Truly excellent experience for a birthday party. For less business, try scheduling the party for mid week.

Fun spot to burn off some energy…read more Randomly have stopped by a few times midweek...when it is far less crowded and grabbed a Groupon to make it more affordable and for that price it's not bad at all. Sure certain areas are closed at certain times but while we are usually there they eventually open them up. Not had any issues. A lot of the equipment you can tell has been used pretty good, but just like with anything still should watch your littles at all times. I would try to avoid weekends if possible. Lots of parking. They have dot ice cream that isn't dippin but still good...so bonus!

The good: - Once your kids get the hang of the self-latch system, they'll be able to climb safely without close supervision. - There are lots and lots of climbing walls and some have unique features. It's very entertaining for climbers over 48". - They have a drinking fountain. - They have hand sanitizer dispensers. The bad: - Many areas were shut down. We couldn't do the ninja course because "something is leaking from the ceiling" in one of the areas. Some features on the climbing walls (like the wheel you turn to bring a trapeze thing closer to a ledge) are broken. - They are severely understaffed. When we visited on Monday, Aug. 11, the ropes course was only open for a few minutes, as was the wall-hang slide. Because those areas require employees and there weren't enough people to work them, they were closed off for the bulk of our visit. - It's a bit expensive. I feel like I'd pay the $30 per kid if they had access to everything, but between the broken attraction and the areas shut down because of staffing issues, the price felt steep. - There's not a lot of seating available if you're a parent who just wants to watch. There are a few benches, but you can't see large sections of Funtopia when you're sitting there. I was hoping to do some work on my laptop, but there were no tables near the benches. - If you leave, you cannot re-enter once you leave the building, so hunger may become an issue as outside food is not allowed. I'd love to come back here with my kids, but I hope they have enough staff to keep all the attractions running and I hope they fix the "something leaking" on the ninja course. I got the sense that this was a place run by teenagers and the owners may be absent or uninvolved.

There's also a huge overlook where many of the spectators watched from, because the bleachers were not much higher than the glass. The only complaint is that there are only two stairwells to get to the balcony... one on the far side of the ice and one through the bar. Slightly challenging with little ones. As far as the Ninja Park, we didn't use it, but we were able to observe it from the lobby and it is quite the adventure! There were tons of inflatable spaces to jump, climb, and play on. There were long slides and trampoline areas and you could tell the kids were having a blast. The concession stand was hopping, here. The smell of the fresh pizza was awesome. The line for concessions was always packed and the prices were above average, but still reasonable. Lastly, the local police was handing out for a few hours while we were there, so it felt safe.

We had purchased a groupon so it was a little cheaper. You have to purchase socks there for $3 or if you bring old ninja socks from here they will trade them. My 2 year old was free. He absolutely loved it. Loved jumping and the toddler area. The parking lot was huge. Overall this was convenient and a good value.

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

You decide…read more Though there is a small window of time between when some classes end and the next set of classes begin, there aren't nearly enough seats for the number of parents, particularly pre-K, and occasional extra guests from one hour to the next. Add in strollers and/or car seats and you lose even more space. I recall seeing emails about renovations underway, and the now larger desk/counter space further eats into the already limited space. Nice floors though ::shrug:: One of the emergency exits is usually blocked by the older kids backpacks. God forbid there is an emergency and all exits need to be used. I thought for sure the renovations would have included storage such as rows of heavy duty hooks to keep those bags and coats off the floor. Negative. From one week to the next, the kids are supposed to do different activities but on more than one occasion have I questioned what I'm paying for. Bounce on the trampoline. Jump into the foam pit. Climb the rope. Attempt a headstand. Tuck and roll. Follow a flip/walk/crawl sequence. Making good use of and/or further developing gross motor skills.Awesome! Some coaches do a great job of taking control of their group and keeping them engaged. Others look like they are having a difficult time coming up with activities to fill the time slot. And with smaller children, you have to keep it interesting, and sometimes the coaches don't recognize when they need to pivot. If you have a young person who is interested in competitive gymnastics, I'm sure this is the go-to place. I give it two stars because my children are occupied for ~45 minutes, enjoy their coaches, and the post-class snack selection includes more than candy and chips. Mmmm pickles!
