Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly dishonest business practices. When I signed up in June, I specifically told the employee that I ONLY wanted the one month unlimited option. I was very clear that I did not want an ongoing membership. Despite that, they continued charging my card month after month. I have now asked MULTIPLE TIMES for this membership to be cancelled, both in person and by email, and they STILL have not cancelled it. At this point, continuing to charge someone after they have repeatedly requested cancellation is completely unacceptable. What makes this even worse is that I was told one thing when I signed up, yet I have been billed completely differently ever since. I should not have to repeatedly chase a company just to get them to stop taking money from my account. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accountability, the misleading information I was given when I signed up, and the repeated failure to process my cancellation. I strongly recommend that anyone considering signing up here be VERY careful, read everything closely, and monitor your credit card statements afterward. We came here for the Little Leapers on Sunday. I was happy to find that the website had current information and the facility was nice. The staff was nice and helpful and it was great to have the window of time for little jumpers (5 yrs and younger) to safely enjoy themselves. My son is 18mos, and although he still doesn't know how to properly jump, he had a great time and I wasn't concerned about him getting hurt. Parents are not allowed to jump, but they don't have to pay to accompany their kids. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a Sunday morning activity to tucker their little one out before a nap. read more

Last Sunday, we hosted my daughter's 7th birthday here AND to me it was a disaster. We paid over $500 only to be rushed out of the party space. It was utterly ridiculous. We were told that everything would be at a certain time and to come 30 minutes early to decorate. We get there and apparently the time has changed as someone else is in the party space. We were then told we had to wait close to 30 minutes so the space could be cleaned. This whole process was not explained at the point of payment EVEN after we asked. The pizza came and it was basically 6 SMALL pizzas (thankfully we bought fruit and sandwiches-shout out to Publix). While the kids were eating the young lady tells me we should sing happy birthday because there is a party right after us and they need to prepare the space. They kicked some of my guests off the trampoline BEFORE their time and when asked one employee said he does what he is told and he doesn't make the rules, mind you, there were kids who were jumping AFTER their band color was called. I asked were my guests problematic and the employee stated no. The party felt a bit rushed that I had to apologize to my guests because this was not what I wanted to happen. They are franchises he told me and I would need to make a new purchase if I wanted to use trampolines. You should be able to use your Super Pass at any location. The place was clean and looked brand new still. The parking lot was full. The manager gave me a $2 discount per person since they did not allow me to use super pass. I purchased two 1 hour passes for $12/each. The place is lots of fun and you will have a tremendous workout without realizing it. 1 hour is a lot of time so be sure you are in shape. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude in attitude, including the team from the trampoline area. The bathrooms were filthy and had no paper, and some of the areas in the venue looked like they hadn't been wiped or cleaned in a long time. What I disliked the most was that the type of loud music playing in the background was highly inappropriate for what you would consider a family-friendly venue (i.e., rap music with curse words). I would never return to this location and am sad that we spent close to $100 on what you would call less than an hour experience. Total rip off, especially when considering you what you can get at Gameworks or even Chuck E. Cheese for that amount. My niece wanted a homemade ice cream cake. I call ahead to make sure they have a freezer it can be held in and if it would be ok if I put the finishing touches on it in their food prep area. I am told yes and of course. Great! We arrive and rush the slightly beginning to melt cake to the counter to have it put in the freezer. About 5 staff members are standing around staring at us with baffled expressions. Eventually a young man comes and takes the cake away from me and I say, "please put it in the freezer right away so it doesn't keep melting." After saying hi to everyone and getting my supplies from the car, I approach the counter to ask if I can come back to decorate the cake. Again, it's as if I'm speaking in Hungarian - deer in headlights. Then a young woman tells me "well, we can't let you back here, but we can bring you the cake to decorate out there." What? You want me to sit on bleachers and decorate an ice cream cake? "That's absurd," I tell her and that "I called this morning to make sure I could do this here, otherwise I would have done it at home." They want to know who I talked to and all this scrambling around and then an older man who works there comes over to "deal with me," which basically entails his informing me that I can't have access to the "party room" until after they are done jumping but I could have a few minutes if I really needed to. I tell him, I don't need to take the cake into the room, I just want to decorate it and put it back in the freezer. He says "oh, well your cake is in a cooler by the way. We don't have a freezer here." Are you effing kidding me. He goes on to tell me "we are not an ice cream facility," and "I was standing next to the girl when you called and you didn't ask if we had a freezer, you just asked if you could decorate it here. Right, I went to Walmart at 4:30 that morning, spent over $100 on ingredients, decorations and supplies, worked on the cake for several hours, quickly transported it undecorated to the venue, all casually hoping that "everything would just work out." Of course I asked her, and Regardless! If I say the words "ice cream cake" and your staff can't apply a shred of common sense that there being no freezer on site might be of concern not only when I called, but when I handed them a massive frozen item which they carried away and put into a cooler, and you're standing here unapologetically assuming no responsibility.....your customer service is completely lacking. I came here for a weeknight birthday party. This is my second time attending birthday parties at SkyZone. The employees are well-organized and nothing makes me happier with kids' parties than organization! The party guests spend the first hour playing on the trampolines or jumping into the "spongy brick" pits and then spend the last half hour of the party eating pizza (Pizza Hut) and cake. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and most importantly, patient with the kids. They also kept the party events on track. My only constructive criticism would be that the party stuff all goes onto a metal cart that stays with the employees. This included the gifts. The employees stated that the cart would stay behind the counter, which it did, however when the gifts were collected, there were a few envelopes with gift cards missing. I would recommend this being put in a safer location, or allowing the parents or guardians to be responsible for the gifts. Booked my son's 10th birthday at the Cutler Bay location. First, the service in the party room was great! They were both very nice and attentive. The food was just ok. Edible, but not tasty. Pizza was from Pizza Hut, which was awesome. I'm so glad they didn't use freezer pizza!! They don't let you have the room until an hour after the jump time starts, so you have to carry your bags/strollers around with you and if the place is full, there's nowhere to sit. There's no easily accessible water for the kids, one water fountain by the bathrooms that no one told us about until all the parents had to buy their drinks at the concession stand. Once you're in the room, everything is rushed. There's barely time for pictures because you have a party scheduled directly after you. You can't set up the room yourself, even though our two hosts did a great job in setting it up themselves. ALSO, the most annoying part of this experience, the guy working at the foam pit. He must've yelled at every kid and adult in our group. Not sure if he got the memo, but people come here to unwind and get a little crazy. NO ONE was doing anything dangerous or anything that would cause damage to anything. The super strict rules ruined some of the fun....isn't this what we sign the waivers for??? Either way, the kids had a good time and we'll be back for fun, but we won't throw a party there again. Just don't like to be on a conveyer belt of birthday parties. read more

The pros of having your party here: We had my daughter's birthday party there on December 19. We choose to have it first thing in the morning when they open. I recommend this because there is usually no other customers in the facility at this time. We only had to arrive with a cake and our children. Skyzone handled everything else. The pizzas were hot and fresh. The extra platters we ordered were all wonderful. And the two girls who assisted us with the party could not have been nicer. They also packed up any leftovers for us to take home if we wanted them. I would absolutely recommend Skyzone Cutler Bay for a hassle free party for the adults and a fun time for the kids. The cons: It would have been nice to have the party room during the jump time. Jump time is for 1 hour and then you get the party room for 40 minutes. The elevated party room overlooked the entire complex and the parents could have socialized and watched from there. Conclusion: I did not rate it 5 stars because very few things are perfect. I would use the facility again for another event without hesitation. I read in other reviews a complaint that the facility was empty and that not all the lanes of trampolines were made available to them. Skyzone separates jumpers by age so a larger person doesn't trample a smaller child. Sounds like a good idea to me. But I know how some people think they are the most important human being on earth and that your entitled to everything because your so special. But there are safety rules for a reason, and the only way to do it right is when you follow them all the time. My 9 year old son always wants to jump on the right side trampolines because he wants to run along the corners on the wall, but that area is for teens. Guess what? I tell him "NO".
