I came here for a family birthday party. We had reserved a party room. The kids were able to play for an hour before eating. Some of the adults bought wristbands to have some fun as well. The party room has a host who serves up the drinks, pizza, and any desserts. This did cut down on the possible hecticness of serving up a bunch of excited and sweaty kids. The hour was up before the birthday boy had time to open any presents. The room was way too small for the number of kids and parents. Some parent waited in the hallway. The hostess asked us to pack up and head out. I stayed a bit longer to use up the token card I had purchased. let me start out by saying I injured myself and had to use a chair to prop up my foot. *I have a right to the chair if I am using it.* A rank woman came up to me and took the chair out from under me, nasty as can be. We started arguing and management came up to us. rather than have the woman move they let her stay there. I had an overall bad experience for my child's birthday. The party "host" wasn't helpful at all. Myself and the other parents that stayed ended up doing everything as far as serving food, drinks, and cake. The pizza had various slices that were just sauce and crust. The "host" basically rushed us out of our area, while refusing to help gather gifts. The cart with the shoes on it was no where to be found. I had to ask someone at the front desk where the cart was put. No one communicated to me where the cart was going to be put. On top of all of this, I spoke to the manager who refused to give me a partial refund. Every worker that was there, including the 3 managers all looked like they were in their 20's. I'd like to thank SkyZone for supporting Wear Blue, an organization dedicated to supporting the families (especially children of all ages) of fallen service members through building resilience and communities. We all had a bunch of fun. The kids obviously loved it. I didn't get a ton of pictures but the place is huge and they have different sections including a basketball court, dodgeball area, obstacle course, and a huge area just to jump in. We went for a kid birthday party and my daughter had a ton of fun. The kids bounced around for an hour or so and then had the core of the party for another hour or so. There's a foam cube pit that was a big hit and brought a lot of smiles and then there was an open space in the rear of the building with several trampolines that she also enjoyed. The party was at the top of the stairs and it was a good spot for monitoring the kids and viewing the different bounce areas. The staff was friendly. read more

Took my kids today between 1 to 3 the employee that was running the zip line during this time wasn't doing his job he was making out with his girlfriend and touching each other inappropriately. Girlfriend was almost naked all here parts where hanging out, they should've got a room. None of the other employees reported them or gone anything about it. Came for a child's birthday party. We registered online prior to coming and the attendant couldn't find our waiver or accept the barcode sent in our confirmation email. We we told to re-register at the kiosk. Their computer station was down to 2 computers with at least 10 people in line. This gave me the opportunity to look around; needless to say I was not impressed. The place was dirty, trash piled up along a wall and it is impossible to social distance in this type of environment. I expect noise, but a bit of cleanliness is also expected anyplace you are going to be wearing socks. I didn't like the apathy of the workers and their overall vibe. There wasn't any music tvat I could hear and the 2 tv's aren't placed where aldults waiting could watch comfortably. I wouldn't come here or recommend it to anyone else. Kids will love it, as most are not discerning. As for me and mine, we will go elsewhere. read more

Disappointing visit. Two adults with a 3 & 8 year old. There are no secure or even semi-secure spots to place your things while you jump. No cubbies, just a set of shelves with space for about 15 people. coats and shoes were scattered everywhere, not enough seating as well. We felt uncomfortable leaving our things, so though we paid for four , we never jumped as a family, which defeated our purpose for visiting. Also, the space isn't well utilized. The jump zone where you get to jump into cubes, requires the kids to wait in lines while only a couple kids are in the pit at the same time. Waste of time during your expensive visit. I want to start off by saying the staff was very friendly. My daughters had their parties here this past weekend and I had to say I wasn't impressed with how it's all organized. We got an hour of jumping time and an hour in the room to open presents and eat food & cake. I didn't like how as we arrived, the kids can jump but we had no room till it was our time to enter the room. So all our stuff in back till our time came time to go in. Took the grandkids (ages 5 and 9) on a Friday they were out of school. Got there 30 minutes early in case there was a line. We were directed to the check in machine where we filled out a waiver. (I had already printed the receipt/ticket since we purchased the them online.) We had to wait closer to our time of 11:30 to checkin. Because it was Toddler Time, the staff let us walk around and check out the facility while we waited. Didn't realize there was a one time purchase of $5 each for special socks...just need to remember to bring them back next time. When the kids started at 11:30 there weren't a lot of kids so they had a chance to really play. Even near the end of our hour there was still a lot of room although quite a few more kids. Plenty of sitting areas...tables, benches and chairs for adults. Free WiFi. Kid friendly staff. The kids had a blast! The next time we will probably go for the 90 minute time. This is fun for kids and adults alike! My boyfriend and I wanted to try out Sky Zone and called in advance about coming in for a 30-minute jump. It was $12 which included renting socks (that you can bring back next time for $2 off). We were asked to complete an online waiver when we arrived, then we were sent off to jump. We were confused what areas we could jump in because a class was in session. When the class ended, we started jumping in that open area, but we were stopped. We then jumped to the opposite side of the trampolines, but were stopped there as well because that area was only for kids. That left us with a very limited amount of space/trampolines to jump on, when most of the space was empty. We respected the rules, but also felt clueless as to what we were supposed to do. We stepped over to the basketball hoops and found the staff were jumping around playing with each other. We had to ask them if we could shoot too. They moved out of the way for us and showed us some tricks/tips. That was fun for a while. Then we made our way over to the foam pit that no one told us about. At that point, our 30 minutes were almost up so we were only able to jump in twice. You can do flips into the foam pit, but on our second jump, we were stopped and asked to wait for some time, while a staff member 'fluffed up the foam'. And by the time he was done, our time was up. Overall, Sky Zone was a great workout. 30 minutes was enough! Now that we know what to expect, I think the second time around will be better. Hopefully, the staff will be more attentive to the guests and help provide guidance when they see the confusion on their faces. read more

I used a Groupon to take my kids to this place. The Groupon said two sixty minute sessions. I thought I could break them up but had to use them. Both at the same time. That was a little disappointing. You also need to buy special socks there, so if you go buy them and keep reusing them. The staff seemed really well informed about the place since they kept telling me all the deals they have on different days. So there are ways to save money. They have a few different areas to jump around in but I was kind of let down. I thought there would be more. It seems limited on the things you can do. After an hour of jumping, I'm not sure if I will go back. Not that it wasn't fun but I might have been there done that and don't need to do it again, in my head. A group of some friends and I tried to go to Sky Zone tonight after we bought a deal on admission prices through Groupon. There were 2 types of passes you could buy: one was an hour of jumping for 2 people during the week, for $15.00, the second was an hour of jumping for 2 people on any day of the week for $19.00. I purchased 2 of the any day of the week passes due to it being a Saturday night. When we got up to the counter to check in, the first staff member we encountered was friendly enough. She redeemed one of our Groupon vouchers, but had some trouble getting the second voucher to redeem. She went to grab another employee (possibly the 16 year old manager?) who then came up and told us that we couldn't use our passes any night of the week. When we pointed out we got passes labeled for use any day of the week, she curtly responded with "well it's glow night right now so you can't jump unless you want to pay us per person to get in." Quite frankly, she was rude and couldn't be bothered to explain the situation to us. We did recheck the Groupon and in fine print (that matches the background of the Groupon) it says "not valid glow" 1) why would you label this pass for ANY DAY OF THE WEEK, when you can't use it during certain times of the week? That's asinine. 2) "not valid glow" doesn't even make sense. Its false advertising to say these passes can be used at any time, and silly to not explain when and what glow night is on the passes so customers don't get confused. It quickly became apparent that the 16 year old employee/manager couldn't have given less of a hoot about the situation, so I decided to give up and ask them to reverse the redeemed voucher so I could use it later. The employee then told me they couldn't reverse the voucher and there was "nothing she could do about it". She gave me free jump passes to use on a later date (which I won't), but wouldn't just give me the cash back even though it was there mistake for redeeming my Groupon. You can't tell me that they have a high overhead per person to jump at this place - so I'm failing to understand why they wouldn't let the fact it was glow night slide, and let us use our groupons considering they redeemed one and apparently couldn't make it right. It wasn't like they would be losing money. The customer service was straight up trash and pathetic. read more

We had a blast yesterday for our daughters 6 and 8th birthday. We have Irish twins that were born two years apart. Here are a few things I thought i'd mention. 1- It's expensive. It was 60 dollars for a family of 4 to jump for an hour. Keep in mind we REALLY did have a good time, but i'm really sad that it makes it hard to do this on occasion because everyone is tight on finances. We also are a military family (so the discount still didn't help ease the price). 2. We still paid it and had a great time. One of the employees kids was there and sang our children a happy birthday and jumped with us which was fun, but then it became a babysitting experience for us when we were trying to have some family time. The girl was super sweet, but I get a bit anxious when kids target me to hang out with. 3. Be mindful if you are over 30. After 15 minutes of jumping, my husband and I were about to ask if anyone had a defibrillator due to our poor choices of picking an hour and dreaming that we were still little Olympic athletes. 4. You have to purchase socks that have grippies made out of narwhal tusks and the wand of a mythical fairy. So be prepared for the extra cost of that. Did we have fun... YES. Will we go back?? Meh. Pro's: it's a fairly new facility, clean, modern and huge! Kid's seem to enjoy jumping here. Free WiFi for parents. Con's: Pricey. I believe it's $15 to jump for an hour? Or something around that. I only have one kid but I can imagine the cost for larger families. Seating is limited to a bunch of tables below the trampolines. Feels too open and LOUD with all the parents and the music and the kids screaming. Would like more comfortable seating besides plastic chairs and metal bleachers. I bring my daughter here when I can get a Group-on deal, otherwise, honestly it is too expensive! Be sure to keep your socks! You have to purchase their socks to jump. They are only $2 but still! Keep them and reuse them instead of buying ones every time you go. Get a Group-on, they always have them. :) read more

My little family just welcomed our baby boy three weeks ago. Being a season of a lot of at home time due to COVID and a new baby, our three year old really needed to get out of the house. We loved our experience at sky zone. Not only was the staff nice and the facility cleaned frequently, but they went above and beyond to meet my needs as a new mama. Shout out to Josephine who saw that I was trying to nurse my son with a cover and immediately offered the party room for privacy and convenience. She was so friendly and thoughtful. I overheard her interacting with several other parents and their children in the same manner she had treated me. I was thrilled by her intentionality. Hang on to her! Mixed feelings. Staff was friendly and helpful. The people on "patrol" were attentive and it felt safe - they actually do enforce the safety rules which is reassuring to see.
