This has to be my least favorite place in the world first off it is very dirty with smelly gross kids running around everywhere. I took my kids here and they hated it it was a terrible experience they said '' Sky zone is so boring " I asked why they said this they told me it was because they separated the age groups and wouldn't let us jump they refused to let us in the dodge ball area and the main jumping area I recommend that you never come here I learned from experience. read more

In all honesty, I didnt make it past the front desk. But Im happy to share my experience up until the point the kids get taken into trampoline land. I dropped my son off for a birthday party and being the planner I am, I filled out the waiver form online so I wouldn't have to waste mine, and everyone else's time when I arrived. I was greeted by a rather friendly service clerk who tried to sign me in but couldn't find the waiver anywhere in her system, even though I had printed it out and had it with me. I was waived off into the line of 20 waiting for a kiosk by the front door. This is always amusing, like self check-out at Walmart, where only 10% of people understand how to work the kiosk. Not only that, 3 out of the 4 kiosks didnt work, adding to more wasted time. After standing around waiting, I sent my son back to the party where apparently we didn't make a cutoff time and he lost 30 minutes of play. Eh... oh well. But I wasn't thrilled and I do not plan on having any birthday parties for my son here. With a couple of managerial changes, I think this place could be ok. Tip #1 - DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE PARKING!! We went to Sky Zone Doral this afternoon for the first time. Our 8 year old son used the hanging swing and let go to fall down on to the cushioned ground. When he hit the ground we heard a loud bang and realized he had hit his head on something sharp. He stood up and the back of his head was pouring with blood. None of the staff who were standing around gormlessly did anything to help. After 5 mins of trying to stop the bleeding using whatever we could find and screaming for a first aid kit, a staff member brought some paper towels-apparently from the bathroom. After more cries for help a 'manager' came along with a ice pack and said she had no idea how that could have happened because she everything is padded. As the bleeding didn't stop, we realized we needed to go to the hospital, the manager attempted to delay us leaving to complete a report-of course we just left. All in all a terrible experience, an unsafe environment and staff who are clearly completely untrained in how to deal with an injured child. Horrendous. Once we arrived at the ER, he required 3 staples to the back of his head and confirmed that he must have hit his head on a sharp edge. read more

The first place i've been that is supposed to be fun for kids and for an hour they got yelled like 10 times... NO RUNNING, NO JUMPING OVER THERE, NO JUMPING IN THAT AREA. The staff is not friendly at all and is almost impossible to take kids to a playground and tell them not to run. read more

The entire experience was terrible, the staff is completely overworked and in an overall bad mood, they look at you as if they wanted to end their lives and don't really care about you. When I paid for my entrance the server didn't give me a ticket so I just assumed I could go in and walked away and then I was sent back to get the ticket and by the time I was back, he had lost it. Inside the park one of my friends lost his phone and we asked the staff for help and one guy looked at us and said "I don't care, there's nothing for me to do", then we went to the front desk and they just wrote a description of the phone down and put it in a cabinet and said if someone returned they'd call. (finally, we found the phone, no thanks to any of the workers). The place is overall cramped and crowded, and the prices are very high and not the ones that appear online. One of the trampoline places is out of order, and there is only one dodge ball, in addition, the foam pit is completely disgusting and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages, I felt like I was swimming in the trash, I found random masks, random socks, pieces of plastic, and I was inhaling blue dust and sneezing due to it and when I came out my eyes were red, it was very unsanitary. I would never go away, if you want some exercise go skating or swimming or to the park, this place is awful. read more

Terrible customer service. I asked if I paid for 60 minutes jump and then decided to add more time, how much will I had to pay? and I was told I will have to pay the difference. So I paid for the 60 minutes and by the end of the 60 minutes I went to pay the difference to add 30 minutes and they charged me more. read more

Had a terrible experience at Sky Zone. 1. This was my second experience. My first experience was fine - walked in, waited for long check-in process, kids had fun. Would have given it a 4. 2. However, my second experience was terrible. We arrived very early and place wasn't open. Didn't open until 3:00, but during holiday definitely expected it to open longer. OK shame on me for not checking. Killed a few hours doing errands. 3. Came back 10 minutes before opening and line was halfway thru the parking lot. Chaotic. 4. Doors open at 3:00 and the check-in process is really, really bad. Totally disorganized, no clear direction what to do. Large groups of people everywhere, seemingly multiple lines, some moved a lot faster than others. Just perfect example of a place that doesn't have its stuff together yet. Should be one and only one queue, which would move people to the 4-5 checkin spots so much more efficiently. 5. After waiting another 15-20 minutes in the disorganized chaos, finally get to check-in. We had done waiver in advance so thought it would be easy. After a few minutes going thru all of the 4 kids I'm notified that its been sold out. Totally sold out on advance sales. No sign anywhere, nobody letting all of the people in line know that its sold out. Just terrible customer service. 6. Of course its great to have advance sales - I'm all for it. But allow at least some room for walk-ins. I mean, we are talking about kids who are very excited and the place is not exactly around the corner. To have people go thru that and not allow them in is the kind of thing that gets people like me to write negative reviews and let people know. 7. Spoke to manager and he said he'd rather be safe than allow more people in. Safety - really? The place was packed, kids everywhere. And its a very big place. I cannot imagine that 4 more kids would make any difference. And yeah I know the slippery slope response: if we allow this then we have to allow everything and next thing you know its rioting in the streets. Please. They could have easily accommodated us, tell us next time be sure to buy in advance and then this very happy dad would be posting a glowing review. Always surprises me how many places don't get it. BOTTOM LINE: do not show up without buying your tickets in advance. Only way to make sure you can get in. Be prepared for chaotic and frustrating check-in, even with advance purchase. I LOVE SKYZONE. seriously people. It is such a fun venue! I came here with a group for my birthday. We got the Hour deal for $14 and man, it was worth every penny. We jumped for that hour non stop. We also gave the super cool foam pit a try (but be warned it swallows you up and it's hard to get out of!), i also showed off my Lebron skills and dunked on the bball hoops & last but not least we played 3d dodgeball. It was a great time & a fun workout. Only thing is the hour goes by quick by the time you wait in lines for everything, for $20 you get two hours and thats their best deal. I have an active 6 year old son and the weather in miami has been so unpredictable i decided it would be a fun indoor activity for the whole family. We decided to purchase tickets online ahead of time which was helpful but you still have to fill out waivers when you get there which they do not specify online. This was like going through customs...you cannot scratch anything out on the form & each person over 18 needs a license so if you are not driving and decide not to bring your wallet you are out of luck. Need glasses to see? Don't wear contacts? Well Skyzone is not the place for you. You are not allowed to wear them on the trampolines. Since we were all jumping we needed to get a locker for our belongings. But it is 50 cents for each time you need to open the locker. Since the "charming" young lady who assisted us did not inform us that you could not leave jewelry on we needed to open our locker to put rings/necklaces/earrings in. Again due to the incompetence of this "lovely" young lady i had to open the locker a 2nd time to put my phone in since she did not inform us to clean out our pockets. $1.50 on the locker! I of course let the two gentlemen watching the main trampoline area know my grievances. He later came up to me and apologized for the poor service which I appreciated it. But my mind had already been made up. I will not be coming back! If you decide to go go knowing that you will not be satisfied with the individuals that work there. read more

As a successful business owner, I can tell Sky zone Miami is a poorly run business. Don't bother calling or emailing because they won't get back to you...ever. Silly me to show up and expect customer service. The staff was beyond rude and no knowledge of the business. A simple question like, what are your hours on Monday? Response, I'm not sure...that was it. No offer to check with a manager, who was equally rude & confrontational when I was finally able to grab her attention. While this may seem like a good idea, my daughter who was 17 at the time, went here to enjoy herself while having a workout. She had a trampoline accident and fractured six bones and tore every ligament in her left knee. The recovery was brutal. She had to have surgery to replace her completely torn ACL and to get both menisci repaired. Thank God, these injuries were only to her limb. With everything we had to go through for an hour of fun and a year of suffering to follow, I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Where do i start? I was highly displeased with this location. From the beginning we had a horrible experience. The attendant at the front was rude and was not properly trained in customer service. About 5 mins into our conversation, I was ready to walk out and not give my hard earned dollars to an establishment that treats its customers that way but I decided to make the best of it and not let one bad seed ruin the experience. Now, I've been to other indoor trampoline places before and i had a GREAT time, but this location is way too stuck on rules to let people have a good time. I understand rules are in place to protect the patrons and to ensure nobody gets hurt, but they take it to another level where i felt i was a child being scolded by my mother for every action i took. Mind you, I'm not a child and don't act as one so it took me by surprise to be so limited into my jumping. We had several rude encounters with the staff and we felt we had to let the manager on staff know of our experience. He quickly took action and relayed the message to his staff. After that, it was smooth sailing. Overall, the place is good and the idea is fun ( especailly the foam pit) . Highly recommended for private party for child or adult. Our son, turning 9, had a great birthday party here. Reservation process with Phil was flawless, easy, and well explained. Others that reconfirmed our reservation and took additional food orders during the week prior to our party (once we had our head count) knew their stuff very well too. Check in process for private party bypasses regular line and was surprisingly quick, friendly and professional. Make sure to wear thick, tall socks as (like in a bowling alley) you will be wearing their used (free rental) jumping shoes. Two hostesses did their jobs very well and kept everyone happy and then kindly wheeled our son's presents to our car. Not sure how well the process is for a drop-in single jumper (or two) as space here can possibly get a bit tight, but for a private party, this place rocks! Honestly this place is boring! Not much to do. There's few minute wait. Must register before paying. There's 5 sections in the whole place. First is the Main Jumping section. They separate the kids by height. Not a lot of room and fun. The Second Section is the Dodge Ball court. Two teams four balls nothing much. The third section is the Sky Slam. You wait in line to throw a basketball in a hoop. The fourth section is the Foam Pit. You basically jump in a pit full of foam cubes. The Last section is an Arcade. Two motor like games. Two token machines and 3 food and soft drink machines. Three air hockey machines. Three plushy machines. That's all you get from this place! read more

We always have a good time when we go, I bring my niece and nephew all the time and from the moment we walk in we have great customer service. We are regulars so we know prices and rules. We also know the staff and honestly have cero complaints. Is always easy to bring the kids to jump but I do recommend checking hours because is not always easy to get into the courts at the arrival time. I rather sometimes just buy the tickets online ahead of time. Today we jumped for one hour and a half we got there at 3:00 pm and it was perfect not too crowded but not so empty that the kid was going to feel bored and with no one to play with. I went to this place for a birthday party and to be honest it was horrible. The Sky Zone staff take too long to do everything and make too many mistakes , before entering the park they make you sign a waiver and ask for your information such as your as your street address and license number. WHY DO THEY NEED THAT INFORMATION! HOW IS THAT INFORMATION SO USEFUL FOR THEM!THEY ARE A PARK NOT THE POLICE! The entertainment sucks. All my children got from that was bordem and back pain. The idea of the kids staying in one square for an hour just jumping looks and sounds really boring. And not mention all the adults do is sit around for two hours. They should have entertainment for adults! At the end they serve the food but constantly forget about some guest and give all the food and drinks to the same people. You have to go all up in their face to get their attention,its ridiculous and unacceptable. I will certainly NEVER return ever again! read more

what is there not to love about an indoor trampoline park?! it is SO much fun!!! the inner child in me needed to satisfy this craving, so i did just that with my husband in tow. $10 buys you 30 minutes which was more than enough time for these old geezers. note: the cost of the socks is part of the admission you pay. there are lockers, there is a snack bar, and there are rooms for parties. there's also a foam pit (getting out isn't as easy as it looks) and 3 basketball hoops. I have been so excited to go to a trampoline gym for almost two years now. Finally, I had the opportunity it go with a large group of friends and our younger siblings. Because I had seen photos of friends who had been to various trampoline gyms, I couldn't wait to take pictures, jump around and enjoy our time. The price was totally fair and relatively cheap, we paid $18 for 90 minutes of jumping which was more than enough. We chose this company and location because we heard there was a basketball area, dodgeball, a foam pit and other things besides the trampolines. We are completely unaware of how strict and limiting everything would end up being. There are about 15 employees, young and not very professional, who stand in each area with whistles watching your every move. You must wait in line and go one by one to shoot a basketball into the hoop, jump into the foam pit and use a trampoline station. We went on a Tuesday night, it was relatively empty and the employees were getting restless and ready to go home, it was obvious. The worst part, however, was when we went into the trampoline area and began jumping with each other. No one was being rowdy or obnoxious, we were just having fun. Two male employees blew their whistles and screamed at us to separate. It was very bizarre. Apparently, you must stand in your own square of a trampoline and jump by yourself...who wants to do that? I understand the rule if there are tons of little children around and it was hectic because someone would get hurt, but there were only the 10 of us and we were behaving fine. I felt like I was being watched like a hawk. The worst part was when I stopped to breath because this place is actually a hard workout and tiring, I was whistled at and told to "not stop jumping." You are literally not allowed to stop to breath. Again, I understand the rule if it was a busy Saturday with hundreds of children, but it was not. The employees must escort you into the dodgeball area and watch you play before you can do anything. When we wanted to play we asked many different employees to help, it took about 8 minutes for someone to walk the 20 feet over to us. They took their time, stopping to hug one another and chit chat, while the clock was ticking and 8 minutes of our paid jumping time was going down the drain. I loved the trampoline aspect of this experience, it is a great idea, a good workout and so fun for friends. However, I do not recommend this company at all. I know for a fact there are other gyms that have a laid back environment and still are as professional as needed in order to keep everyone from getting hurt. It was a fun experience but I really did not feel like my stuff was too safe being in those lockers and I felt annoyed because the parking was too small and had to park outside on the street I swore my car was goin to be stolen. My kids love it!!! We have been here so many times that I can't count anymore!! Super fun place, and the most important, HEALTHY!!!! Most of the kids these days ate the whole day in their rooms playing video games and getting fat because they don't have enough exercise!! And this place is so smart to impulse our kids to have a healthy environment and do more exercise wich is really good for our bodies!! Hands down to the owner or creator!! My 5 year loved it as well and wants his party there in a couple of months. My husband & I also enjoyed it. We jumped on our own for 30 min which is more than enough for adults... THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE THIS STAR!! It's disgusting and germ infested. Was just there for a birthday party on Saturday 11/23 and so far 4 kids are sick with vomiting and diarrhea!! I've never seen anything like this!! Not to mention all of their bathrooms were out of order the ENTIRE time we were there...No working bathrooms at a kids place? Really?! I'm sure kids were having accidents everywhere in that place. It smelled disgusting as well! If i have any advice...DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THESE DISGUSTING SKYZONE PLACES! It's a disease waiting to happen...and it costs $600 for this nasty location to have a birthday party. I was neutral about their services. I've been here with my 3 kids 4 times before. But tonight has proved they don't care about customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, my liability waiver had expired and I had to re-do. Though I had purchased my tickets online, the new guy on the register took a while getting us our stickers. I don't blame him, but our time was cut short. He gave us our tickets late, and the safety workers too busy flirting with each other cut our time short. So my 30 minutes was literally reduced to 16 minutes. For a kid, this is a lot. The worst part was the manager who I notified. He didn't even attempt to rectify the problem. Disappointing! read more

I had never gone to a trampoline park before but today was one of my student's birthdays(Alexander who was just 11) and I was invited to his party. What a fun place! And so well organized.When you arrive you check your party in at the desk where they find out how many will be using the equipment. You have to sign a waiver exempting the Skyzone from liability before you can go jumping. It can be done online prior to the party date which was really convenient. Once you're there you'll want to get into the fun asap. You get special socks to wear according to your foot size and the shoes are collected and put on your party's rack. The assistants who were all young men and women escort your group to the trampoline areas which are organized according to age. Everyone is allowed to jump on their own square. There is also trampoline basketball and a cube pit to jump into along with a few other pkay areas. After your hour is up, you have your party in a private room where the assistants serve and get everybody to enjoy themselves. They are phenomenal. We had three really great ones! All in all, the two hours we were there went by too fast! I would recommend this venue to parents looking for a fun place for a birthday party or just to come and jump! read more

Took my daughter here for the first time and I don't recommend this place at all I went to jump around and have fun with my daughter but I was told I couldn't jump near her or near the area she was jumping at, I was sent to a different part with more trampolines at which point I decided I had wasted my time and money so I just sat and watched my daughter jump, the staff is unfriendly not to mention the guy walking around with hair dye on his beard full of tattoos looking at u like if your going to get mugged u shouldn't have people looking like this in a kids indoor playground, all around horrible spot, they opened at 3 I couldn't jump until 3:30pm more time wasted! Great place to have fun and exercise. Went with my son for a birthday party (Great, by-the-way) and decided to try for myself. It was awesome! i ride bike and consider myself in-shape; however, after a few minutes of jumping around I found myself winded. You can jump into a HUGE foam pit, try and dunk a basketball, and play dodgeball and feel like a kid again. I'm definitely coming back! read more

My first time here, and possibly my last. I think two stars is sufficient for my visit. I went here just today with my sister, a friend and his 9 yr old daughter, and my young brother (20s) with one of his friends. My brother and his friend are pewtty athletic so they had no issues. Hahaha I lied. So as I walked in you assume you have to get in line. There are no instructions near the door that INSTRUCT you to go to this "waiver Station" to sign liability waivers electronically. So you wait in line about 5 mins onky to have to make ANOTHER line for this waiver station. Then, make a line again to purchase tickets. With all this time wasted, you'll end up getting tickets for a session that is only, eh like 2 and a half hours AWAY!! This really caught me off guard. I had to stick around for two hours, doing what???! Oh and by the way, you can't even jump with a child. My friend wanted to come here because he was under the impression that he would be able to join in on the jumping fun with her. Me and my sister decided to buy a combo at the "sky café" and you would think they have food readily available for all the kids and others visiting. NOPE! We asked for a full sized pizza with some drinks. They attendant had to call it in, at which she first told us that it would be a 10-20 min wait, which we didn't mind. When she got off the phone, she says we would not get pizza until about an hr later! I asked why they didn't have pizza waiting for customers, she says the ones that are here are for the parties ONLY. I mean???! If you have PIZZA on your menu at least have it available or write somewhere that there is no more!! Waste of my time. I got a wrap and split it with my sis. All of these things that happened had me and my sister contemplating whether we still wanted to be here anymore. But we were doing it for our friend's 9 year old daughter. As time got closer to our 1 hr session (which was too much time for us; we merely spent even 40 mins jumping), we started taking off jewelry, emptying pockets and what not to put into our locker. Now the lockers. Ahh, you lockers. This was another issue that caused us to lose about 15 mins of our session. We tried to use a large locker (and there weren't that many lockers) and just our luck that the locker we chose had many quarters stuck inside and we were blind to see that they were stuck. Our quarter got stuck as well and my sister went to the front desk to get a manager or supervisor out there. We waited another 10 mins and a supervisor never came. We grew impatient at this point and just moved our items to another locker that worked (which you need to look carefully in the alot to insert quarters). We were finally off. We went to the "foam zone" section and I have to say, pretty boring. My sister and brother both tried it, and both of them being pretty fit people, couldn't even get out of the foam pit. It took my sis about 1-2 mins to really get out. My brother, maybe less time, but he was still struggling. We then started looking at these "dodge ball" courts. It was literally crazy. The kids were literally aiming at people's faces! I couldn't believe how many people were smacked on their faces and all you hear is "ooooooh". I couldn't even participate in that. We finally got to the main court, where this is just plain jumping. Me, being sick and having asthma was not a good idea, but I jumped for about 10-15mins. To me it was boring. Just jumping. But anyways, to sum things up, this place is somewhere fun for small children 5-13. Not ever coming back to this place. ! Barhroom stinks. No food readily available. read more

You don't care about your customers well being! My son when injured, my wife told your staff "I think my sins knee is broken! Call an ambulance and bring him to Miami childrens" 45 min later a fire truck came!!!! Really?!?! The fireman said you all said on call a child hurt his knee!!!! I specifically told you an ambulance because I thought knee was broken! My son sat there and suffered close to 2 hours before an ambulance came! 2 hours my son suffered and cried for an ambulance!!!! Then to find out at hospital that YES his knee was completely severed!!!!! The ambulance and hospital told me they have injuries at least 9 times a week!!!! Many now after my research have been injured there!!! read more

This is not a place for adults to bounce on trampolines. Most of the trampolines are closed to adults. The tumble tracks are for children only. I am a retired gymnast who would love to use a tumble track and I was very very disappointed to come here and find out that I am not allowed to use them. read more
