We walked around the house together while he inspected every screen. What impressed me immediately was his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me unnecessary work, he explained that many of my screens were still in good condition. In the end, only eight screens needed new mesh, one required a completely new frame, and at my request he installed pet-resistant screens on three of them to better withstand our cat occasionally climbing on the screens. His honest recommendations actually saved me money. Despite temperatures well over 100 degrees, Joe worked methodically, never rushed, and completed everything in just a couple of hours.
