What a DISASTER! While this place could potentially be fun, the staff is absolutely clueless and the entire place is just so obnoxiously filthy. The staff is not trained, in anything, at all. They don't know how to properly ring you up (even though we had 3 people behind the registration desk when we came in - I still had to explain how to charge me; all 3 men were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers), they don't monitor the jumpers or enforce any safety procedures whatsoever. I could potentially let that slide if I really had to but the absolute filth we found at Get Air was just so unbelievable. First of all, we are still dealing with COVID. Even if we weren't, the entire place consists of high touch areas but nobody is cleaning anything. The website advertises "Our Commitment to Cleanliness" which is such a lie! They claim to clean multiple times throughout the day but let me tell you - a lie! The main floor, right as you walk in, full of dirt, paper and other things (sticky too!). I brought two small kids for jumping with me and I had to hold them the entire time because the floor was just so disgusting. You cannot possibly believe that people will take your word that you are cleaning this place multiple times throughout the day. The filth on the floor was at least a couple days old. The vending machines - dirty! I get it - kids touch the glass and all. I understand. But don't lie to customers you are cleaning and disinfecting and all, when you are so obviously not. Bathrooms - OMG where to I even start?!?! So sickening... and the changing mat for a child who is not potty trained yet?! Almost made me nauseous. I had to scrub that thing down with 1/3 of my box of wipes, put a blanket on it and all, just to make sure I could change my son. UNBELIEVABLE! The least Get Air could do is to get a new mat, since the one they have has never been changed; it's yellow and brown. Nobody cleans that - I guarantee it. I have kids, I know what dirt looks like and when things are not cleaned. Get Air is NOT A CLEAN PLACE by any means. It's a shame. I spent $60 today to look at the most disgusting place I've seen in years. And mind you - this is during COVID too. And the fact this place is supposed to be for kids, big and small, and the owners and management do nothing, absolutely nothing, to keep it clean for the sake of our kids, is just mind-blowing and so off-putting. I absolutely did not feel safe or comfortable at Get Air. They claim that the "jumpers' health and wellness are of the utmost importance" to them but that is a lie. No AC, they said broken for a couple weeks.... this is not the kind of place where the AC should be broken! No staff in the park watching, only good thing is no one is actually watching your time limit, no wristbands, but we didn't want to be even stay the full time we bought bc it was so hot! read more

I've been here no short of 25 times with my kids. Spent tons of money here on overpriced drinks and own probably 6 pairs of their get air socks per kid. Today the only ones we had in the trunk were the "sky zone" socks apparently a competitor. In the middle of jumping during today's visit they stopped my kids and told them they weren't allowed to jump in sky zone socks. We literally had to get off the trampoline because they didn't like the brand of our socks as if anyone could actually tell that in the entire place. Then when we asked for our money back because we were going to go get a different pair of socks, the girl literally walked away from us and never came back. Completely ignore us. Will never give this place my business again. Would rather drive 20 mins out of the way. Learn basic good business you morons. read more

They have an area for "little jumpers" that is for children who are below 46 inches tall. Many bigger kids were running in and out of the little kid area jumping around like maniacs, almost crushing the little kids and could have seriously harmed the little kids. Its not the parents job to tell other peoples kids to leave. The management needs to enforce this rule and protect the small children from getting seriously injured. They advertise and promote the little jumper zone as a place that is safe for little kids and that big kids dont go- but then they let the big kids in!!! Makes NO sense and is false advertising and dangerous. They have many referees but NOT ONE stood near the little jumpers entrance. Used to love this place. Took my 3 sons all the time. But this year that we've gone we have noticed a group of people who seem to let their children do as they please. Trash the place, the kids are eating and jumping on the trampolines and making huge messes. The mothers are often rude and make rude remarks at people WEARING MASKS TO PROTECT OTHERS. The kids are rude, and can't keep their hands to themselves, don't know how to take turns with others. Thankfully I didn't purchase a years pass for my kids, we leave everytime we see them in there. Many others have discussed it as well, as many people we know used to go but won't now that it seems to have been taken over. Feel bad for the manager Kevin, he seems in a bind with them. read more

DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT SAFETY DURING THE PANDEMIC. There is no one on the floor enforcing the mask policy. I had to go down and ask the employees (three separate times!) at the register to go ask people to put masks on, including kids well over 2 (i.e. 6+) and also adults. Two of the adults (babysitters) asked why I cared if they weren't wearing their masks (as if there wasn't a pandemic or it wasn't the rule for get air). Manager was useless as he seemed to care more about just talking things out then enforcing the rule or kicking them out. Will not be going back here. I suggest you find another place to take your kids unless you are comfortable with people without masks and no safety/rules enforcement. I will be emailing the owner (I at least have the card of the manager) about this and hope they care enough to change things. read more

Wild, Wild West. They have "staff" here and there, but I don't know what they're being paid to do. Kids run wild across the mats here, play tag, and rough house. The dodge ball area is allowed to be very aggressive with no supervision in sight. Unless you have the place to yourself for some reason, avoid this place at all cost. I don't think they have a limit for occupancy, and if they do, they don't abide by it. Staff is inefficiently used and only blow their whistle if a jumper climbs too high on the mat, otherwise, it's a freaking crazy free for all. This is our fourth time here (irresistible groupons), always hoping to find different conditions, and disappointed at each turn. The least they could do is use the staff to calm the bedlam. Went to Get Air with three elementary aged kids to escape the heat today (it was almost 100 degrees) outside. After we paid and the kids started jumping did we realize the AC in the building was broken. I brought this to the attention of the woman at the front desk and asked why she hadn't informed us when we arrived, so we could decide whether to stay. She didn't have a response and said I could talk to a manager, which I did. The manager was equally clueless and blamed the building management, but at no stage offered to refund us our $45 or at least offer us a credit for a future visit. He offered to refund us the money for the 3 drinks we bought which would have been $9, but instead only gave us back $6. WTF? I was so enraged, I tried calling their HQ in Utah, only to be forwarded back to the front desk in Stamford. All in all, this place needs some serious management training in customer service. The safety of their customers is not important, since they were happy to take our money and have the kids jump in elevated temperatures vs closing down like a responsible business. If you want to go to a trampoline park, drive a little further to Sky Zone in Norwalk or Rockin Jump in Mt Kisco. We deserve better in Stamford! read more

Stamford location dirty, unsanitary, unsafe, unfriendly staff, lack of staff and good management. I had my sons birthday party there and the kids had a blast/ great price but as an adult it was not a good experience. Bathroom was health department worthy , no toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap, smelled , garbage on sinks/floors/overflowing garbage pails. Floors throughout the whole place looked like they have bd Ed been cleaned. Foam pit had other objects in there and small pieces of broken foam all over the rug area where small kids could gave choked. Staff was very unfriendly and slightly rude when asked for things( toilet paper, change for their broken vending machines ) . I'm paying money to have a party here I expect nice, friendly, competent people helping us. I am not snobby at all and very easy going but this place should not be operating like this. BEWARE! If you buy a Groupon with more than 1 hour on a single voucher, you must use the entire voucher at one time. I bought 4 1-hour passes and only had 2 children with me (and planned to stay for 1 hour due to prior commitment), and wasn't able to use the entire voucher. We had a joint boys birthday party at GA this past Sunday and it was great! The staff, especially Esperanza and Joel (sp?) were very friendly and helpful which set a very good tone for the party. We had the 3 hour package for 30 plus guests and they gave us a big room to ourselves, rented from the offices next door to GA, which was really helpful. My son had his birthday party at GET AIR. I do not recommend it! You have to give the pizza, drinks and cake to the kids because "they are not allow to touch the food" so parents have to do the job. What about wearing gloves to touch the food like other places do?? For the price you pay (same as others), you get the full service in other places (sky zone includes everything even the full service). Not enough pizza and drinks. Kids were so thirsty and if you wanted more water you had to pay or go to the water fountains where you get LITTLE sips of warm water. read more

The facility needs to enforce the rules. I've taken my son to the "little air" air sections for the toddlers. It constantly has older kids in the area where I find myself having to ask the older kids to leave as they jump all around my young son and popcorn him, very dangerous. Quite disappointed with our party experience at Get Air Stamford. We had my child's birthday there and here are the issues we faced: 1) there is no organised party with assigned supervision as kids just randomly roam and do whatever they want but they are not together so you have no idea where each kid is; 2) the party tables are very close to each other and if you have overlapping parties, whatever is on your table will be nibbled on and eaten by people and children from a different party who have no idea that this is a different party; 3) I did a lot of the clean up myself (you see, if I wanted to clean up myself, I would do it at home); 4) I had to run around the trampoline park for 10 minutes and tell kids it is pizza time and do the same for cake as they are not in a group but multiple groups and the staff at GetAir is pretty chilled to run around themselves; 5) considering the tables are very close to another party we ended up losing some gifts which other people or kids could have easily taken thinking it is theirs; 6) I asked for an invoice when I paid and I am still waiting. We left a tip but honestly no idea why we did it. read more

I was at get air yesterday in Stamford Ct with my grandson as we are going on day 3 of a heat wave. As I open the door to walk in I could feel a cold breeze as I walked in, I go to sign in and the girl who signed us in didn't informed me that they were having issues with the air condition. My grandson & I go to the play area and it's like 100 degrees. I went back to the front desk and asked the girl if the air condition was on she informed me it was not working I then asked her why wouldn't you tell me the air condition was working before I purchased two hours of play time. Another parent went to the front desk & spoke with the manger and he just shrugged his shoulders saying there is nothing we can do. I asked if they could at least put the fans on & I was told "oh no we can touch them" My grandson was red as a beet of course, we went into the bathroom which had air conditioning. I asked for the phone number to the Get Air headquarters, I called the number they gave for the headquarters which is in Utah to speak with someone about the lack of air conditioning & they forwarded my call to the front desk at the Stamford location. It is now 4pm and as more people start to come in, I hear the air conditioning unit turn on as if they didn't want to put the A C for such as small crowd of children. Beware if you are planning on taking your children here you need to check first to make sure the air conditioning is up and running. read more
