Glow night! My 6 year old loved it! And my extremely sensory "picky" 8 year old daughter too!
    Hannah S.

Emily, the Trumbull manager, really hooked us up in a bind! My kids have a membership and have been really loving the changes (cheaper memberships $28/month) and also the things they have kept the same, like the slushy refill cups. But my kids were particularly crazy for glow night. I would never have thought to bring my kids there on a Friday night, as they are only 6 and 8, but they LOVED it! I was surprised that my daughter (severe, non-verbal ASD and likes very few things!) Loved the climbing wall. She never showed interest before, but maybe special lighting and glow stuff made it more of a sensory experience for her?? IDK. But thrilled with this place nonetheless! Thanks Emily! (Maybe we can start up some sensory events for special kiddos here?) (The pic is of my son, but you get it...)

I'm not sure where other reviewers spent their time. My group and I had a blast at this place. Activities are super organized and somehow the adults and kids stayed out of each other's way. Music is playing at a decent level, the lighting is pretty bright and there is plenty of space. The infamous waiver must be completed before you can book your time. It is really the standard waiver for any locale with physical activity (ie, please be careful and you promise not to sue). Once you are all paid up, you get a sticker with your alloted time and you go to the rules area. This is also the place to change out of your shoes. Off you go to have your fun. Don't forget that dodgeball is always an option!! The place could use a tad bit more air conditioning, though. I definitely had to take a breather to cool off and I saw some folks sweating like nobody's business. Also, despite listing pizza and pretzels as part of the snack bar, these are only available for scheduled parties or events booked in advance. Please note that you cannot grab a quick snack, which may make sense as no one wants a kid to vomit but not so much for adults. Those are my only cons for this place. I would return in a heartbeat.

This is a super fun trampoline park! So far I've been twice and both times with a 10 year old that is not typically the easiest to amuse. She and I had a great time! We got there right when they opened both times and didn't had more then enough space to bounce around as well as try out all of the activities they have scattered throughout with no wait. There are employees scattered within the play space that are there to help the kids if they need assistance and are also there to make sure everyone is playing safely. The music is fun for both kids and adults too! They have foam pits, balance beams, american ninja warrior esque zones, a big swing and also a swinging bar that lands you into a big foam pit. They have an area with 3 run up ramps with a fire pole to go down on. A bouldering wall (they also have a rock climbing walls but we have not been able to use them due to them saying it's exclusively for their campers only..? Which we do find pretty disappointing and definitely a con for us) but they do also have a basketball hoop/trampoline area as well as a separate zone for younger kids. Definitely great for getting the kids (and yourself) moving!

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

Yelp post on Fun City!…read more Absolute Perfection for a Large Group Celebration! My husband Dave and I highly recommend Fun City Trampoline Park in New Britain! To celebrate the incredible reading and writing progress of our students, the Lauren E. Avezzie Charitable Foundation treated 22 enthusiastic Grade 2-5 superstars from our Room 102B FaceTime Reading Class to a high-energy hour of pure joy right in their hometown. These bright kids did it all! They flew high on the trampolines, tackled the ninja obstacle course, challenged each other on the Slam Ball court, and tested their balance on the beams over the soft foam pits. They also conquered the zip lines, tire swings, ropes course, and climbing rock walls, ending the session with a spin through the arcades and massive slides. ‍ Because "it takes a village," we were absolutely thrilled to see so many Lincoln Elementary School parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles show up to cheer on our readers. Watching the families, our two dedicated teachers, and our wonderful school principal, Gina Cavallo, cheering the kids on from the sidelines and in the party room was truly heartwarming. It beautifully reminded me of this quote: "Children need the freedom and time to play. Play is not a luxury. Play is a necessity." -- Eleanor Brown A massive "hats off" to the Fun City manager, Victor, and his phenomenal staff! They truly went the extra mile to ensure that our students were safely enjoying the trampolines and that their pizza party and award ceremony ran seamlessly. Fun City generously provided delicious pepperoni and cheese pizzas, water bottles, ice cream, and a $5 arcade gift card for every single student. Thank you, Fun City, for partnering with us to make learning--and celebrating success--so incredibly meaningful! We will definitely be back.

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.

What a DISASTER!…read more While this place could potentially be fun, the staff is absolutely clueless and the entire place is just so obnoxiously filthy. The staff is not trained, in anything, at all. They don't know how to properly ring you up (even though we had 3 people behind the registration desk when we came in - I still had to explain how to charge me; all 3 men were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers), they don't monitor the jumpers or enforce any safety procedures whatsoever. I could potentially let that slide if I really had to but the absolute filth we found at Get Air was just so unbelievable. First of all, we are still dealing with COVID. Even if we weren't, the entire place consists of high touch areas but nobody is cleaning anything. The website advertises "Our Commitment to Cleanliness" which is such a lie! They claim to clean multiple times throughout the day but let me tell you - a lie! The main floor, right as you walk in, full of dirt, paper and other things (sticky too!). I brought two small kids for jumping with me and I had to hold them the entire time because the floor was just so disgusting. You cannot possibly believe that people will take your word that you are cleaning this place multiple times throughout the day. The filth on the floor was at least a couple days old. The vending machines - dirty! I get it - kids touch the glass and all. I understand. But don't lie to customers you are cleaning and disinfecting and all, when you are so obviously not. Bathrooms - OMG where to I even start?!?! So sickening... and the changing mat for a child who is not potty trained yet?! Almost made me nauseous. I had to scrub that thing down with 1/3 of my box of wipes, put a blanket on it and all, just to make sure I could change my son. UNBELIEVABLE! The least Get Air could do is to get a new mat, since the one they have has never been changed; it's yellow and brown. Nobody cleans that - I guarantee it. I have kids, I know what dirt looks like and when things are not cleaned. Get Air is NOT A CLEAN PLACE by any means. It's a shame. I spent $60 today to look at the most disgusting place I've seen in years. And mind you - this is during COVID too. And the fact this place is supposed to be for kids, big and small, and the owners and management do nothing, absolutely nothing, to keep it clean for the sake of our kids, is just mind-blowing and so off-putting. I absolutely did not feel safe or comfortable at Get Air. They claim that the "jumpers' health and wellness are of the utmost importance" to them but that is a lie. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere, there are a lot of other, wonderful and CLEAN places in Stamford and Norwalk. A VERY disappointed mom
