It has been newly done and it is stunning.!! There is a beautiful pond behind there so when you take pictures you get views of you both, the pond and the $55 a month gorgeous sky. Plus, streams were shooting off to the side, which sprayed outside of the shower even with the curtain pulled. There are sizable cracks along the shower stall and all along the walls throughout the entire room, and the ceiling looks a mess, too. A portion in the center of the room looks like it is about to collapse from water damage above. Panels from the blinds are missing. The carpeting is visibly stained and gross. The smell of people smoking weed throughout the entire 4th floor was enough to stink up my own room as if I were Grateful Dead show. And I woke up to rainwater pooling on the windowsill next to the bed. The $200-per-night cost is for the illusion of elegance, but the in-person ambiance has all the aesthetics of a Motel 6 experience.
