An amazing time was had! Not as young as I used to be but I STILL enjoyed running, jumping, falling and laughing with my oldest grand-baby. Nice clean space for the little ones to be free and have some good clean fun. She ordered cheese pizza but wanted to continue jumping. She claimed to be thirsty but continued to jump and play. Her only break was for the bathroom then it was back to jumping. My grand baby had such s good time that she was sad to go. Of course, being the AWESOME grandma that I am, I promised to bring her back. Lol. I asked her if she was tired or sleepy, she told me no. Not this particular location they don't have an elevator so wheelchair bound or any other mobility handicapped can not access parties on the upper level , you don't know til you arrive , staff is friendly so it's not their issue , they didn't have any sausage for the pizza and still charging regular price for a meat lovers pizza it's like a pop up skyzone read more

I have reached out several times by phone and email without a response to this day; to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience my family and guests had during my son's 8th birthday party at the orland park facility on Friday 4/18/2025. What was meant to be a special and joyful celebration turned into a stressful and disorganized event due to multiple issues caused by your team's poor planning and communication. We were instructed to arrive 30 minutes early for check-in, which we did. However, after checking in, we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes before we could begin the party activities because our reserved time did not start until 1:30 PM. This information should have been made clear beforehand. We were initially told by front desk staff that we would be using Room 1 on the first floor, and that we could not bring in our items until 3:15 PM. When I asked why we had to wait and whether only one room was in use, no one could give me a clear answer--even though I saw multiple rooms vacant. As a result, I was forced to leave an $80 cake and party favors in my car. Meanwhile, guests arrived with gifts, and I was left awkwardly walking around with them due to having no designated space. At 3:15 PM, when we were finally told we could enter the room, Room 1 was still occupied. I was then informed--without prior notice--that we would instead be using Room 4 upstairs, one of the vacant rooms I had previously noticed. Upon arriving upstairs, I saw the room next to ours already fully set up with another party's belongings, suggesting further confusion and overbooking. The kids enjoyed it very much so in all I would just use caution and common sense and pick a day and time that is not going to be so crowded. Read below for my experience: Incredibly crowded on Saturday afternoon. We happened to be there for back to back birthdays (unplanned) so I can vouch that Saturday morning was way less busy than the afternoon. If they are in compliance with the fire department, I'd be surprised. But common sense tells me getting so many people in a trampoline park is not a good idea (business wise is great, I suppose) Also, some areas are in need of maintenance (safety wise). Some protected grommets falling off corners, etc. I saw little guidance from staff for safety concerns, you are basically on your own as a parent trying to tell bigger kids to be careful while running near smaller kids. I had to speak to a couple jumping too rough as one hit one of mine accidentally. I didn't see smaller kids designated areas, it was pandemonium out there...at least in a Saturday afternoon, emergency services were called (someone broke their arm as someone else fell on top of them), I hope I'm not overreacting. One student even said the staff was making fun of a kid's weight and made him cry. Places that care about profit over safety should be shut down unless they take measures to promote safety. Management if you need some tips, try limiting the amount of people allowed on trampolines at a time. Have sections for big kids be separate from sections for small kids. I had my daughter's 6th bday party at this Orland Park, IL location yesterday (8/3/24). On the phone call 2 days prior from a SZ member, there was no mention of the AC issue stemming from a fire in June. Everyone in my party was sweating and miserable it was horrible. I had guests leaving early because it was so bad. I would have postponed or canceled if I knew about the AC issue. I'm in disbelief that they have been selling parties for 6 weeks, knowing the AC isn't working properly. I took my little cousin and nephew to Sky Zone they had a blast! I purchased a groupon for a steal and the only thing I had to buy is the socks. The socks are reusable after you throw them in the laundry. You are allowed to walk up with your party as long as you stay on the black mat. There is food and drinks available for you to buy. We were told that a fire in a connecting business on JUNE 21ST was the reason their air wasn't working properly..that was 6 weeks ago and they've continued to rent these party packages in this Chicago heat the entire time. They gave my daughter no warning when they called to verify party 2 days earlier. This literally ruined our granddaughters party because people left with their kids early. Went there. Regular ticket cost the same as their monthly ticket cost. I bought the 2 regular tickets for basically $70. Then I go in like man I need somewhere to put my stuff. The only thing I see is the lockers that cost $6 so I buy. Then I turn around and it's literally cubbies behind me on my far right side. They literally made it so I wouldn't see them there and would buy the locker. What really blew me is when I went in and it was the most underwhelming thing I've ever seen in my life. Listen. I'm a trampoline park lover. Don't get it twisted. But this was so incredibly god awful. First of all we walk in and it's so crowded that we're ushered around and yelled at by workers. I know the busy aspect isn't their fault but please don't take out your stress on a group of teenage girls, thanks :) Second, we were yelled at even more by an employee who was telling us (loudly) that we were doing everything wrong and treated us like we were stupid. I had a terrible experience at this Sky Zone. First off, both dodgeball courts were under repair - which wasn't labeled anywhere on the website that I saw. On top of this, I was allowed to go through literally every step of check in and let through the gates without a mask. Then, once I went to actually get on a trampoline, I was told I wasn't able to jump without a mask. I didn't have one (which I clearly understand was my fault), so I was forced to get a pass for another date at the same location. My problem is not that I wasn't able to jump without a mask, it is that I wasn't informed of this policy until I had paid for everything and got all the way up to the front of the line for the trampoline. I'm a little torn. Honestly I felt like the place was clean and the staff actually seemed pretty great for likely making minimum wage at a venue like this. Both our kids had fun. We had a great time up until our 5 year old got really hurt with his foot stuck in between two of the trampolines. We landed in the ER with a bad sprain and thankfully No broken bones. The staff at the local hospital said they get a TON of breaks and injuries from there. It was definitely fun but I'd likely not go in the future and proceed with caution. read more

What a waste of time and money. Sky zone in Orland Park was a total let down. We took our kids ages 5-11 here on a day off of school. We arrived at 9 and there was barely anyone in the park. We were pumped. Until we stared walking around and half of the attractions were closed! Why would we spend full price on something when half of everything was closed? So bizarre. They should definitely have posted that things were closed... when we went it was the rock climbing walls, dodgeball, some basketball nets, the jumping pillow... I let the supervisor know we were upset as $70 is a lot of money for 1 hour of no fun. She said we could have free passes. This location has it together! I got the 30 day pass for my kids. Super good deal! This place is SUPER clean and SUPER organized. More than I can say for 90% of places of this type. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good. In three weeks, we've come five times. My son hurt his back two weeks ago and they were on top of it with the attention. Once we got here we waited over two hours in line to get checked. Because we passed the open jump time from waiting in line, we had another added expense. I told them to be careful with the kids smaller than them, then one of the kids began to bully my niece and nephew. He said he was doing his best to rotate his staff from the front to the back of the park. There were so many areas that were unsupervised. How can they not see the liability!
