Front desk staff is top notch, management not so much. If you leave any form of negative review they will email you and harass you about your experience. It's weird and unprofessional. This place is a 5th year dorm, it is what it is. The maintenance staff smoke cigarettes on residents balcony when working on units, the walls are thin, and there is constant trash in the hallways from parties. If this your scene, that's totally fine. But if you're a professional with any self respect about having a clean and quiet place to reside, not so much, the gate for the parking garage has never worked. And my car has been burglarized 5 times now. Tenants throw wine bottles at valet car drivers, and apparently there was a drug king pin where a DEA team was called in. Again, if you love to party, live here. If you don't, then don't. I've lived in many apartments in my life and Skyhouse has one of the best team of staff members I've ever seen. From sales, to concierge, to maintenance and cleaning, every single person here cares about the building, it's tenants and seems to love what they do. The renting and renewal process was transparent and a breeze, they fix anything and everything I put in within 48 hours, and they're always giving us goodies or hosting a great rooftop market event to bring the tenants together. Recently Management has had an almost out war against community events, gatherings of any sort more than 2 people, they've taken such lengths as stalking residents on social media, they have threatened residents hosting gatherings of more than 2 people, they have disabled elevator codes to keep people from meeting. It feels like going back in time during lockdown days but it's about to be 2023. I would not recommend living here anymore. Skyhouse has continually gotten worse. One of the biggest complaints are the elevators. They are constantly out of service or reserved for people moving out and you never know. At this point they need a website with live information of how many elevators are functional to know if you should wait or walk down 19 flights of stairs. They also just got rid of the key fobs that let you easily and quickly access the elevator and replaced it with an app that doesn't load in time to use it and conflicts with other people trying to scan at the same time. Hey would you like to access the elevator from an app on your phone? Great! How about we have 10 residents at a time use the app while someone is typing a code so you miss your floor! The only consistent perk is the concierge who are always on top of their game and truly sympathize with how things have fallen off. You're better off picking a newer building on Rainey for the same price. read more

Hands down the best rental I've lived at period. The location is prime, walking distance to bars on Rainey, Via 313 (best pizza in Austin), convenience store (Royal Blue Grocery) on the first level of the building, and across the street from the Lady Bird Lake trail. The building and units are high quality, well built, with some of the best floor plans I've seen from apartments and condos. Minimal sound from neighbours and breathtaking floor to ceiling windows. You'll wake up to incredible sunrises or sunsets depending on which direction you're facing. The amenities are a step above the rest. With everything on the rooftop, you get amazing views of the city whether you're lounging, working out at the gym, hanging out by the pool, or grilling by the fire pits with some friends. The gym also has a full squat rack which is unheard of from an apartment gym. Finally, the management, concierge, and leasing team are all all-stars that make a great team. One of the few buildings I've lived at where concierge was actually there to help you and provided a lot of value versus just acting as annoying building security. I've seen concierge (Chance) greet every tenant by name and is always ready to help and Chris have made the experience at SkyHouse headache free. If there is something bad I would say about SkyHouse is that there is only paid guest parking. Otherwise, SkyHouse has set the bar for my future rentals. read more

Soooo I don't live here, but I stopped by when I was looking for my next apartment. Christopher and the rest of the team I met were so kind! I brought my dog with me and everyone loved her. They even sent us home with a new SkyHouse branded leash! The amenities here are beautiful and the location was awesome. The apartments I looked at were clean, and Christopher was nice enough to show me multiple units. In the end, it ended up being a little more than I was willing to spend at this time, but I think the views, location, amenities, and management team make it worth its price! Don't count on management to address your problems, or even acknowledge them. If you move to Skyhouse, you should expect to be completely ignored (except of course when rent is due). I have the world's worst upstairs neighbor. That's not why I'm writing this review, since A) that's just something that comes with apartment living, and B) the leasing office of course has no way of knowing if a potential tenant will be disruptive. The real reason for this review is Skyhouse's response to the situation. I spend many sleepless nights calling the concierge to request they ask the upstairs neighbor to stop stomping around between 10pm and 6am. The concierge will come into my apartment to listen, and laugh out loud when they hear the absurdly loud thuds. I follow up with reports to the leasing office. After 9 months and dozens of calls, nothing has changed. I emailed the manager about this last week, then followed up asking for a response, and I've heard nothing. If you think you'll ever need support from your building's staff, you should look elsewhere. read more

The SKYHOUSE is a 5 star product! I'm a very seasoned travel professional and I bit jaded when it comes to accommodations... so if I'm writing a 5 Star review, it's real., I moved into the Skyhouse the end of March. With expansive views of downtown and the coolest roof deck in all of Austin, high end fitness center, clubhouse, etc.. The Skyhouse has far exceeded my expectations of downtown high-rise living. I appreciate the fact we are in a secured building and the rules are minimal. It's not a frat house - so if that's what you are looking for - you probably should move on. The current residents are awesome and I love the staff here. Interesting.. I've never smelled any sewage near the front desk or had any issues with noise working from home. Hummmmm The staff, concierge/security, maintenance crew, etc. are friendly and go out of their way for all of their tenants. No shit! Pros: A beautiful view, it's always spectacular when you look out in the morning to see it. I'm really going to miss that part. Everyone that lives in the building is generally super nice, so that's a big plus. Being close to everything on Rainey is super great, and being right next to the lake makes living here pretty special. I like how dog-friendly it is, everyone has fun dogs that are cute to watch and interact with. And being right above Royal Blue can be really convenient. Cons: Okay, I'm going to have to unload a bit here. All of the things being said above, I agree with a lot of the reviews here. Customer service from management has been terrible. No help when it comes to renewal or lease termination. If you want to leave a little early, you'll get no help. You'll also get no help on renewal and the rates definitely skyrocket. I now regret not moving out when I had the chance. Even if they can reasonably get someone into your apartment well before your lease ends, they'll take your money without hesitation. It's sad, I really wanted to say something excellent here, but my dealings with management have been what really has prompted this review. The only way I'll get any attention will probably be after posting this review. I generally keep to myself and have kept my unit in great shape. You would think after being at Skyhouse for a while I'd get at least a little bit of help. Guess not. Also, agreed on the elevator situation, it's a real pain and bottleneck when trying to get out of the complex. Whoever also decided that the garage should be separate from the building should be fired. That mere fact easily adds 5-10 minutes to getting out of the building. As of Dec 2015 I am about half way through my 12 month lease. I am currently living in a two-bedroom with a friend. We were living farther up north before but we had to "give downtown a shot" for a year just for the hell of it. I absolutely love living at Skyhouse. The units are very nice. I really like the hardwood floors and the concrete ceilings. Best of all is the views. Floor-to-ceiling windows are freakin' nice. Anyways, here is my list of pros/cons. Pros: 1. Location, location, location. Rainey rules and the running trail is right outside. Walking distance to lots of fun stuff downtown. 2. Staff. The staff here is great. Paul from downstairs is always very nice and extremely helpful. They regularly do happy-hours at local bars which is fun. 3. People. Most people here have been very nice. Easy to make new friends in the building. Everyone seems relatively young so it's great for young professionals. 4. Roof-top: The 23rd floor is awesome. Killer views, 2 BBQs, and pool. Great place to get some free coffee, entertain some guests or work on your computer in the lounge. BTW the fire-pit is great for smores. lol. 5. Value: Not going to say this place is cheap because it is most certainly not. However when compared to other downtown high-rises this place isn't too bad in terms of price. 6. Parking: Great place to have your friends park too if you give them the code for the guest area. (5$ 24hrs). Cons: 1. Pool can get a little crowded during the summer. 2. Elevators are slow sometimes. This is the first time I have ever written a review for an apartment that I have never even lived in but I felt it relevant given the circumstances. Round 1: On Friday, July 29th 2016 I stopped by Skyhouse with the hopes of seeing a two bedroom apartment. "Amy" said that we needed an appointment and could not show us an apartment due to the fact that she had someone coming in already. We went to Windsor on the Lake instead to check out one of their apartments. On the way back to our car we passed by Skyhouse again and there was Amy, sitting at her desk with no clients. It was 40 minutes until close on a Friday. She probably showed apartments all day. I get it. Round 2: Based on advice from "Amy" we scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm on Sunday, July 31st 2016. When we arrived we were told by "Chris" that they were double booked and he would be with us momentarily. After waiting 45 minutes we gave up and walked out the door. I hope to someday write a review about the actual apartment but it looks like I may never get to see them. My next step is to book 5 appointments in a row with the hopes of Skyhouse keeping at least 1 of them. Update: Brittany from Skyhouse walked us through the apartment today! HORRIBLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived at Skyhouse for over two years. In the beginning it was great and while you are living there usually everything is fine with their customer service. Especially the front desk people. Most of them were great, especially Paul. But when new management took over under Kristy Townsend everything changed and when you move-out they try to screw you as much as possible. During my time living there multiple times my washer and dryer unit flooded. I would leave town for a weekend and come back and there would be water on the floor. I had to get my bedroom carpet replaced and some of the wood on the floor repaired. About three weeks before my move-out I filed a work order saying that I needed some of the wood fixed due to another leak. They told me that if it was okay they can just get the damage fixed after I moved out and I agreed. Then on my move out statement they claimed that most of the damage to the wood was my fault. They charged me $3,000 on my move out statement for this and $2,500 was a service fee. Even if some of the wood damage was my fault, they had no pictures that proved this, they had to hire people to come in for the service regardless due to the damage done by leaky washer and dryer. Then they sent me to collections before I even saw the move out statement. They sent it to a forwarding address that I told them I was only at temporarily before moving into my new house and I never received the mail. They never sent it by email or followed-up with a phone call. When I moved out I also emailed the office asking if there was anything else I needed to do (expecting them to say something about the move-out statement) and they never responded. They just sent me immediately to collections and so there was nothing I could do about disputing the charges. Now I have been out of Skyhouse since May 2021 and I just received another collections notice for an Austin Energy bill for Skyhouse. I noticed two months after I moved out that I was still getting charged for the energy bill at Skyhouse on my automatic payments. AUM was automatically canceled, but Austin Energy was not. You would think the staff would tell me that I needed to call to cancel Austin Energy, especially when I emailed and asked them if there was anything else I needed to do. But no they did not. When I realized I was still getting billed I stopped the current payment that was about to go through and stopped services. I had already paid a month over. Now I am getting a bill from collections saying that I owe them for Austin Energy for a month that I was not even living there. Austin Energy said that they can't just transfer it to the apartment complex. They have to have it in writing that Skyhouse accepts the charges for that month when I was no longer a resident in order to rebill Skyhouse. The Skyhouse manager, Kristy, Townsend, responded that they will not accept the charges!!!!!! I WASN'T EVEN LIVING THERE FOR OVER A MONTH AND HAD ALREADY PAID AN EXTRA MONTH!!!! I would never recommend anyone to live at Skyhouse Austin. Especially with the new management under Kristy Townsend. She has also THREATENED me multiple times for me making complaints about how the night concierge is never at the front desk to let you in. After my Fiance and I moved out many of our other friends who lived in the building moved out as well and most of them got screwed over move-out charges as well. Along with the HORRIBLE SERVICE the quality of the apartments is awful as well. The floors are very bad quality. I had problems with a leaky fridge, leaky washer and dryer, and a burst pipe. They would not always let you know when construction was taking place, so if you work from home it constantly caused issues. Multiple times I had to relocate on the spot because of the noise. read more

Really disappointing overall service. The concierge and amenities were solid. I was charged $200 for "wood damage" and $90 for cleaning upon move out, but we left the place spotless. My bike was stolen out of the garage (24 hour surveillance was advertised) and there was no assistance from Skyhouse. I parked on the top floor and concrete from a nearby construction site got all over my car (costed thousands to repair)...still no assistance from Skyhouse. The floor I lived on constantly smelled like garbage. The elevators weren't working for a significant period of time. The list goes on...I would not recommend living here, as the SkyHouse staff and management company are uncooperative and their service is advertised as "luxury." read more

I absolutely loved this place when I lived there a couple years ago and I recently had to talk to the concierge Chance because I thought something accidentally got mailed there. Chance is still the same ol' great guy he was when I was there and David is still there too, who was another sweet and hard working concierge. I was moving from the east coast and concierge, walkability and amazing waterviews were a must. This is THE place for the best water views in town! There's a lot of great walking if you have a dog because there is a trail by the water right across the street from the building. there's an area where all the dog people hang out. You're also within walking distance to a boat house off of that trail about 10 minutes away. I joined and rowed there. I wasn't a huge bar person but it was great to walk less than a block to get a drink and sit outside! I can't say enough nice things about Chance and David-I was so accustomed to nice concierges and really could not find that in Austin until I went to the Skyhous! read more

Skyhouse Austin is a great place to live! I relocated from out of state not knowing much about the city. The leasing office was very helpful and made the process easy. The building is well maintained, clean, modern, incredibly secure, and sound proof. The location is perfect for getting to know the city and Skyhouse has awesome amenities to enjoy. The front desk and building staff are wonderful! They make living here easy! The leasing office and management staff have responded to any incident with prompt and professionalism. I am now in my third apartment in Austin, and I often regret leaving Skyhouse. Make no mistake, this building sets the standard by which I now evaluate other buildings. One thing that makes Skyhouse run so well is that it is actually a "brand" of sorts; other Skyhouses in other cities have perfected the concept. What I miss the most after leaving: - epic floor-to-ceiling windows that started and ended my day with gorgeous, uplifting light - minimal noise between floors and apartments - nice hardwood floors - penthouse gym with a real olympic bar, which they continued to improve during my lease. I actually suggested some new equipment and they bought it on my recommendation! - a true commitment to always enhancing the resident experience. - salt water rooftop pool. what it lacks in a "resort vibe," it makes up for with views. since no buildings block the sun, you'll have much more sun coverage during the day. - fun skydeck is always a great escape. loved the fire pits! - obsessively clean and crisp. literally, i sometimes saw the friendly housekeeping dusting individual spikes of a decorative item on a bookshelf. - 24hour concierge came in clutch all the time. but when they leave their post, it can be frustrating for guests and deliveries stuck outside. - close proximity to the hike and bike trail. - vertical/high-rise living means apartments, amenities, entry and exit are all close to one elevator bank. No walking far across the building. - No valet waste. (That's the horrendous "valet" service that collects trash which some buildings use.) Skyhouse floors have the best smelling, cleanest trash closet I've ever seen. - awesome team. Chris and Paul in particular were unforgettable. What I didn't love: - guest parking situation. But really, you should already know this about Rainey St - small grills that weren't cleaned enough - strict guest policy for amenities, which gets enforced more on the weekends. I totally understand why, but it's still annoying - packages sometimes take forever to get scanned in. sometimes they don't even scan them. and sometimes, they go missing - walking or driving out of your neighborhood can be frustrating with nightlife - small apartments with limited storage. I have lived at skyhouse for almost 2 years and have liked living here. The views and apartment is beautiful. However - this apartment is NOT secure at all. The "gated parking garage" is never closed and the door is always stuck open. I had a motorcycle stolen in April 2017 and they did nothing. I bought a new bike and used a master lock made of braided steel to lock it up to the apartment. THAT BIKE JUST GOT STOLEN TOO. I asked for footage and they showed one view from a camera that was extremely dirty and you couldn't see anything. Security claims the other cameras were broken.. very sketchy. After living here for 2 years, I am moving out soon. Skyhouse has been great to live in. I really personally like that the amenities/hallways/etc. aren't too over the top in design like some of the newer buildings. That + the amenities, while looking less fancy, are more usable & comfortable in my opinion. I don't want to feel like I'm living in a Vegas hotel. I've wanted to love this place so much but it almost seems sometimes like they go out of their way to make it unpleasant for renters when very simple, basic customer service could make a huge difference. As far as pros are concerned: - Awesome location on Rainey street although it's doubtful how long this will last. When I first moved in, it was fairly quiet, even on weekends but as Rainey increases in popularity so too does the noise from the street. There's also a building being constructed on an adjacent lot which has already started becoming noisy at unreasonably early hours during the week. It's also almost impossible to navigate the traffic on a given day after 5 to and from the building since there has been little to no infrastructure improvement with the increased population to the area. It's not a question of "if you're going to accidentally hit a pedestrian with your car" it's "when." - Units are OK. Good, not great. Definitely not condo-quality fixtures but at least it's not linoleum. Layouts are nice but have weird wall placement, especially in one bedrooms. What's the point of massive windows if half your view is obstructed by a wall? Also, the window shades do almost nothing to cut light at night. Luxury prices for non-luxury finishes. For what we pay, each unit should come with someone who does your taxes and a year's supply of snacks. Instead, I got a tub drain that broke and leaked water all the way to my living room. - Common areas are in theory nice but the gym is almost always completely overrun; the rooftop deck has an amazing view but is usually crowded and trashed by Sunday; and the pool is great but often becomes a glorified frat party with lots of random drunk people and the water itself is a distilled mixture of salt water, Lonestar, and baby oil. The indoor lounge is the only place that's consistently clean, but that's only because no one actually spends time there. As for cons: - The elevator situation is inexcusable. I used to think I was overreacting, but consistently (4+ times per week) having to wait extended periods of time to pack an unsafe amount of people and dogs into a single elevator should be illegal. They let people move in whenever they want -- nights, weekends, rush hour, whenever -- tying up one of the three elevators for hours on end. This is for "the convenience of new renters" but at the expense of all the other residents, a Skyhouse recurring theme. Buildings in other large cities only allow moving from 9-5 on weekdays to prevent the ruination of people's lives. This is something that Skyhouse could really stand to adopt. - If you decide to renew your lease, be warned. Sure they will raise the rents on you and only selectively price match if similar floor plans have lower rates, but you have to look that up yourself and bring it to their attention. Don't expect to get the best rate automatically because they want you out. When I filed my renewal, I asked 4 TIMES if there was any additional info I needed to submit or reset my rent payment. I explicitly asked and each time they said no. Boom, one month into the new lease I get a threatening no payment notice and late fee. Apparently your auto payment will randomly expire if you don't update it. Would have been nice to know, but the extra $100 a pop probably goes a long way when multiple tenant are likely screwed by this. - Which leads me to my next point, the horrendous customer service. The cleaners, concierges, even the valet recycling people treat residents with more dignity and respect than the management. When I reached out to management over the missed rental payment, I was promptly treated like I'm some sort of lowlife POS blowing off child support payments as if I do not hemorrhage money to live here. Only after multiple tenants complained that we were in no way made aware of the automatic expiration on our payment accounts did they make any effort to let people know this is the case, and it was with a little note in the portal. Management lacks any level of basic customer service skills that would have mitigated the intense loathing I now feel for them following this incident. Seriously, the whole ordeal made me want to call every airline customer service agent I've ever interacted with to personally apologize. But they've got you in an air-tight lease that there is no way out of without coughing up $5,000 so they save the customer service for potential new renters who want to move in at 4:30 PM on a Monday. The views are decent, the location is cool, the fixtures are ok so living here is really contingent on what your tolerance is for terrible customer service and an overall population that skews young, party crowd. If this is your first choice, I urge you to look a little harder at your options before committing. read more

Overall, living at Skyhouse was an enjoyable experience. A few of the positives... The leasing staff and concierge were always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with Chris and Amy. My maintenance requests were routinely completed within a couple of days. The location is excellent, and offers easy access to downtown via the hike and bike trail. Getting to the airport takes ~20 minutes and is a $14-$17 Uber ride. Great views from the roof. Lots of excellent drinking and dining options within walking distance. If you make use of Instacart/Uber/Car2Go you can get by without owning a car. A few of the negatives... If you select a unit facing I-35, be aware of the constant white noise generated from cars traveling down the interstate. On Thursday through Saturday nights you'll hear lots of sirens heading down I-35 in front of Skyhouse. Noise isolation between units is good but not great. The elevator troubles described by others are accurate. The (mandatory) cost of Valet Waste is not worth the service they perform. The rent increase in re-lease offers are high, but this is mostly just a symptom of the housing supply in Austin. read more

I totally loved the life on Rainey but would recommend to THINK TWICE about living in Skyhouse. While Skyhouse has a lot of great things to offer, the management is HORRIBLE. Existing residence constantly get screwed by them. For instance, they would increase your rent unreasonably during renewal, even above the other facant with the same floor plan and refusal to price match. If a current resident is trying to move to a different unit, he/she is probably not going to get it if a new resident is interested even though you sent in your application first. We've loved living at Skyhouse. The building is beautiful with so much glass and light, and I especially love the concrete ceilings. Of course the views of downtown are gorgeous (being on this side of the city, we have a great view of the skyline), and being so close to Town Lake and Rainey Street has been really fun. Driving home to such a beautiful building is a nice way to end the day. We've taken advantage of the pool a lot too and always makes me feel like we're living at a vacation resort. I have to say thought that most importantly, we love the staff at Skyhouse. They are all extremely helpful and professional, and have made our time here really special. From the leasing offices and administration, to our amazing staff of concierge - and the groundskeepers! I know that sounds corny, but it is true. Have lived here two years...was the first person to live in my unit. Worst management ever. They do not care about their tenants whatsoever. They are now filling the building with U.T. students because they are having difficulty keeping people with paying jobs. Lots of crime and fighting of college students. Not worth your time or money. I loved living at Skyhouse for 1.5 years. Amazing location, amazing amenities. I never had a maintenance request, no matter how minor, take longer than 24 hours. Front desk folks were always helpful and easy to work with. Amy and Chris in the office were always super nice and professional, and they worked with you like you were a neighbor, not a tenant to apply policy to. Living in Skyhouse was a big part of what made my two years in Austin so wonderful. Edit: After writing this, I read some of the other reviews. I cannot understand what some of these people are talking about...management was always nice and understanding about the few minor issues that came up - rent increased, but not by much (you live in Austin, get used to it right now), they had a stupid system for auto-renew, but that happens ONCE a year, and they were totally understanding about the missed rent payment, and they have rules around things like the pool because, if they didn't, people would abuse it and turn the pool into a more crowded scene than a free SXSW event every day of summer. read more

Writing a update on my previous review - Overall, I am very satisfied with living here. This place gives great ROI in comparison to other high-rises in the area. It is very new, and so is its amenities. The concierge team, with Paul as its spearhead is great and very helpful. My neighbors are great, and SkyHouse are organizing events every once in a while so we we could socialize, which is great! The location, needless to say, is great!! The atmosphere is pretty casual and friendly. I suggest that if considering to move in, you'd work with either Louise, Brittany or Amy. They are all great! I personally did not appreciate Holly very much. The loss of the start is because of that interaction with Holly and for not so efficient cabinets and closet arrangement. Just stayed at a friends apt that lives here. If I lived in Austin I would definitely try to move here. This place is nicer than many 4, 5 star hotels as far as amenities. Roof top area was my favorite. Never had to drive to anywhere since it was walking distance to many restaurants, bars and convenient stores. read more

Although I loved the place when I moved in, it slowly turned into an experience I would definitely not recommend to anyone: - When visiting the place before signing I was told apartments had 4 layers of isolation. Reality is you can hear everything from your neighbors (numerous parties, discussions, etc.). Filed multiple noise complains for people partying at 3 am (even called the police), nothing happened. - Renewals are a trap, new comers will get so much better deals. There´s zero interest in keeping tenants after the first year. - Forget about getting back your deposit, or at least most of it. - Got my car towed once despite having permit, never got my money back. I´m currently at The Monarch and it´s so much better. read more

I've lived at SkyHouse for about 6 months. In general, it's a great community with professional and courteous staff and great looking units. I love that all the units are very modern, amenities are plentiful, and the staff is great. It's also a very very quiet building (perhaps the quietest I've lived in), and I love that. I do love living here, and honestly have only a few very very minor gripes: 1. Resident parking. The attached parking garage is open parking by default (i.e. no reserved spots, unless you pay a monthly fee for that). I am of the opinion that all spots should be assigned because with so many floors, it's often easy to forget where one has parked. I see residents searching for their cars almost daily. 2. Guest parking. There is none. Best bet for visitors is pay to park in the garage, or find a spot on Rainey. 3. Elevators. There are 3 elevators, all of which operate far far too slowly. Two are dedicated passenger elevators and one is a dual purpose freight/passenger elevator. The freight elevator is often reserved for moves. Combine that with the slow moving other two, and it's not unheard of to be waiting for the elevator for extended periods of time. Skyhouse should have put at least one more elevator in, or sped them up. 4. Front entrance. It's two sets of super heavy doors. It should have been automatic sliding doors. I see residents trying to get in the entrance with bags/groceries all the time, and it becomes a chore pretty quickly. I hope Skyhouse will consider this in the future. 5. Move-in experience. My move-in experience was chaotic and stressful. I had zero contact with Skyhouse up to the moving day. The staff in the office were unwelcoming and unhelpful. They somehow seemed to not even be expecting me, even though they were the ones who assigned me the move in time. They had multiple residents moving in at the same day and time, and the freight elevator broke down. In general it was not a pleasant move-in experience and they could do a lot to make the process more welcoming. Again, these 5 items are all minor things and I intend to be at Skyhouse for a while, as overall it's a great place. read more
