Party supplies shopping is extensive and it can be exhausting, confusing, frustrating and just…read moreplain out of control. These are the primary reasons this company needs to have employees who LOVE this line of work readably available to answer any questions. I couldn't find anyone to help me. At every corner that turned, I ran into another box of inventory that needed to be put up. I had to walk to the front of the store to attempt to get some help from the cashier. She pointed me in the right direction but she did not go the extra mile to get another employee to assist me since she didn't seem to be able to leave the register. The variety is great. The prices are just ok. I am not sure that Party city has much competition in this city so customers may not be too effective by the price. There were cute "nick nacks" and "grab bag" stuffers that were at great prices but overall I didn't see many sales or deals. The store was not too clean. I was extremely surprised. The floors were dirty, the shelves weren't neat and I was over all of the boxes of inventory that needed to be sorted through. I would return but it would be a last resort.
