This is a terrible waste of my time!! A routine dental cleaning should not have taken up my entire morning, and yet it has. I have had this experience one too many times here and I am the foolish one that continues to come back because I am hopeful that you will get it together one day. Frankly, this location is convenient for me because it is walking distance from my house. Even so, I dread coming here because my experience is always the same. If you cannot keep your appointments, don't give them, simple. Stop wasting your patients' time, energy and patience. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
