The kids love this place. There is a little gated area within the park for toddlers which has 4 trampolines, a foam pit, and some floor puzzle foam letters, which was great for two year old. She had an absolute blast. There are more advanced areas for bigger kids with a knack for adventure, like a small obstacle course, rock climbing over a foam pit, and they also have a vertical incline that kids can climb with the assistance of an employee (harness required). This is a wonderful place to get all that kid energy out. They have arcade games and a small cafe which has pizza and hotdogs. The cubbies are near the front door and also near the bathrooms on the right hand side. Leave your stuff at your own risk (i've never had an issue). There is a lot of parking, but stay clear of the truck bays to the left of the entrance. One of the employees said there's free coffee for the parents on the weekends, although I've never had any. read more

We happen to come here a lot. It especially makes sense if you get the unlimited 3 month deal. It's $59 for (at least) 3 months and you can come here an unlimited amount of times. It pays esp if you go at least 2x a month. Makes the most sense. Then if you want to cancel after 3 months you just email them. I find the associates to be extremely nice and helpful. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES - Overrun by threatening teens - Avoid! Packed Saturday night, my wife took my 9 year old son. A group of teenagers took over the basketball area (where my son was playing alone), threatened my wife, and hit my son. The teen told my wife, "I've got a body bag in my car with your name on it." I don't even know where to start. Let me warn that throwing a birthday party here for many kids is not for the faint of heart. Obviously a bad choice to throw my son's first big friends birthday party at. It is complete chaos from the start of check-in. They didn't have a party room for us reserved though I paid $550... but then they did, so we set up, but then they came into the room and said wrong room. Okay-- so they would hold all our decorations, dessert, presents somewhere. But where? We didn't know for 2 hours. Then I find a manager. He leads me to the room. I find all the kids. The party leader had 'lost them'. At this point I need a serious drink. They don't allow drinks. Okay.. it's a kid place, that's good. But at this point my nerves are shot. The room is found with the cake and SO many decorations. But they weren't our's. In fact they were even better than the ones we brought. They were the ones my son wanted but the store didn't have. Score! After all that madness (watching them all-- oh dear God that was not fun for 2 hours), the party room was a success. The pizza was pretty terrible but hey, kids don't mind. In fact THEY all had the best time. I guess that's what counts. Then we get to the car. So spent out from this experience. Perhaps I'm just too old of a mom.. I don't know..but we completely forgot about all his presents. Emily, the Trumbull manager, really hooked us up in a bind! My kids have a membership and have been really loving the changes (cheaper memberships $28/month) and also the things they have kept the same, like the slushy refill cups. But my kids were particularly crazy for glow night. I would never have thought to bring my kids there on a Friday night, as they are only 6 and 8, but they LOVED it! I was surprised that my daughter (severe, non-verbal ASD and likes very few things!) Loved the climbing wall. My daughter had her 10th birthday at the skyzonein Norwalk, and i felt that it was essential to write about the Excellency of the host JP! From the moment i parked, this young man came outside to greet me and asked for everyone's name. He grabbed almost all the (birthday)items from my car and inside Skyzone. He remembered all the kid's names. When one of the kids was scared to come down from climbing so high, he immediately rose and helped the child down. He was in HERO MODE! He went above and beyond. He kept his time well so the kids could utilize all the sections. When preparing the room, he put up all the decorations and made the room lovely. He entertained ten girls by giving them a Disney quiz! From start to finish, he was 101%engaged. This type of service is rare, and i would have another party just bc he made this one so special. I'm not sure where other reviewers spent their time. My group and I had a blast at this place. Activities are super organized and somehow the adults and kids stayed out of each other's way. Music is playing at a decent level, the lighting is pretty bright and there is plenty of space. The infamous waiver must be completed before you can book your time. It is really the standard waiver for any locale with physical activity (ie, please be careful and you promise not to sue). Once you are all paid up, you get a sticker with your alloted time and you go to the rules area. This is also the place to change out of your shoes. Off you go to have your fun. Don't forget that dodgeball is always an option!! The place could use a tad bit more air conditioning, though. I definitely had to take a breather to cool off and I saw some folks sweating like nobody's business. Also, despite listing pizza and pretzels as part of the snack bar, these are only available for scheduled parties or events booked in advance. Please note that you cannot grab a quick snack, which may make sense as no one wants a kid to vomit but not so much for adults. Those are my only cons for this place. They've changed the rules and now my kids (who are just 3 years apart in age) can't jump together. Adult men can jump with their little kids during the 5 and under time, but an 8-year old can't? The afternoon is overrun with the older kids so can't bring the younger one to jump then either. Also they've changed the arcade card system and so all old balances are lost. read more

Let me preface by saying that I think Sky Zone would be great for older kids and adults. However, it absolutely sucks for toddlers. Especially for the price! I paid $106 for two adults and my 22 month old. Plus, I had to purchase their specialty socks, which were $22 for the three pairs. Despite several attempts of requesting sizes based on their charts, the guy at the desk ignored the sizes I requested and gave us what he thought was right. My toddler ended up receiving a pair for a much bigger child. The grippy section was past his ankles and the socks kept slipping off. The other child in the toddler section had the correct socks, which would've fit perfectly. The line to get the socks and check-in was very long with only 1 person working. We waited about 20-25 minutes. Once we got our socks, we walked through their amazing facility with awe. It looked so cool until we reached the sad toddler section, which is a small gated area with a foam pit and 4 trampoline squares. There was a tiny slide into the foam pit. On the side, there was a little crawl tunnel, a large ball, a basketball hoop without a ball that could fit, a tiny little tent, and some foam letters and numbers. The sign above the trampoline section says that only kids under 4 can use the area and that the area can only be used if a team member is present. There was no team member, but we let our son play there. Eventually, I saw a team member outside of the gated area and asked her if adults can also jump there with no other kids occupying the trampolines. She said we could. However, I saw another Yelp review mention that they were not allowed to jump alongside their kids. I guess it depends on the team member. My son was bored fairly quickly. We only ended up staying about 30 minutes, but my son would've been fine leaving after 10. For $128, this was a colossal waste of money. While waiting in line, I saw a sign for Sensory Hour on Sundays from 9-10am at $15 with a free parent. I don't recall if it was one free parent or two. There's also Little Leapers on Saturdays for $15. For $15, maybe we would come back. For $128 or $106 (without the socks) absolutely not. I think the $5 difference between an adult and under 4 ticket is ridiculous. A child under 4 is sequestered to a tiny section of the place with barely anything to do. Adults and older children can rock climb, do American Ninja Warrior type of stuff, play dodge ball, basketball, etc. All that for only $5 more. Additionally, before you buy your tickets it might be a good idea to check their calendar or call to confirm. We originally booked our tickets for 10am on a prior date. Morning of, I saw that they would be opening 2 hours late (at 12pm) due to a facility rental. I didn't want to risk being turned away at the door, so we made other plans and reached out to customer service to reschedule. Customer service was great - they let us know we can come in on another day. Turns out, the facility rental message was outdated, but it still hasn't been removed for the upcoming week. Like I said, my biggest issue was the price. Instead, my toddler would've had a much better time at Stepping Stones in Norwalk ($18 each), Play Place in Wilton ($15 with free parent), or any playground for free. My Gym in Fairfield or Stamford is $139 for a whole month and has a trampoline and a ball pit. There are so many other options. The price just does not make sense. read more

I have been standing in this disorganized nightmare for 40 minutes. I came here for a birthday party. Two different associates refused to check me in. Finally a third woman said I could complete my waivers. The entire party is here and it was supposed to start at 3:00. It is 3:21 and we are standing on the sidelines because the associate didn't give us socks. We have requested socks and are still waiting. The kids are now restless and aggravated as are the parents. The signs posted say mask are required and everywhere I look there are kids with no masks. This is the most unorganized place I have ever come for a birthday party. Save your money. This is a super fun trampoline park! So far I've been twice and both times with a 10 year old that is not typically the easiest to amuse. She and I had a great time! We got there right when they opened both times and didn't had more then enough space to bounce around as well as try out all of the activities they have scattered throughout with no wait. There are employees scattered within the play space that are there to help the kids if they need assistance and are also there to make sure everyone is playing safely. The music is fun for both kids and adults too! They have foam pits, balance beams, american ninja warrior esque zones, a big swing and also a swinging bar that lands you into a big foam pit. They have an area with 3 run up ramps with a fire pole to go down on. A bouldering wall (they also have a rock climbing walls but we have not been able to use them due to them saying it's exclusively for their campers only..? Which we do find pretty disappointing and definitely a con for us) but they do also have a basketball hoop/trampoline area as well as a separate zone for younger kids. The toddler time is awesome! A good weekend activity. Got there at 9am and you get till 11am. The people there are cleaning and super nice. There is so many different spots for you and your toddler to go to. They have a toddler area for under 5 that is gated in. Parents get to jump for free with a child. There was confusion of where to go, the kids were all over the place, and didn't know where the kids shoes/coats were upon leaving. It was a complete mess. This place is awesome! They just recently opened up in the Norwalk area. This is actually super close to my house which i love. My boyfriend and I went here after a lunch date and it is really a fun time! They have an area for the little kids and an area for the adults so that you can feel nice and peaceful while jumping. Its amazing exercise! The staff was very nice and when we arrived they explained all the rules to us and greeted us when we came and as we left. They also are attentive and have people are around watching to make sure you are not hurting yourself or anyone else around you. They dont just have regular jumping, you can also do basketball and even jousting! The staff is amazing. Every single one of them. we were there for 3 hours and everyone we interacted with was postive sweet and alert. Dealing with children or Adults at a fun gym like this you have to be alert. The staff was on point. Sky Zone has family bathrooms regular bathrooms upstairs eating and relax area (with see through glass to view from sitting or standing postision most areas). My husband hung out at the parent's room with flat screen TVs. He watched a basketball documetary. After we sang happy birthday all the kids won an extra 30 minutes of playtime. My son was so tired he said he needed his bed. In my book that is amazing because he has loads of energy but Sky Zone tired him out. Pizza was tasty and the salad came in it's own container complete with a packet of dressing. That was nice. Parking is great. Great party place or just hang out and have fun at almost any age. I'm writing about safety concerns at this facility during the weekends and holidays. It tries to accomplish both recreation and events, such as birthday parties. It appears to have many young, teenage, staff members walking around the entrance and food areas, but well trained safety monitors are in short supply in the climbing area and at the numerous trampoline areas where there are a significant numbers of young children and full size adults competing for space. There seem to be no limits placed on the numbers of people on any particular area. This is not a place where a parent or grandparent should leave any child, including teens on their own. Clearly, I can not recommend Sky Zone as a place to go. It may be fun for many, but shouldn't safety be the top priority ? As a side note, parking is totally inadequate and cars park anywhere they can including access and drop off areas. There is no staff outside to monitor parking. A.E. a Norwalk Resident read more

Loved it, but when the hour was over, one of the attendants came directly to us (we were standing in the walkway, not on any of the trampolines) to tell us that we had to either leave or purchase more time. This was the second time my two girls ( ages 6 and 8) had gone here and they loved it. If you go in the morning - like we did- it's way less crowded. They spent most of their time jumping and in the foam pit. The staff there was extremely friendly and for my older girl, a nice self esteem booster. When she was practicing various moves from her gymnastics class the staff cheered her on and hi-fived after almost every round. It definitely made her day. For parents who don't want to jump with their kids, there are multiple benches throughout to sit on so you can watch your kids - as well as the lounge area. It's very spacious and accommodating. Read the waiver! It's very sneaky. Toward the bottom middle, where most people stop reading, are two things everyone should be aware of. 1. They've got your kids on video and will use their images whenever and however they want, without your permission. 2. You sign away your right to sue, not unusual, but if you decide to sue you'll automatically have to pay them $5000 in damages for filing the lawsuit. At this point we're looking into other activities instead. Their policy on using our children's images is completely out of touch with reality. read more

First I want to shout out the staff, they work hard giving the conditions of their work place environment. With that said, this place is in need of a major overhaul. The pits foams have not been changed maybe since the first year of opening, think I'm lying look at the socks after jumping in and out of the pits. When they were new even after jumping socks were cleaned not covered in foam bits. Rugs are dingy, needs major sprucing up...the food... Almost everything is not working. No ice, microwave on the fritz so my food was cold... I mean come on. This place is making money hand over fist and can not afford to maintain a clean environment.. During covid! Unfortunately this post will fall on deaf ears, people including my husband will continue to support this place. But if there are people out there listening, we need another trampoline park...A place that will give Skyzone of Norwalk a run for their money. read more

My son and I went on a quite Wednesday night the staff was so nice and made my sons night out with mom one to remember! Not only did they spend one on one time talking and helping out on the SkyClimb, they opened the new SkyWars and got a little team together to play it was so great! We have gone in the past and yes been a little dissapointed dodgeball wasnt open but I have to say the staff was very attentive and took the time to go the extra mile and put a small game together it was very nice of them. They do a good job for general admission and for birthdays. A very nice staff person helped my son climb the big progressive step activity as he wanted to do it but was very scared. Birthdays are generally vert good but had one large birthday that they should have had another assistant. No big deal as my wife and I tend to help out pouring drinks etc wherever we have a party. I planned it as a trip my son and nephews after seeing the grand opening on the news, I never expected me to enjoyed myself as much as I did I never jumped so much or so high in my life it was exhilarating for me the tight rope was the best part for me it was like a childhood dream come true, and after a slew of failed attempts I actually made it across and everyone cheered and were amazed, it felt great. The staff were interactive, and motivating oh and my children had a good time too so of course that was a plus! my son spent most of his time in the foam pit one of my nephews was back and forth between dodge ball and the gladiator ring and my other nephew spent most of his time at the hoops but did go around or two in the gladiator ring.
