 7:15, you have to wait until 7:30 to start jumping. And when they say 7:30, they mean 7:30:00 and not a second sooner. Each court has a wall clock counting the seconds. So, it's finally 7:30 and finally I can jump! Hop onto the first trampoline court and am quickly halted by the crazies with their whistles! "You can't jump there. Or there!" This place has serious rules about how to jump, the areas you can, and cannot jump in. At first, it makes sense. It seemed as though, they were separating people by size. Okay, but once you go where they want you to be, they're still not happy! The whistles become obnoxious quickly and make it seem like you're at a boot camp instead of a trampoline park! Don't jump on a square if someone is already on it! And don't even THINK about losing your balance & falling down because the whistle Nazis will be hooting and hollering at you the second you do because you can not be sitting down, not even for a second! So, if you have bad balance, or are just naturally uncoordinated, forget this place. They will make your time miserable and instead of leaving having lost some calories, you'll just have gained a pair of stinky socks. When I decided to try my luck with some dodge ball, I was extremely confused to see kids playing at both of the two dodge ball courts they had open that night. I do not understand why they kept us from jumping around one area of the main court, but allow everyone to play dodge ball together. I do not want to hit little kids with dodge balls! The people running this place must be completely brainless! It really is evident that the owners/operators are just in it for a fast buck and have no interest in gaining loyal customers. The youngest YIT gave this a 4 star rating. He had a blast & wants to go back again ASAP. It's a great place to bring a bunch of 11 year old boys for a birthday party. They can go baloobas all over the place and burn off all that extra energy stored up from sitting in boring school all week. They had an hour of the amazing trampolines with dodgeball and the great foam squares pit and all around enjoyed every single minute of it...which after all is what it is all about, our kids having fun. From the parental point of view, it loses a star beyond my son's rating for the crap food it serves. The food choices are absolutely absymal. It's 2015 people and there are so many other options that other fast food restaurants are serving that you could incorporate. My son took one bite of the pizza served at the birthday party and wouldn't eat any more. Tasted "plastic". There are vending machines with sodas and ice creams but my advice is to eat elsewhere and come here to play. read more

Went a to birthday party here and the kids had a blast!!! There are all types of trampolines and other things to do. There is a foam pit plus basketball goals. Everywhere you look there are trampolines. It is a great place for indoor fun. Will definitely bring the kids back again. I brought my friend's daughter a second time around to Sky Zone mainly based on word of mouth by co workers and friends. Everyone stated that it was a fun way for kids to enjoy themselves without breaking the bank for parents. The location of Sky Zone is in an area of town that is mainly warehouses. The parking is in a fence area, but be advise if you go at a peak time, that the lot get full and you have to park outside the fence area. Sky Zone have time frames from 30 minutes to 2 hours. For a discount and to ensure the time you want, go to the website and prebook. You can book time on location,but can risk waiting if they reach the limit for people. If you prebook, the site suggest arriving 30 minutes prior. Once inside, there are lines for those who booked online, groups, and walk ups. While waiting in the lines, there are videos above the counter that shows the guidelines to follow while enjoying Sky Zone. The staff was friendly and will to assist. There are several areas to enjoy. In each area there are monitors to ensure things run smooth. There is a small snack shop, shoe slots area, lockers, tables and seating in the lower area. There's limited seating to view the kids, space to stand and watch. I purchased 90 minutes for the little girl and it wore her out. She had a great time and want to return. Since our visit was during the week while the local school was in session, it did not open until 3:00 p.m. (open earlier on weekends, and summer). read more

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I just finished the Boot Camp class and even hung around to try out the foam pit and didn't catch any grief for it (I paid $10 for about 1.5 hours of jumping). Its a good deal considering I can't get this service anywhere else. Was it perfect? Nope. But it was a lot of fun. The Shoes: The shoes are a little grody, but what do you expect? Its like the shoes at a bowling alley, they are community shoes so expect them to be a bit gnarly. Wear socks and get over yourself, your feet are no cleaner then the previous person's. The kids: Complaining about the kids at this place is like complaining about the old people in a nursing home. Of course there are lots of them. You should build your own adults only trampoline park and see how well it goes. Other Complaints: I'll do my best to summarize them for you here. "I'm to lazy to get an appointment, so I expected free stuff." "I don't understand how things fall off me when I'm jumping all over the place. They should fix that." "I am out of shape so I shouldn't waste money breaking a sweat." "This one guy I know has a cousin who's girlfriend's sister works there, and she says the owner is a doo-doo head." I visited Sky Zone for the first time yesterday with intentions of trying out the SkyRobics class I had seen on their website. I had trying calling in advance to see if there was a maximum amount of people for the class and try to reserve or pay in advance to secure our spots. There was no possible way of speaking to an employee/operator through their phone system. I selected every possible option but was only able to leave a voice mail (which I never got a call back for). The moment I walked in I was hit with a strong wave of foot odor that almost made my eyes water... I can understand that this can be a little expected at a place like this, but this was 10x worse that the smell of the rundown half deteriorated bowling alley in town. Feet odors aside, I wasn't able to make it to the SkyRobics class in time because I was five minutes late and it was full. I decided to just try out a 30 minute session. It's definitely a work out and I was sweating just 10 minutes in. Bottom line: once you get past the poor customer service, glitchy waiver form machines and the smell... the actual jumping is a lot of fun. Tip: I hear the weekends get insanely packed, so it's better to check it out on a weekday. Con's: - The smell is overwhelming - They claim to spray and sanitize the rental shoes after they've been used, however, the stench was out of this world and left my socks all moist. I ended up having to throw them away (and I guess I wasn't the only one that felt this way, because there were two other pairs on the floor in the parking lot). - Slow staff & poor service Pro's: - Fun and unique outing - Lot's of fun and a good workout read more

They easily have like 100 trampolines, 3 dodge-ball courts 3D (because your jumping so high), 3 basketball hoops to test your air!, 3 trampolines to a foam pit (genius) and even party rooms to celebrate your birthday. From 30min. to 2 hour sessions, for very affordable prices (2hrs = $20). You get your own pair of SkyZone shoes, gogles if you're jumping with glasses and then, "Jump Jump" in the House of Trampolines! There is a snack/juice bar, water fountains are around, lockers to place your belongings (extra 50 or 75 cents), a mini lounge with TV, tables and benches to rest, and most importantly very high ceilings so you wouldn't bump your head like I used to back in my room. This place is brand new and very well planned out! Made for kids all the way to adults who still got good knees, of course. I highly recommend 1 visit per person to try out this new style of Disney place in Doral! read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE. DO NOT HAVE YOUR PARTY HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERViCE. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. From the minute you walk in, it is pure chaos. Don't bother making the line to pay for admission because they will send you back to go to the waiver station and make the line again. Waste of time. We came for a party and were given a card for free 30 minutes. After the party, we asked to use the card and they said we couldn't use it until the next visit. Of course, no one told us this nor does it specify that on the card, just an expiration date. I politely explained this. I have no problem with paying $10 for my son to enjoy himself but Christy (one of the supervisors) was SO rude I almost lost it, such a NASTY attitude. Then came Dustin, the manager, who backed up his rude supervisor with another horrible example of customer service. Between the two, they win the award for worst customer service ever. Just completely rude, unapologetic and unreasonable. Mind you, no one here cares about customer service. Just look at all the other reviews and you'll see I'm not alone. Ever wondered what it's like to be a kangaroo? No? OK, just me then. Well, this place is non-stop fun. I went with a group of friends on a Friday night and had a blast. For $19 ( Friday, 10pm-Close), you receive 90 minutes of jump time, socks (new and given to you in their original packaging) and two slices of pizza with soda when your jump session is over. Heck of a deal! Plus, only ages 16 and older are allowed in at this time, so you don't have to worry about knocking over little kids. Sky Zone is sectioned off into five stations. You have the trampoline section, two dodge ball sections, one slam dunk section and a foam pit. Paid entrance grants you access to the entire facility, so chances of you getting bored are slim. It is important to note that if in the trampoline section, do not stop jumping or you will have your attention called (guilty). So if you're tired, bounce your way off of the trampolines and take a break. Aside from that, bring out your inner child and jump around (jump!jump!jump!). read more

I brought my daughter (and 7 other kids) here to celebrate her birthday and everyone had a good time. It was a Sunday at noon and the place wasn't packed at all. All of the kids were able to do EVERY activity multiple times (including dodgeball). We've been back a few more times and the only downside is that if the place is "at capacity" when you arrive you have to wait for the next available session. The wait time can be up to an hour but there's plenty to do in that time like have a snack, play in the small arcade area, or just walk around and watch other people do cool flips and tricks. There's definitely a lot of whistle-blowing but mostly for your safety and the safety of the smaller jumpers. If it's your (or your kids) first time there, just be sure to ask the ref what the rules are and you'll be fine. Also, I recommend adults to buy 30 minute sessions. TRUST ME, it's plenty of time. I was worn out after 15 minutes lol. The kids also get worn out pretty quickly so one hour for them is plenty. Sky Zone sells light snacks (chips, cookies, drinks, slushies, etc) and they only sell pizza if they have any available but they WILL order (Papa Johns) pizza on your behalf. There's a sitting area with tables, chairs, and a TV and there's also a "man cave" near the entrance with 2 leather couches and a TV. Unfortunately, you HAVE to wear Sky Zone's "jumping shoes" (which are provided to you at no extra cost). I have seen the employees spray disinfectant products on them once people return them but who knows if that does anything. If it disgusts you just wear double socks. People sweat like crazy here so be sure to take yourself (or your kids) a GOOOOD bath when you get home!! read more

This place is great for kids. Everything they have set up seems fun and my son enjoyed it. His favorite was the dodge ball. Now why for the two stars? Well as we went with our friends, one of the little girls got hurt. Now I understand you're taking your own risk but it's the employees that make it horrible. When the kids play dodgeball, they have to separate it by age. Why in the heck did they have teenagers with the 8&9 yr olds? Hmmmm.. Unfair advantage! Came here for my nephew's 10th birthday. I was excited when I heard he was having his bday party here bc I have been wanted to come here and just jump around like a maniac for quite some time. Since I was part of a birthday party, I didn't have to pay but if you go on a whim, for 2 hours it's like $21 bux. Not expensive at all. But honestly, if you are an adult, you won't want to jump longer than an hour, it's exhausting. They give you a pair of socks to jump in, I'm guessing for safety reasons. And a sticker that tell the workers how long you have to jump. Then on your merry little way. They had regular jumping, dodgeball, slam dunk basketball, and more. Trying to figure out what area is what is a little confusing and the workers aren't very helpful either. You would think they would have music going on so people can enjoy, but it was very low and kind of made the ambience a little boring. I spent most of my time in the free jumping area channeling my former cheerleading routines from when I was in middle school. Lol After about an hour, we all went into a private Skyzone room that was decorated for my nephew's bday party. We had two coordinators who were really on point with the handling of everything: setting everything up, passing out the food (which was provided by Skyzone and was very good!), even cutting the cake! That was handled every well, so well that they cleaned and picked up all the decorations before we even left. It seem like they were kind of pushing is out. Lol Overall, cool place for a kids birthday party, however as an adult, cool to do it once and that's about it, wouldn't come back on my own whim, unless I was invited. read more

I was excited to come here with our 2 yr. old for a Bday party.. But once we came in to get the waiver we were told that only 3 year olds and above are allowed to jump around in the trampolines. We made the best of it, we played for a while in the arcade which also does not have much for toddlers, and the ones that could be for toddlers were ALL out of service. The party boy did have lots fun from what we could see. The party rooms are spacious but the way they control the while party is a little left wing. 1- sit down 2- get you party favors 3- get your pizza(s) and drink(s) 4- sing happy bday 5- get your cake 6- see you next time. They should allow the party to progress as the parents wish and just add a time frame. Overall the place was ok. I wouldn't go back though. The idea is interesting but the outcome is sub-par. Finally got around to coming here with the kids! I'm a child at heart so I got a ticket for myself as well! I suggest getting the tickets online as well as signing the liability waiver online. Saves you so much time when you get there! I got my tickets for an hour. You can get them for half an hour, 1 hour, 1 hour and a half, etc. an hour costs $14 per person. Honestly I was expecting better, but it was still very fun. The socks are included in the price. They're special socks that have rubber on the bottom for a good grip when you jump. 10 minutes before your jump time you come and get your socks on the counter. There's a small place where you can get soda, water, Gatorade, pizza, chips, etc. There's a few arcade games but most of them are out of order anyway! They also have two small party rooms where you can do parties for the kids. They have about 4 rinks where you can bounce. 2 for dodgeball, one was reserved for a party and one was for free jump. At the end there's a basketball one with three different hoop sizes. For smaller and bigger kids. And my favorite was the area all the way at the end where you throw yourself into foam cubes!!!! That was my favorite! I do wish there was more options on things to do! It's very controlled which is good because that way no one gets hurt! But at the same time they separate you by height so expect to be separated from your kids when jumping. Oh and another thing, make sure to buy icy hot for the shoulder pain you'll experience after!! I will give it three stars because well.... it is what it is, a trampoline place. I visited for a friend's son birthday party. Reading the waiver scared the sh*t out of me, mainly because my kid is 4 1/2 and I was scared of someone bumping into her, or she hurting herself during a jump, or hurting others. We had a private trampoline area for about 15 kids (all around the same age), there were still a few accidents even amongst those at our small party. I played in trampoline my entire youth, but it's now, as a parent, that I see how dangerous they can be, so I was on edge the entire hour the kids were jumping. The eating portion and cake cutting went well, and they did a good Job at party hosting, in the sense that they moved along quickly, but still, I won't be returning for many years. read more

The concept of your own trampoline section is fun specially if you're in a group of friends, but how much jumping can you watch and do. Parking is a nightmare!!! And no directions from the staff. The room is decorated when you walk in, they walk around with pizza boxes asking if you want one, they do this for two rounds. After they do another round for napkins and sodas. Somebody needs to talk to the party hostess's and train them on how to cordially host a birthday party. READ THIS FOR GOOD POINTS 1) They make you fill out a complete stupid and unecessary questionaire about your kids before entering. It asks for your home address, sex, even drivers license? Then to accept like 10 of their policies which felt like you were signing your life away. 2) All the employees except for 1 girl need to be completely fired and hire new staff. Idk what it was, but every staff member, especially one named Jazmyn was so rude, to the point that they killed the mood for our group. The only nice girl there i didnt catch her name but we would approach and she would smile and was helpful, took pictures for us gladly, she is short, black loose hair. 3) their rules are plain ridiculous. When we get their it so happened so be "glow night". So no the tickets werent $16 or $18 whatever. No. They were $25 for a ticket just to get a little glow bracelet and a headband. My friend and i went to jump, they told her she cant have glasses on. Wth? The guy told us to go to the front. We went to the front. THE GIRL TOLD US TO GET HER ID TO GIVE HER GOGGLES. mind you our things are in a PAYED locker already. They do this on purpose instead of telling us about the goggles when we were paying for the ticket. They keep your ID until you give the goggles back. We payed twice for the locker then. 4) YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO JUMP WITH FRIENDS!? we go into the zone and the guy reprimands us and tells us 1 person per square. I understand the safety rules but its literally NOT that dangerous to jump with people. 5)THEY WATCH YOU. ALL. THE. TIME. maybe this is why the employees look like they want to kill themselves, but literally its like they yell NO BACK FLIPS. NO FRONT FLIPS. NO LAYING. NO RESTING. JUMP OR GET OUT. 1 PERSON PER SQUARE. DONT DO THAT. GIVE OTHERS A TURN. Mind you we are not babies, little kids, or even high school kids. We are COLLEGE STUDENTS not having to be told what to do or how to act by yelling employees with their whistles. My friends birthday at this place sucked. She had a horrible time and we all did too. I came with about 10 people in total. The establishment looks clean, so does the restrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing is the shoes are kinda messed up and funky smelling. It consists of one large jumping area, two areas reserved for dodge ball, three basketball hoops of different heights, and a foam pit. I had fun, but I do recommend going with a group of at least 5, I don't think bouncing around with two people can be fun for long. It is also a great workout! I would go again. read more

Great idea - was really fun to get out, have some fun, do something different and even get a bit of exercise in. However, the staff is extremely rude. It was evident they were annoyed we were there. We thought we would take our youngest kids here for a night out and something that is active. We get there and had our waivers signed and ready to go before arrival. Needless to say we still had to wait 10 mins to get through check in. Once we were in and got the kids settled in "their section" we went over to the adults section to jump. The employee looks at us and says "there's no room to jump"! Hmmmm that's odd. Because they do time slots. So unless you over sold the spot and are willing to give me my money back, then there should be a slot for me. Long story short. We kept asking someone how it's possible that "there's no room for us"? By the time we went through three people and walk back over, we got 10 minutes of our jump time. I've been to jump street in Colorado and it's amazing. Much more friendly and less rules. Here you are so limited to the fun aspect of jumping. Probably won't be returning because it was the a waist of money for us. We literally didn't even get what we paid for and no one seem to give a damn. read more

I'm giving this place 4 stars because between my kids 5 star rating and my 3 stars... It averages to 4. We came on a summer weekday. No wait to sign waivers and pay for our slots. Great! The young lady at the cashier explained that I would not be able to jump with my kids in certain areas because they divide everyone my age. I'm glad she explained that so instead of getting myself an hour I just got myself 30 minutes. The joint jumping areas include the foam pit and the basketball area . I had fun! I was the only grown woman jumping around like a fool but who cares ! I definitely burned some calories. The jumping areas were clean. The bathrooms not so much :(. Online they advertise a military discount. It was a whopping 6 percent. I have to say the parking area is quite small too. I think you would have to find off street parking if it was a weekend. read more

Very rude personnel, yelling at us not to sit down and rest...even that in that moment we were the only one in the main court...also there's no posted rule about usage of the cellphone on the trampoline...2 employees made that clear to me...almost intimidating...and later they were checking their phones instead of watching people there... I had my daughter's birthday party here. I was pleasantly surprised! The kids had a great time. The staff was very helpful and really took charge as far as making sure the children and my guests had everything they needed. I have no complaints about the service or the trampoline courts. Yet ownership still keeps these as the face for their business. Manager saying "Are you the legal guardian by court" ? We can't refund your money? So you don't allow my kids to go in and you want to rob my money and not give it back? I visited Sky Zone yesterday with my sister and had a great time. Prices are fair & everything is clean. Staff however needs to chill out a bit, you get called out for the simplest things which is fine for children but not cool for young adults who don't need to be supervised like a hawk. I parked in the street since there is very limited parking inside. I'd recommend going earlier since after 4PM on the weekends this place is chaos with some many children running around and 2-3 birthday parties going on at the same time. Overall we had a good time & would consider going again in the future. read more

The absolute worst place I've ever been. I went to the location and Cutler Bay absolutely amazing. They should just shut down this one into route close the doors and turn off the lights. Do not waste your time at this dump. None of the check-in equipment works worth a darn. Ask how to complain was handed a brochure. The brochure is not even for their location. The herscher they gave me was for the one in Cutler Bay. If this is the same franchise owner it's sad that he looks just run run like crap and the other one runs so nice. read more

We went to Sky Zone Doral this afternoon for the first time. Our 8 year old son used the hanging swing and let go to fall down on to the cushioned ground. When he hit the ground we heard a loud bang and realized he had hit his head on something sharp. He stood up and the back of his head was pouring with blood. None of the staff who were standing around gormlessly did anything to help. After 5 mins of trying to stop the bleeding using whatever we could find and screaming for a first aid kit, a staff member brought some paper towels-apparently from the bathroom. After more cries for help a 'manager' came along with a ice pack and said she had no idea how that could have happened because she everything is padded. As the bleeding didn't stop, we realized we needed to go to the hospital, the manager attempted to delay us leaving to complete a report-of course we just left. All in all a terrible experience, an unsafe environment and staff who are clearly completely untrained in how to deal with an injured child. Horrendous. Once we arrived at the ER, he required 3 staples to the back of his head and confirmed that he must have hit his head on a sharp edge. read more

Give this place 4 stars for many reasons and not only because my kids had a great time but because this place wants to grow more and more , I can see the potential in the company. Had a few disagreements with the rules and that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. To start of ...My kids loved one of the court monitors because of how he interacted with them his name was Lazaro I believe..he was amazing with the kids and give him A+ and major props for dealing with all the kids he had on his sight. Had a great talk with him and honestly can tell you one of the best employees you have there at Sky zone. There is plenty of rules that are pathetic and very awful but I understand when they mean that "safety comes first". Taking one picture on the court won't hurt anyone. It's just one picture. Should change some rules around to work around with customers. Besides the pathetic rules you guys have ! My kids had a great time and really enjoyed themselves that's what matters.
