These bright kids did it all! They flew high on the trampolines, tackled the ninja obstacle course, challenged each other on the Slam Ball court, and tested their balance on the beams over the soft foam pits. This place is a super nice and insanely busy trampoline park. I've been to every park in southern Connecticut and this is by far the most extravagant. There are tons of different options for kids of all ages. There are slides and rides and insane stunts. Bathrooms are clean with a lot of soap and paper towels. Pricing is good considering some of the places I've been to. read more

This place has not only trampolines but rock climbing two different level ropes courses. 4 birthday party rooms, an arcade, slides into ball pits a play area, a small zip line, basketball trampolines, bubbles you can go inside and bump into each other amung other things. There is so much to do. I don't like that you are timed to be there and it is always busy so you are wasting your limited time in a line waiting to do things. There was not very much supervision on more than one jumper per trampoline either. But other than that this place is really fun to take the kids or have a birthday party. read more

More geared towards toddlers. Not very clean either. Most of the games and 1/2 of the bumper cars were not working.

If you book a party, your only job is to show up with the birthday kid and the cake. This was the easiest party ever! We arrived and found 3 large tables already decorated, had carts to haul in our balloons and cake, and the party kids had an hour's free run of the place, complete with socks and a tee shirt for our birthday kid. With so much table space we adults had room to bring a couple puzzles while the kids played. The pizza, cheese and pepperoni, wasn't exactly New Haven but that was fine. The hosts had no trouble with us bringing sodas and juice for the kids, and our party host was attentive in getting the cake sliced, and ready to help us clean up and clear out in a timely manner, without being too pushy. We tipped accordingly, and we'd happily come back next birthday. read more

We went on a weekday afternoon and it wasnt too busy! The space is very open and large and clean. There are enough comfortable chairs throughout the space for the parents to sit on while supervising the kids. The trampoline area has diverse style of trampoline and even has designated spots for younger kids was nice! They have a large lego building corner, ziplines and obstacle courses and a play ground area. They dont serve food but they have vending machines throughout the place. Tip- dont forget to bring sticky bottom trampoline to avoid buying a new pair when you get here. read more

So much fun! Everyone had a blast. Looking for something to do during the week or weekend Fun City is the place to be. They offer fun for the whole family, lots of trampolines and activities to keep kids and adults entertained, not so packed during the day while school is in session. Durning peek times it does get packed and at times crazy BUT the staff was always on the floor making sure everyone stayed safe. They were so attentive, constantly cleaning, and friendly. The staff really made this place enjoyable. A great place to feel like a kid again. read more

This is definitely a hidden gem. During a horrible heatwave we needed something cool to do and this was definitely the best $17 we've ever spent! So many fun activities, geared to specific age groups and well supervised. The cleanliness here is definitely notable. We saw staff scrubbing trampolines with antibacterial wipes, etc. Some of the surprises were some epic slides for 8 and under. A lot of great climbing activities along with some great trampoline activities, like dodgeball, and basketball courts with trampolines. Kids get a great workout here and will definitely be tired after an hour here! read more

I will start out by saying I do really like this place! It is HUGE and there are so many different activities for my 5 year old to enjoy (her favorite is the ball pit) and I am thankful that there is a place like this in the area. The downsides: it is a little pricey, you have to buy a new pair of trampoline socks EVERY TIME YOU GO, and the first time I went there was an employee working on an open sewer backup leaving sludgey water everywhere RIGHT NEXT TO THE ROPE COURSE AREA. Like, I had to chase my kid away from it and the smell was less than fresh. Additionally, they don't do a great job of monitoring mask wearing, or if the appropriate age group is in the age group restricted areas. That being said, I will of course go back and add more socks to our fun city sock collection. My kid loves it and if she loves it, I love it. read more

Yay for finding another Fun City close to our new house! My daughter has been obsessed with trampoline parks for a long time and will ask about them often. She is 2.5 so I foresee many years of frequenting this location. I was happy to discover the morning hours here are quiet--which was my experience at the last location. Also, they have a whole section for toddlers and younger kids--which is much appreciated because then you can bring kids of all ages here. Plenty of fun things to do here and lots of space to do it. Let me preface e this by saying the facility itself is nice. However with the exception of one or two employees, the staff is awful. Most are rude and half asleep barely looking after the kids. My son was involved in an incident there and rather than checking to see if was ok, he was blamed for the altercation by a staff member and told to make up with the kid who hit him. When I voiced my concerns, I was met with eye rolls and attitude. Total bs. Ive spent a lot of money at this place but not a penny more. Send these employees to training. read more

I've been here several times. I go as soon as it opens because I have a toddler and a 6 year old and I rather keep them safe from the bigger kids that I've seen arriving around 11-12pm. Around 10am it's pretty slow and they have the whole park to run wild without any concerns. What I've noticed: The place is clean. The staff are courteous and professional. No malfunctions throughout the park and everything seems to be working. The bathrooms were clean and that's important. The bathroom tell you a lot about the management. When have you gone to the bathroom and used Charmin toilet paper? Ummm never. Lol The toddler section is perfect. I let my 2 year old run in there without any concerns. There's a rope course that's super cool but I advice anyone that does it to take it serious and not try to play around because of its "miniature" look or appeal. I saw a girl miss a step and got her shin banged up and she was on the first level. There's a 20ft-30 ft caccoon netting thingy... not sure how to call it but you can climb on the inside of it without any concerns of falling off of it. My 2 year old was in it with his brother. That took up about 15 minutes of playing time. FYI: There's foam pits and two Yr olds have a hard time getting out. Actually all ages struggle. lol. Overall the place is safe, clean and fun. About "safe"... the location that it's at isn't the best BUT I've never had any concerns going in or coming out. Would I return: Oooooh yeah! read more

So glad I found out about this place from a friend! We ended up having my son's 5th birthday here, as it seemed to be the best deal of all the places I had checked into for a larger party (20 kids). Although still a hefty price tag, it was cheaper than other comparable establishments and I liked that it included food (pizza...but only enough for the kids, we ran out/didn't have enough for the parents). It was also supposed to include 20 waters, one for each kid, but we never received those - maybe because they saw we had brought in water ourselves? We wanted to provide water in case adults wanted some or if kids needed extra, and good thing we brought it because Fun City never brought waters in, just the pizzas and ice cream sandwiches. It also included plates/napkins/utensils but just be warned there really weren't any extras floating around so it seemed they only give the bare minimum FYI in case you are having a party there it may be worth while to bring some backups of your own to have. The private party room was nice but very small. I liked that they provided jump socks for all the kids at the party! Overall I'd give the birthday party aspect 4 out of 5 stars, but 5 stars for the trampoline park itself. Trampolines, a parkour course, an obstacle course, zip line and so much more. They have coolers on site with drinks for sale. They also have a nice play area designated for the littlest kids. If 0 stars was possible, that's the review i would be typing right now. This was probably my worst experience at any type of entertainment location within Connecticut at the moment. I went to FunCity Rocky Hill yesterday and the only good thing I have to say is that my friends and I were able to have fun despite this location and the employees hired. I don't even know where to start because I could list off quite a few issues. I'll start with the arcade because that was maybe the best part of the experience. Half of the claw games were rigged and a few games were broken but took credits. Lost 40 credits to the VR game, and was refunded 14, but only because I chose a game with 2 players so it took two swipes. Otherwise I would've been given 7 to 8. When it came to the park, the maintenance was disappointing to say the least. There was bird crap on the ground near the foam pits; when you jump in said foam pits a cloud of dust erupts around you. In addition to this, one of the foam pits was closed for probably over an hour because the staff was playing in it. Yes the foam pit was closed to customers for the staff to play before they cleaned it and it got closed for the remainder I was there. In addition to this, there were loose screws (sharp) in some locations in the park as well. Every single thing required a staff member to do, which wouldn't be annoying by itself. But when the staff act like you're an inconvenience for interrupting a conversation and actually making them do their job, it then becomes annoying. They also would see you waiting for someone and wouldn't do anything until you spelled it out for them. Pretty inattentive staff who didn't walk around the park at all to check on customers or the condition of the park. If you have kids, don't expect this to be a normal park where you can expect the staff to watch for safety at any capacity. Be aware that they also won't speak to you for the most part. One of my friends asked around 5 times if she could jump down from the top of the rock wall and received no answer. When it came to the zipline, the guy working there just stared at me until I was like... "um is there any way to do this" he says nothing specific and I learned the hard way that they way I did it was wrong. I walked off with rope burn on my hands, which was beyond annoying. Even though all this happened though, I wasn't going to write a bad review until the moment I was leaving. A party comes in and the staff immediately gets disoriented because they hadn't been doing their jobs at all yet and finally had to get everything ready for the party... as the party was arriving. At that point I was laughing with my friends at how disappointed we were from this location. I then went to the bathroom and the urinal exploded on me but I couldn't bring it up with anyone because they were all busy with their last minute preparation. Overall this location needs to work on cleanliness, organization, and simple human decency. Extremely annoyed I wasted money here and left fuming. Never would recommend this location as there are so many better locations within CT alone. read more

Huge, filthy and the staff is a bunch of teenagers. It was hard to check in after buying online. The kids at the front desk are young, there should be an adult manager close by to help them. They also are all over but don't enforce the rules, which could lead to injuries. read more

I read mixed reviews but still wanted to give it a whirl. I so wanted to like this place but today was our first and last time there. The floors need to be swept periodically throughout the day, there were hair/dust clumps galore . My 2 year old found a "x" foam piece in the ball pit at the bottom of the triple slides that she then married to the rest of the letters at the bottom of the tall red slide. Her brother who is 5 then came over to play with her. They couldn't have been playing more than 2 minutes when an employee came over and asked if they were my kids and can they put ALL the pieces back where they came from. To which I replied, "No because they did not put them there" and in fact, my daughter brought the missing piece over to the others and because they didn't take them out they also did not even know where they belonged. He then reiterated that they didn't belong there as he picked them up to which I reiterated the above AND my son helped him. The way he approached me was rude and rubbed me the wrong way. Had he been policing everyone else like he was policing us perhaps he would have seen the child who most likely had to make multiple trips to get the letters over there in the first place. Speaking of policing - circling back to the red slide... it is attached to the playground that is for eight year olds and under. My two year old went down the tall red slide and hit her head hard! There should either be an attendant there OR there should be an obstacle there that only children 5-8 can traverse to even get over to that slide. Would also be great if they policed the kids who are over 8 years old out of the area as they create a safety issue for the smaller children that would for sure be a liability outside of the waiver. Lastly how do they simultaneously have signs that they are not responsible for stolen property while also not providing lockers for people to secure their belongings THAT THEY CAN UP CHARGE? read more

The location had sufficient parking spaces but due to it being in a shopping plaza, it was difficult to find parking. The location was clean and well staffed. There is so much to do here other then your typical trampoline park. There is a kids tree house, rope course and more. Everything was maintained regularly. We had a 4 year old and an 8 year old. Due to the 4 year old not being tall enough ( she is tall for her age ), she was not able to participate in the ropes course. I found this surprising as parents were responsible for following their children through level one to support. When our 8 year old completed her level one course (required to see if she can do level 2), we informed the green haired staff that she wanted to go to level 2. She asked if our 8- year old needed help in level one. She was rude and rolled her eyes when we responded with "no" as it was the truth. The location was fun and offered alot for the cost but it did not earn 5 stars due to the negative attitudes. read more

Fun City is a staple in my son's life. He asks to go quite often, it's been this way most of his life and now that he's discovered a bit of an interest in parkour I don't see that changing. It's bright when you walk in, fun to look at and theres absolutely no wasted space. I think they do really well taking advantage of the space they're in. We've always had really nice customer service and enjoy having birthday parties here. For the room, the help you get setting up, the clean up and everything it's a great deal for us. Whenever we go there's always people there, but it's never so crowded you can't have fun. They do a great job of controlling their crowds and keeping everyone safe. The place never feels dirty, the bathrooms are usually really clean for a place that's 85% children. If they keep it up I see no reason why they couldn't be there for a long time. Provided they keep their equipment in good, working order. The pizza you get for the parties is also pretty good! Crispy crust, square cut (obviously it goes way farther), real cheese, can't complain!! I have, and I will, recommend this place as an amazing option for birthday parties. Even know i'm a kid that wrote this it's a VERY VERY REALLY REALLY GOOD PLACE! It really is a FUN CITY , one of my favorite parts was the BIG BIG AND REALLY BIG slide! I also love the bumpers and the trampolines were REALLY good and i'm about to have a birthday party with my bis sister and some of my classmates most important parents bye bye! read more
