It looked perfect on the outside, but once I got back home I realized that there were multiple zippers in one of the pockets (which a production error, they're only meant to have 1 zipper) and they chafe against my hands whenever I try to put my hands in my pockets. I saw kids pushing and shoving other kids. Kids tore down the tape to the closed off toddler area and was running around in the tunnels etc. And there were no staff around on the floor. One small child came up to me and told me some kids took there ball and all I could tell them was to let there parents know and maybe they could find an employee to let them know. This place definitely is going to be bad news if they don't put a stop to kids acting this way. We will be finding somewhere else to enjoy won't be back here. I will say the fella at the front desk where we paid was very friendly and helpful however the place definitely needs more staff enforcing rules on the floor or at least tonight they did

Our tour guides (Thomas and JLO) were very experienced, friendly, funny, and they made us feel safe. Before you even start on a zipline you get a fun wild ride on a UTV that takes you up the mountain to where you will begin your adventure. For the next two days my father (who has a fear of heights) recommended foxfire adventure park to anyone/strangers we talked to. This is a great place for both experienced and beginners to zipline!

That said... don't let the short hike fool you! The walk down isn't bad--it's the climb back up that will definitely remind you whether you've been keeping up with your cardio. Thankfully, there are handrails and benches along the trail because I absolutely took advantage of them on the way back. I thought I was in decent shape... the mountain quickly humbled me! My advice: wear good hiking shoes, bring water, and if you have a walking stick, use it. A neck fan isn't a bad idea either during the warmer months. Just because you see people tackling the trail in Crocs or flip-flops doesn't mean it's a good idea. If you're adventurous, there is a way to get down to the base of the falls, where people were swimming, but we admired it from the overlook instead. The surrounding mountain views are beautiful as well, making it an easy stop even if you're just passing through. If you're in the Bryson City/Cherokee area, don't skip Soco Falls. Just come prepared, take your time, and enjoy one of the prettiest waterfalls in Western North Carolina.

The parking area is by the road, and the hike down to the falls is short, but of considerable grade. At the end, a platform allows viewing. You can't get anywhere near the falls or take a swim, and it seems like it would be a tough area even if there weren't a thousand signs telling you not to wander off the trail, which is shared with a driveway to some private property. It certainly isn't among the best Western NC waterfalls, but it's a nice site and it's free and open to the public, so not a bad place to stop depending on one's itinerary.

There are trampolines, a trampoline dodge ball court, trampoline basketball courts, ninja courses, a foam pit, an area for really young kids, and lots of rock wall climbing in a different section. The climbing area was where I was most nervous, but they show you how to snap into the climbing system. Parents help their kids do it, and it's super simple. By the end, my oldest child was doing it himself and helping other kids, too, so it's very easy. The climbing area is where adventurous kids can really show off, because there are lots of different things to climb. I'm subtracting one star because the joint is a little worse for the wear. You can tell that the building is old, and things just look a little peaked. But there are lots of attentive staff everywhere making sure kids are playing safely, so that's the most important thing.

Went there to cancel. They refused a refund and implied I would be charged for June due to their thirty day policy. All the pools were closed due to maintenance. You couldn't have done that while you were closed?? Don't do it.
