The next month they charged me $50 for leaving and not paying the $100. For 4 months I called their billing dept. and never received a call back. The intake people, Brenda and Phoebe, were very nice and listened to my story but said they had no authority to cancel the payment. Then I'm told the owner, Seth, heard my explanation and said I owed him $50. He would not talk with me neither would Stephanie, head of billing. I also learned they charge $165 or so for an evaluation and it's out of pocket with no insurance accepted. Strange policies at this place.
