We had to give it 1 star to post this review, if the option were available we would have given them a -10 stars. After much research we went to our local manufactured home sales dealer because we decided to go with Skyline and purchased our retirement home which has turned out to be a retirement nightmare. Here we are 1.3 yrs. later still dealing with the same issues that surfaced within the first 3 months of us moving in and and notifying Skyline San Jacinto of problems and still nothing changes; delay, delay, delay. Finally send out a tech who "fixes" with a band-aid and in a few weeks when the band-aid falls off the issue(s) is still there. And it begins again; delay, delay, delay, band-aid. Again. Again. Again. From ignoring our spec home order, that was secured with a hefty "deposit" and shocking us with stuff we didn't order to not delivering what we did pay for the list is long. For the sake of transparency the did fix a few minor things but the bigger issues are still ongoing and their "offers" to fix those means we have to a) pay for something we've already paid for and b) sign away and future issues related to their offer . We have finally come to the conclusion that all the "playing nice" by apologizing and offering us "their solution" is nothing but delay, put off, etc. whatever it takes. If you are considering any Skyline product, RUN!!!!! They may sound and play nice but the minute you commit to them start stocking up on headache medication. If their lips are moving, it's probably a lie. Need to see back-up? We got plenty of it! read more

Update after eight years of living in my Skyline home: We moved into our home in May of 2017 and just passed our eighth anniversary. We still LOVE our home. Recently, we were doing some touch-up painting on the interior of our home, and ran out of the quart of paint that we were given when we moved in. I called Dania to see if she could help me find the exact paint that I needed. She referred me to a paint store that they use. Unfortunately, the color is a proprietary formula specific to Skyline and is only available in 5 Gallon pails. We are also having some touch-up work done on the exterior. I gave our contractor the color names and numbers that I had and he was able to get exactly the same paint at a local Sherwin Williams store. He also provided me with a SW product that is virtually identical to the interior color. I appreciate that Dania was still a helpful resource after all these years, and responded to my email the very next day. read more

I have been living in a *new* Skyline Home for under 2 years (constructed and installed in July 2024) and have had to deal with heating issues, a plumbing leak, a gas leak, and roof leaks. They are refusing to facilitate a roof repair and drywall check now because their warranty only lasts a year. In what world is it normal for a roof to leak after not even 2 years and to not have it repaired for by the responsible company? The ceiling paint has bubbled up and sprung a leak along the seam of the home, and now we will need to check for water damage and mold throughout our ceiling and Skyline couldn't care less. Will never be recommending this company to friends, family, or neighbors and will be posting about my experience wherever I can to warn others! read more

I 100% agree with the other review. I just purchased a brand new Skyline home which came with a 15 month warranty. I just moved in to my house and have sewer smell inside my house. I have been calling the company for service to no avail. Nobody has reached out or called me back. I guess once they get their money, they are done. Forget about the 15 month warranty. I really recommend everyone to look for another home manufacturer. I don't think any other company will be this bad. read more
