Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth. On the last day at Port, pick up was just as easy and painless as the other two rides. So glad we have picked STS to handle all our transportation needs for this trip. Here's the chain of events: - called to make the reservation (side note: the greeting is "hello?" when you call. Yikes). Made a reservation and was promised an email confirmation within the hour of calling. Never received it and had to call. - was finally sent the confirmation via email. One of the addresses was wrong. - Emailed back asking that it be updated and reconfirmed. Never heard back. - driver picking us up was 18 minutes late. I get that traffic happens, but isn't it the responsibility of the driver and company to compensate by re-routing or leaving sooner? - car we took to the destination smelled of old cigarette smoke. - car back was 5 minutes late. We would have been better off with an Uber or the bus.

They had full knowledge of all the local Seattle neighborhoods, history and the flora and fauna. It was super interesting and the driver was friendly and so nice. Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I will be advising others to avoid them as well.
