Came here with my friend on a Saturday at around 2:30pm. It was packed!! However the line was even longer when we were leaving... It was filled with little kids of all ages, although I feel like some of the obstacles were pretty hard for little kids, such as the monkey bars, the rock climbing, and the rolling log one. Had a blast! Great way to spend some family time with kids or a date with bae. You will have a great time, despite the lines. 1.5 hours was enough to do most of the obstacles that I wanted to do. Tik Tok Brought me here and t was LIT! Took a random road trip to CT to find some thrills and man that's exactly what it was. Coming with adults is just as fun as it is with kids. Wow, I did not know what to expect before coming here - what a fun place. Let me throw this out in the beginning I'm 35 years old and came with friends - no kids. I felt like I was on American ninja warrior! Obstacles have different challenge levels for all body types and falling is actually part of the fun! We stayed 2 hours and the price was reasonable. Staff do not bother you, it's kind of a free for all which I liked a lot. My only complaint was with the ax throwing station, which was a waste for $5... I LOVED this place. For starters; we went kn a Sunday around 4pm and it wasn't as crowded as it can get too. We did notice an influx of arrivals in our way out. You have a 2-hr window to enjoy yourself. They give you wrist band colors to match your time. The wait for the different obstacles was little to none, so worth it. If you're too nervous about the spread of the virus, you may not want to go here as there are people present. EVERYONE wore a mask and the staff were wiping down machines all the time. My girlfriend and I visited when they opened at 3pm on a Thursday so the place was empty which was great for us! We didn't have to wait on any lines and could try all the obstacles courses with no rush. We got the deluxe package - so we also had access to the trampoline park and VR also. We tried the VR experience and it was OKAY. I personally wouldn't purchase a ticket for VR if I came here again. The device didn't fit right so it was hard to see and enjoy the game. After we left (5:30pm) it started to get crowded. I'd imagine you get more bang for your buck if you come early during the week as I did. If you come on the weekend I'm sure you'll be in a crowded place and have to wait to use any of the courses. The staff was very nice to us. One of the workers took this video of my girlfriend and I together and encouraged us during the other courses. Fun place overall. Your experience here will definitely depend on how busy it is. You can walk between Thrillz & Jumpz which is geared more towards the under 16 population. There are party rooms, arcade games, 2 lounge areas and lockers for personal items. This place was fun AF! I felt like a little big kid being that my friend and I were the only adults nearly 30 years old and jumping off of the ropes like Tarzan and Jane of the jungle. Threw a birthday party for my son not sure what to expect. The staff was great and in control. They made the party fun. They even played laser tag with us. I had 13 kids and 10 adults and everyone had a blast. My host was Katey and she made the party amazing. A mix between ninja warrior, arcade and a super bounce house for everyone. Me and my kiddos we're looking for a fun adventure to get into and found this place, what a workout lol. I would say make a reservation online before attending but when I called to make sure it was okay, someone named Steven gave us the okay to just come in. With that we had a great time running around this place from the obstacle course to the trampoline park we had a pretty good time. We bought the 2 hour time slot with the $5 addition for the trampoline park worked out to $31 per person, not to bad. The obstacle courses were fun, the trampoline park, was interesting as it seemed parents just dumped their kids there and walked away. Twice I had to speak to a little boy who followed us around and everything we went to he tried to hop in line in front of us saying " I should go first" and then would try to knock my kids off or steal their ball for games or push them off ect. Not sure where his parents were but I was annoyed with having to tell him, he needs to wait his turn and his behavior was not nice. We ended up leaving the trampoline area to get away from him. All and in all it was a good time. Also they were very on top of time slots and if your time was up it was up. Which I liked considering covid and keeping everyone safe. I went to thrillz and when I entered I already got a bad vibe, the workers were high and they were all horrible and rude. Their eyes were low and they obviously can not do their job correctly. The cars in the parking lot when they close you can smell the weed and see all of the workers going into a room in the back. They should not be intoxicated while working, and even though there are workers who are nice but most of the management and the workers and rude high and you can barely even hear them! the music is so loud you can not even hear yourself nor the workers. You should not come to this place it would be the worst experience of your life. read more

The gyro and some parkour obstacles were pretty fun. My 8 year old son's skin came off while on the pink slide. I believe it got burned off but that is not a safe space, especially for younger kids. When my niece got off the zip line, she complained that her inner thighs hurt. I believe this is because of her wrap her legs around the tight knotted rope. read more

This was my first time here and I had such an awful experience. We walked into the building at 4:30 for our 4:30 reservation and we had to wait in a line to check in. This placed us at walking in to the laser tag arena at around 4:35. We paid for 3 laser tag games but somehow only got one game. The guy working did not give us any explanation on how the laser guns worked. We received a refund. Also paid for axe throwing and the wall is so beat up that it is very rare for the axe to actually go in to the wall, therefore a waste of money. One worker visibly rolled their eyes at me when I asked them to fix something to move the axe throwing line along quicker. One of the managers came up to me and told me I only get 10 throws even though I didn't get one into the wall, and was very rude about it. I understand that they may be exhausted from working long days but we all are and that is definitely not a way to treat customers. Will not be wasting my money here again. read more

Well worth the trip!!!! My family and I travelled from the Bronx to check out Thrillz. At first we were a little hesitant because it's almost an hour away and if it didn't live up to the reviews we would be disappointed however it FAR SURPASSED what I expected. Not only was it easy to get to the check in process was really quick. Not sure how to explain what it looks like in here but try to imagine American Ninja warrior meets Wipeout with music and black lights. The kids had an absolutely amazing time as did I until I missed a step and sprained my ankle 5 mins into being in the place. Now normally this would have been a bad review about how the staff was unhelpful or refused to give me a refund seeing as how I had only been there 5 mins before I hurt myself HOWEVER not only did the owner, Lisa, check in on me but the manager, Victor, who took care of me was AMAZING!!! He wrapped and iced my ankle as well as checked in on me every 15 mins, offered to take me to urgent care, refunded my ticket without me asking and then even allowed the kids an extra hour of play time. Nowadays that NEVER happens...your lucky if you can get a refund without arguing first but Lisa and her amazing staff were so nice, attentive and warm I can't wait to come back again. Attempted to go last night (2/20/21) for some axe throwing. Online it clearly says no reservations unless in a large group for this activity....there was only 2 of us. We walked in and the person at the front desk immediately, and rudely, said we needed reservations. I explained that online it said we did NOT and they insisted that we did, they were booked all night, and could not take us. We ONLY wanted to throw axes, not do any of the other activities that actually required a reservation. The only reason we came here was to avoid driving to Oxford Axe Throwing and to stay local. Well, next time we want to do this we'll just suck it up and drive the 25 minutes to do so. Beyond crappy customer service. Do not recommend! read more

This place was great!!! I went there with my kids for their friend's birthday party. The party host Nomar was great!!! We had a small group of 10 kids, but the place was more crowded then expected. The obstacles were fun, but all in all it wasn't worth the money. Especially when considering that none of the staff seem to care about safety, whether in concerns to covid or just general safety with the obstacles. So many kids AND adults with their masks off/below their nose. The obstacle area is ridiculously packed. They definitely aren't following any covid guidelines. As for general safety guidelines.. well they don't really have any. They have signs posted up here and there telling you not to jump onto the airbags feet first but with my experience, no staff were standing around obstacles AND no staff had shown us any safety videos which was something mentioned in the waiver we signed. We've been here a few times and my son asked to have his 12th birthday party here, but he asked for more time than two hours because he said it wasn't enough, so we added an extra hour. The kids had an AMAZING time and already asked when we can go back. The party hosts were amazing, Joel has been awesome, and everyone from beginning to end was amazing to work with. The only problem you might have is the kids never want to leave, but to me that means success whether it's a party or a meet up with friends. read more
